前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T26838—2011《無損檢測儀器
攜帶式工業(yè)X射線探傷機(jī)》,與
GB/T26838—2011相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)增加了“術(shù)語和定義”(見第3章);
b)更改了“產(chǎn)品型號”(見4.1,2011年版的3.1);
c)更改了“環(huán)境溫度”[見5.1b),2011年版的4.1b)];
d)增加了“頻率”要求[見5.1e)];
e)更改了“曝光量”(見表1、表2、表3,2011年版的表1、表2、表3、表4);
f)刪除了“定向、工頻、油絕緣X射線機(jī)穿透力和主型號”的描述(見2011年版的表2);
g)更改了“溫度保護(hù)裝置”(見5.2.9,2011年版的4.2.9);
h)更改了“漏射線空氣比釋動(dòng)能率”相關(guān)描述(見5.4.1,2011年版的4.4.1);
i)更改了“穿透力測定”試驗(yàn)步驟(見6.3.2,2011年版的5.3.2);
j)更改了“定向X射線機(jī)穿透力試驗(yàn)示意圖”(見圖2,2011年版的圖2)
k)增加了“周向X射線機(jī)穿透力試驗(yàn)示意圖”(見6.3.3.1的圖3);
l)更改了“像質(zhì)計(jì)放置示意圖”(見圖4,2011年版的圖3);
m)刪除了關(guān)于定向X射線機(jī)輻射角測定的部分描述(見2011年版的5.5.1);
n)刪除了“用球隙放電法測定管電壓誤差”(見2011年版的5.8.1);
o)更改了“漏射線空氣比釋動(dòng)能率”試驗(yàn)方法(見6.16,2011年版的5.17);
p)刪除了“清潔度檢測”(見2011年版的5.26);
q)刪除了“工頻、油絕緣發(fā)生器密封性檢測”[見2011年版的5.28a)]。
