本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T23417—2009《自行式飛機除冰防冰車功能要求》,與GB/T23417—2009相比,
除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了飛機除冰防冰車(以下簡稱“除冰車”)的分類,技術要求,試驗方法,檢驗規(guī)則,標牌、
標識、使用說明書,包裝、運輸及貯存。
本文件適用于民用機場區(qū)域內使用的配有除冰液、防冰液噴灑系統(tǒng),具有加熱或吹雪功能的自行
式臂架高空作業(yè)飛機除冰防冰車的設計、制造、檢驗。
