商務英語教師信息化教學能力調查研究Title:ResearchontheInformationTechnologyTeachingCompetenceofBusinessEnglishTeachersIntroduction:Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,theeducationsectorhasbeenembracingdigitaltransformationinordertoenhanceteachingandlearningexperiences.ThistransformationisparticularlycrucialforBusinessEnglishteachers,whoplayasignificantroleinpreparingstudentsforthedemandsofthemodernbusinessworld.Therefore,thisresearchaimstoinvestigatethelevelofinformationtechnologyteachingcompetenceamongBusinessEnglishteachersandexploretheimpactofthiscompetenceonstudents'learningoutcomes.1.ImportanceofInformationTechnologyinBusinessEnglishTeaching:1.1AdvantagesofInformationTechnology:InformationtechnologyoffersnumerousadvantagesinthecontextofBusinessEnglishteaching:-Enhancesstudentengagementandmotivationthroughinteractiveteachingmethods.-Facilitatesaccesstoawiderangeofauthenticresources,suchasvideos,e-books,andonlinearticles.-Providesopportunitiesforcollaborativelearning,enablingstudentstocommunicateandworkeffectivelyinvirtualteams.-Developsstudents'digitalliteracyandskills,whicharecrucialforsuccessinthemodernworkplace.1.2ChallengesinAdoptingInformationTechnology:Despitethebenefits,integratinginformationtechnologyinBusinessEnglishteachingalsopresentschallenges:-Technologicalbarriersandlimitedinfrastructureineducationalinstitutions.-Teachers'lackoftraininginusingtechnologyforteachingpurposes.-Resistancefromteacherswhoareunfamiliaroruncomfortablewithtechnology.-Timeconstraintsinadaptingandcreatingnewdigitalteachingmaterials.2.ResearchMethodology:Toachievetheresearchobjectives,amixed-methodapproachwillbeemployed.Firstly,quantitativedatawillbecollectedthroughasurveyquestionnaireadministeredtoasampleofBusinessEnglishteachers.Thequestionnairewillassesstheirperceivedlevelofinformationtechnologyteachingcompetence,includingaspectssuchasproficiencyinusingteachingtools,knowledgeofe-learningplatforms,andabilitytointegratetechnologyintoteachingactivities.Secondly,qualitativedatawillbegatheredthroughinterviewswithselectedteacherstogaindeeperinsightsintotheirexperiences,challengesfaced,andsuggestionsforimprovinginformationtechnologyintegrationinBusinessEnglishteaching.3.ResultsandDiscussion:ThefindingsfromtheresearchwillprovidevaluableinsightsintotheinformationtechnologyteachingcompetenceofBusinessEnglishteachersanditsimpactonstudents'learningoutcomes.Theanalysisofthesurveydatawillenableustoidentifythecurrentlevelofcompetenceamongthesurveyedteachers.Theinterviewswillprovideadeeperunderstandingofthefactorsinfluencingtheircompetence,challengesfaced,andthestrategiestheyemploytoovercomethesechallenges.4.ImplicationsandRecommendations:Basedontheresearchfindings,severalimplicationsandrecommendationscanbemade:4.1ProfessionalDevelopmentandTraining:EducationalinstitutionsshouldprovideprofessionaldevelopmentopportunitiesforBusinessEnglishteacherstoenhancetheirinformationtechnologyteachingcompetence.Trainingprogramsshouldcoverabroadrangeoftopicssuchasdigitalteachingtools,e-learningplatforms,andpedagogicalstrategiesforeffectivetechnologyintegration.4.2TechnologicalInfrastructure:InstitutionsneedtoinvestinthenecessarytechnologicalinfrastructuretosupportinformationtechnologyintegrationinBusinessEnglishteaching.Thisincludesensuringreliableinternetconnectivity,providingaccesstorelevantdigitalresources,andmaintainingup-to-datehardwareandsoftware.4.3CollaborationandSupportNetworks:BusinessEnglishteachersshouldbeencouragedtocollaborateandsharetheirexperiences,successstories,andchallengesfacedinintegratinginformationtechnology.Theestablishmentofsupportnetworks,bothwithininstitutionsandonlinecommunities,canfacilitatethesharingofbestpracticesandprovideassistanceinovercomingbarriers.Conclusion:Asinformationtechnologybecomesincreasinglypervasiveinsociety,BusinessEnglishteachersmustpossessthenecessarycompetencetoeffectivelyintegratetechnologyintotheirteachingpractices.Thisresearchaimstocontributetotheunderstandingofthecurrentsituationandchallengesfa
