Part2:TermsofEmployment

1.Position:TheBabysitteragreestoworkasababysitterfortheEmployer'schild/children.

2.Duration:Thiscontractshallbeeffectivefrom[StartDate]to[EndDate],unlessterminatedearlierbyeitherparty.

3.WorkingHours:TheBabysittershallwork[NumberofHours]perweek,asmutuallyagreeduponbybothparties.Anychangestotheworkinghoursmustbediscussedandagreeduponinwriting.

4.RateofPay:TheBabysittershallbepaidarateof[HourlyRate]foreachhourworked.Paymentshallbemadeona[Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly]basis.

Part3:ResponsibilitiesandDuties

1.Babysitter'sResponsibilities:

a.Providecare,supervision,andentertainmentforthechild/children.

b.Ensurethechild/children'ssafetyandwell-beingatalltimes.

c.FollowanyestablishedrulesandroutinesprovidedbytheEmployer.

d.Performlighthouseholdchoresrelatedtothecareofthechild/children,suchaspreparingmeals,cleaningupaftermeals,andtidyingupplayareas.

2.Employer'sResponsibilities:

a.ProvideasafeandsuitableenvironmentfortheBabysittertoperformher/hisduties.

b.InformtheBabysitterofanyspecificinstructions,allergies,ormedicalconditionsregardingthechild/children.

c.Providenecessaryamenitiesandsuppliesforthecareofthechild/children.

Part4:Confidentiality

TheBabysitteragreestomaintainstrictconfidentialityregardinganypersonalorsensitiveinformationabouttheEmployer'sfamily,includingbutnotlimitedtofinancial,health,andpersonalmatters.

Part5:Termination

Eitherpartymayterminatethiscontractatanytimewithawrittennoticeof[NoticePeriod].Intheeventoftermination,theEmployershallberesponsibleforpayingtheBabysitterforanyworkcompleteduptothedateoftermination.

Part6:Miscellaneous

1.ThiscontractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheEmployerandtheBabysitter,supersedinganypriororalorwrittenagreements.

2.Anymodificationsoramendmentstothiscontractmustbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.

3.Thiscontractshallbegovernedbyandinterpretedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
