前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件修改采用IEC61249?4?1:2008《印制板及其他互連結構用材料第4?1部分:不覆銅的預浸
料分規(guī)范多層印制電路板用限定燃燒性環(huán)氧E玻纖布粘結片》。
本文件與IEC61249?4?1:2008相比,在結構上有較多調整,兩個文件之間的結構編號對照一覽表
見附錄A。
本文件與IEC61249?4?1:2008相比,存在較多技術差異,在所涉及的條款的外側頁邊空白位置用
垂直單線(|)進行了標識。這些技術差異及其原因一覽表見附錄B。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動:
——將IEC61249?4?1:2008的第3章和第5章中的懸置段,分別移至本文件的4.1和6.1中;
——刪除了第1章中錯誤邏輯的語句,并重新進行了表述;
——將第6章的標題由“交付狀態(tài)”改為“尺寸”,使標題與內容更貼切;
——由于IEC61249?4?1:2008的4.2.4引用的IEC61189?2的方法2M26沒有對應的國內同類標

多層印制板用環(huán)氧E玻纖布粘結片
1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了E玻纖布增強雙官能環(huán)氧粘結片(以下簡稱“粘結片”)的材料和結構、性能要求、尺
寸、質量保證及包裝和標識、儲存期、訂單信息。
本文件適用于制造IEC62326?4多層印制板時用以粘結IEC61249?2?7類型的層壓板,該材料可
用于粘結多層印制電路板。
本文件限定了粘結片的燃燒性(垂直燃燒試驗),其阻燃效果是通過聚合物型含溴阻燃劑實現(xiàn)的,
層壓后的玻璃化溫度不低于120℃。
