1范圍
本標(biāo)準提出了中壓直流配電網(wǎng)的典型網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)及中壓直流配電供電方案的技術(shù)要求。
本標(biāo)準適用于±1.5kV~±50kV直流配電系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計、建設(shè)及運行。

3術(shù)語和定義
下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。
3.1
直流配電DCdistribution
配電網(wǎng)中采用直流向用戶分配電能的形式。
3.2
中壓直流配電網(wǎng)DCdistributionnetwork
直流電壓范圍在±1.5kV~±50kV之間的,從電源側(cè)(輸電網(wǎng)、發(fā)電設(shè)施、分布式電源等)接受
電能,并通過配電設(shè)施采用直流就地或逐級向各類用戶分配電能的網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
3.3
典型網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)typicalgridconfiguration
具備代表性且在一定情況下可復(fù)制應(yīng)用的電網(wǎng)拓撲及主設(shè)備配置方式。
3.4
電源端powersourceport
由電源或大系統(tǒng)聯(lián)結(jié)的、供電穩(wěn)定且具有系統(tǒng)電壓支撐能力的母線節(jié)點,簡稱為端。
3.5
直流母線DCbusline
用高導(dǎo)電率的銅(銅排)、鋁質(zhì)材料制成的,配置于變電站或變電站用以傳輸直流電能的,具有匯
集和分配直流電力功能的裸導(dǎo)線或絞線。
3.6
N-1準則N-1principle
指電力系統(tǒng)的N個元件中的任一獨立元件發(fā)生故障而被切除后,應(yīng)不造成因其他線路過負荷跳閘
而導(dǎo)致用戶停電,不破壞系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,不出現(xiàn)電壓崩潰等事故。其中所謂元件,在交流系統(tǒng)中指發(fā)
電機、輸電線路、變壓器等交流電力設(shè)備與設(shè)施,在直流系統(tǒng)中指電源端的AC/DC換流器或DC/DC

換流器、直流線路等直流電流設(shè)備與設(shè)施。
4一般要求
4.1中壓直流配電網(wǎng)的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)具備供電可靠性、安全性、靈活性、經(jīng)濟性和適用性。
4.2中壓直流配電網(wǎng)的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)具有適當(dāng)?shù)呢摵赊D(zhuǎn)移能力、合理的分布式電源接納能力,高可靠性
供電區(qū)域的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),還應(yīng)具有一定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)重構(gòu)能力和自愈能力。
4.3中壓直流配電網(wǎng)供電方案的確定應(yīng)遵循差異化原則。根據(jù)不同供電區(qū)域內(nèi)電源及負荷分布特點、
經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展水平和用戶性質(zhì)等情況,通過技術(shù)經(jīng)濟比選最終確定供電方案。
4.4中壓直流配電網(wǎng)供電方案的確定應(yīng)滿足分布式電源、儲能設(shè)備、電動汽車充電站等直流電源與直
流負荷的接入需求。
4.5中壓直流配電網(wǎng)供電方案的設(shè)備選型應(yīng)與現(xiàn)有直流設(shè)備的制造能力與直流配電技術(shù)發(fā)展水平相適應(yīng)。
4.6中壓直流配電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)初期及過渡期,可根據(jù)區(qū)域供電安全水平要求,綜合考慮區(qū)域負荷與分布
式電源的發(fā)展和目標(biāo)網(wǎng)架規(guī)劃情況,合理選擇過渡網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)、接線方式及擴展方式。
5典型網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)
5.1單端單路輻射狀結(jié)構(gòu)
5.1.1單端單路輻射狀拓撲示意結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1所示。
注1:電源端直流母線位于電源側(cè),上級電網(wǎng)/電源通過對應(yīng)接口裝置與其連接,所連上級電網(wǎng)/電源既可以是交流也
可以是直流,或兩種形式并存。
注2:圖中單純直流負荷用單向背向母線的箭頭表示,含分布式電源及儲能供電區(qū)域的負荷用雙向箭頭表示,該表
示方式表現(xiàn)了2種不同類型的等效負荷。
注3:圖中包含了T接與π接兩種接線方式,實際工程中可根據(jù)需要進行選擇。
注4:圖中一路直流線路指同一送電走廊的兩極或三極直流導(dǎo)線。當(dāng)直流系統(tǒng)采用單極(或?qū)ΨQ單極)的接線型式
時,每路直流線路具有兩極直流導(dǎo)線;當(dāng)直流系統(tǒng)采用雙極的接線型式時,每路直流線路具有三極直流導(dǎo)線。
注5:注1~注4的說明均適用于本標(biāo)準其他拓撲示意圖。

5.1.2該拓撲具有一個電源端,采用單路輻射出線形式,具備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、建設(shè)經(jīng)濟、擴展性強、升級
改造靈活等特點,該拓撲不滿足N-1可靠性的要求。
5.1.3適用于一般直流負載集中區(qū),如居民住宅區(qū)、電動汽車充電站和功率較大的儲能電站等場所,
以及直流配電系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)初期和過渡期宜采用該網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)。
5.2單端雙路輻射狀結(jié)構(gòu)
5.2.1單端雙路輻射狀拓撲示意結(jié)構(gòu)如圖2所示。
5.2.2該拓撲具有一個電源端,采用雙路輻射出線形式,具備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、擴展性強、供電可靠性高等特
點,一路出線故障時相同供電路徑上其他出線能夠持續(xù)為負荷供電,該拓撲滿足N-1可靠性的要求。

5.2.3適用于工業(yè)園區(qū)、重要負荷區(qū)等供電可靠性要求較高的場所。
5.3單端環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu)
5.3.1單端環(huán)狀拓撲示意結(jié)構(gòu)如圖3所示。

5.3.2該拓撲具有一個電源端,采用單路或雙路環(huán)形供電路徑,具備供電范圍大、供電可靠性高等特
點,任何一側(cè)線路故障時其他線路能夠持續(xù)為負荷供電,負荷可從不同路徑獲取電能或電網(wǎng)、分布式
電源和儲能向不同路徑輸出電能,該拓撲滿足N-1可靠性的要求。
5.3.3適用于多個分布式電源接入、大型居民住宅區(qū)等對供電可靠性要求較高的場所。
5.3.4可根據(jù)用戶需求及運行工況靈活選擇開環(huán)或閉環(huán)運行方式。
5.4雙端結(jié)構(gòu)
5.4.1雙端拓撲示意結(jié)構(gòu)如圖4所示。

5.4.2該拓撲具有雙側(cè)電源并列運行,采用單路或雙路出線形式,具備供電范圍大、供電可靠性較高
的特點,任何一端電源故障時另一側(cè)電源端能夠滿足全部負荷供電需求,負荷可從不同方向獲取電能
或電網(wǎng)、分布式電源和儲能向不同方向輸出電能,該拓撲滿足N-1可靠性的要求。
5.4.3適用于容量較大、供電可靠性要求較高的場所,如工業(yè)園區(qū)、重要負荷區(qū)等供電場所。為提高
可靠性,通過直流進行背靠背的交流供電系統(tǒng)也可采用雙端網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)。

5.5多端樹枝狀結(jié)構(gòu)
5.5.1多端樹枝狀拓撲示意結(jié)構(gòu)如圖5所示。

5.5.2該拓撲具有三個及以上電源并列運行,采用單路或雙路樹枝狀路徑,具備供電范圍大、供電可
靠性較高的特點,任何一端電源故障時其他電源端能夠滿足全部負荷供電需求,負荷可從不同方向獲
取電能或電網(wǎng)、分布式電源和儲能向不同方向輸出電能,該拓撲滿足N-1可靠性的要求。
5.5.3適用于多點高密度分布式電源接入及對供電可靠性要求較高的場所,以及直流配電系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的
發(fā)展期宜采用該網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)。
5.5.4可根據(jù)用戶的用電需求確定電源端點數(shù)量和位置,對于多個可選的電源端點應(yīng)進行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟性
比較后再確定。
5.6多端環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu)

5.6.2該拓撲具有兩個及以上電源并列運行,采用單路或雙路環(huán)形供電路徑,具備供電范圍廣、供電
能力強、供電可靠性高等特點,任何一側(cè)線路故障時其他側(cè)線路能夠持續(xù)為負荷供電,且任何一端電
源故障時其他電源端能夠滿足全部負荷供電需求,負荷可從不同路徑獲取電能或電網(wǎng)、分布式電源和
儲能向不同路徑輸出電能,該拓撲滿足N-1可靠性的要求。
5.6.3適用于多個分布式電源接入及容量大且對供電可靠性要求高的場所。
5.6.4可根據(jù)用戶需求及運行工況靈活選擇開環(huán)或閉環(huán)運行方式。
5.6.5可根據(jù)用戶的用電需求確定電源端點數(shù)量和位置。
6供電方案技術(shù)要求與典型供電方案
6.1電壓等級的確定
6.1.1中壓直流配電網(wǎng)電壓等級的選擇應(yīng)以滿足負荷需求和分布式電源輸送容量的要求、簡化變壓層
級為原則,取值對應(yīng)相關(guān)直流配電電壓標(biāo)準的規(guī)范電壓值。
6.1.2中壓直流配電網(wǎng)電壓等級的確定需綜合考慮其應(yīng)用范圍、傳輸容量、輸送距離、可靠性、安全
性和經(jīng)濟性等因素。
6.2網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的選擇
6.2.1中壓直流配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)以應(yīng)用場景作為選擇的基本原則,綜合考慮供電可靠性,分布式電
源、儲能的分布情況以及負荷類型。以分布式電源并網(wǎng)為主的中壓直流配電網(wǎng)的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)可考慮現(xiàn)場
自然條件進行選擇,以便于建設(shè)并降低建設(shè)成本。
6.2.2不同供電可靠性要求的中壓直流配電網(wǎng)區(qū)域宜根據(jù)其負荷特點及重要程度選擇相應(yīng)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),
如表1所示。

注2:根據(jù)DL/T5729—2016要求,A+、A、B、C類供電區(qū)域的中壓配電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)滿足供電安全N-1準則的要
求,D類供電區(qū)域的中壓配電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)宜滿足供電安全N-1準則的要求。
6.2.3中壓直流配電網(wǎng)可根據(jù)需要選取兩種以上的拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)組成復(fù)合拓撲的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
6.2.4中壓直流配電網(wǎng)可根據(jù)容量與可靠性需求選擇單路、雙路或多路供電方式。
6.3直流配電一次設(shè)備的選型
6.3.1AC/DC換流器的選擇應(yīng)綜合考慮系統(tǒng)的需求及換流器的性能、可靠性、損耗、占地、體積、安
裝條件、綜合造價等因素。

6.3.2用于接入有功率交換需求的直流系統(tǒng)和直流微電網(wǎng)的DC/DC換流器應(yīng)采用雙向DC/DC換流
器,僅用于接入直流負荷和無功率外送的直流系統(tǒng)和直流微電網(wǎng)可采用單向DC/DC換流器。
6.3.3應(yīng)根據(jù)負荷條件、故障處理要求和設(shè)備制造水平選擇適用的直流斷路器。
6.3.4直流電纜的選型應(yīng)綜合考慮電壓等級、載流量、電壓偏差、動熱穩(wěn)定、過電壓耐受能力及供電
裕度等因素。
6.3.5應(yīng)根據(jù)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)、負荷分布及直流設(shè)備的配置情況選擇適合的位置配置適用的直流潮流控制器。
6.3.6直流母線應(yīng)綜合考慮可靠性、靈活性與經(jīng)濟性等因素,并根據(jù)所選直流網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)選擇適用
的配置方式。采用雙路供電方式下,直流母線宜采用分斷的方式。
6.4直流配電的保護與自動化
6.4.1保護配置應(yīng)滿足選擇性、速動性、靈敏性和可靠性的基本要求,相鄰保護范圍之間應(yīng)重疊,避
免保護死區(qū)。
6.4.2直流配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)配置直流自動化控制系統(tǒng),采用多源協(xié)同、分層分區(qū)的控制方式,以實現(xiàn)直流
系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定、高效運行。
6.4.3自動化系統(tǒng)的通信應(yīng)采用成熟、適用并適度超前的技術(shù),滿足直流配電網(wǎng)安全運行的業(yè)務(wù)需求。
6.5典型場景下的中壓直流配電供電方案
本標(biāo)準就集中負荷、分散負荷、可再生能源匯集、高可靠性要求等幾種中壓直流配電典型應(yīng)用場
景,提出了供電方案,規(guī)定了其適用的網(wǎng)架拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)、接線型式、接地方式、擴展方式等。
6.5.1網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的選擇如表2所示。

6.5.2推薦采用雙極結(jié)構(gòu)的接線型式,可在直流單極發(fā)生故障時,健全直流極能夠滿足全部或部分負
荷供電需求;也可根據(jù)需要采用單極或?qū)ΨQ單極結(jié)構(gòu)的接線型式。
6.5.3接地方式應(yīng)綜合考慮直流系統(tǒng)的接線型式、直流與交流系統(tǒng)的隔離情況、交流系統(tǒng)側(cè)的接地情
況等因素。
6.5.4應(yīng)考慮電壓等級、載流量及區(qū)域負荷發(fā)展情況,導(dǎo)線截面宜一次選定,并通過添加電源或增加
線路進行擴展,以滿足負荷與分布式電源的容量及供電可靠性發(fā)展需要。

本標(biāo)準適用于±1.5kV~±50kV直流配電系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計、建設(shè)及運行。
