ondly,teachersshouldpayattentiontopracticaltraining,organizingpracticalcoursesandactualprojectstoimprovestudents'practicalabilities.Finally,teachersshouldpayattentiontocase-basedteaching,introducingactualcasesforanalysisanddiscussion,andcultivatingstudents'abilitytosolvepracticalproblems.V.EvaluationSystemTheevaluationsystemisanimportantlinkinthecultivationofappliedtalentsinuniversities.Fromtheperspectiveofsupplyside,theevaluationsystemshouldfocusontheevaluationofpracticalandcomprehensiveabilities.Firstly,theevaluationsystemshouldfocusontheevaluationofpracticalachievements,encouragingstudentstopracticeinactualprojectsandpracticalcourses.Secondly,theevaluationsystemshouldfocusontheevaluationofcomprehensiveabilities,evaluatingstudents'comprehensiveabilitiesthroughcomprehensivequalityevaluationandcomprehensiveexaminations.Finally,theevaluationsystemshouldcooperatewithenterprises,usingtheevaluationmechanismofenterprisestoevaluatestudents'practicaloperationabilityandproblemsolvingability.VI.ConclusionFromtheperspectiveofsupplyside,thecultivationofappliedtalentsinuniversitiesneedstobeadjustedandimprovedintermsofdemandanalysis,curriculumdesign,teachingmethodsandevaluationsystem.Universitiesshouldre-adjustthetraininggoalsandcontentsaccordingtotheneedsofsocio-economicdevelopment,introducepracticalteachingandcasean
