IncaseofdefaultPartyB,PartyAhastherighttoterminatethecontractandreclaimthevehicle,andPartyBshallbearthecorrespondingdefaultpenalty.

1.4ApplicableLawandDisputeResolution

1.91Bothpartiesconfirmthattheyhavefullyunderstoodallthetermsofthiscontractandvoluntarilysignit.

1.10DisputeResolution
