canpursuethemaximizationofindividualinterestsbutmayleadtoresourcewasteandenvironmentaldamage.4.Evolutionrules:Eachstakeholderselectsstrategiesbasedonthecurrentsituationandbenefits,andupdatesstrategiesaccordingtotheevolutionrules.Replicationdynamicrulesorgeneticalgorithmscanbeused.II.Gameanalysisofmulti-stakeholdercollaborativegovernanceofruralecologicalenvironmentBasedontheabovemodeling,gameanalysiscanbeconductedonthemulti-stakeholdercollaborativegovernanceofruralecologicalenvironment.Inthegameprocess,stakeholdersconstantlyevolvebasedonthecurrentenvironmentalconditionsandstrategicchoices.Throughsimulationandanalysis,thefollowingconclusionscanbedrawn:1.Evolutionofstakeholderstrategies:Intheinitialsituation,stakeholdersmaychoosedifferentstrategies.However,throughthegameprocess,cooperativestrategiescanenhanceoverallefficiencytosomeextentandgainrecognitionandsupportfromotherstakeholders.Therefore,stakeholderstendtochoosecooperativestrategiesinthelong-termevolutionaryprocess.2.Theguidingroleofthegovernment:Thegovernmentplaysanimportantguidingroleinthecollaborativegovernanceofruralecologicalenvironment.Thegovernmentcanmobilizeandincentivizestakeholderstoparticipateincollaborativegovernancethroughrelevantpoliciesandmeasures,andprovidecoordinationandsupervisionservices.3.Benefitallocationmechanism:Cooperativegovernanceinvolvestheissueofbenefitdistribution.Tomaintaintheenthusiasmofstakeholdersforcontinuousparticipation,itisnecessarytoestablishareasonablebenefitallocationmechanism.Thisallowsstakeholderstoobtainacceptablebenefitsduringthecollaborativeprocess.III.PolicysuggestionsBasedonthegameanalysisandresearchconclusions,thefollowingpolicysuggestionscanbemadetoeffectivelypromotethecollaborativegovernanceofruralecologicalenvironment:1.Establishincentivemechanisms:Encouragestakeholderstoparticipateinthecollaborativegovernanceofruralecologicalenvironmentbyestablishingincentivemechanisms.Measuressuchaseconomicrewardsandtaxincentivescanbeadoptedtopromotecooperationamongstakeholders.2.Strengtheninstitutionalsupport:Establishasoundinstitutionalsystemandmechanismforthegovernanceofruralecologicalenvironment,clarifytheresponsibilitiesandobligationsofstakeholders,andimprovegovernanceefficiency.Atthesametime,strengthensupervisionandlawenforcementtoensureeffectivegovernance.3.Enhancepublicparticipation:Encouragethepublictoparticipateinthegovernanceofruralecologicalenvironment,enhancepublicawarenessandparticipationinenvironmentalprotection.Measuressuchasstrengtheningpublicityandeducationandconductingenvironmentaldutieseducationcanbetakentoenhancepublicawarenessofenvironmentalprotection.4.Strengthentechnologicalsupport:Enhancetechnologicalinnovationandapplication,anduseadvancedtechnologyinruralenviron
