標準解讀
《GB/T 17664-2024 木炭》相較于《GB/T 17664-1999 木炭和木炭試驗方法》,主要在以下幾個方面進行了更新與調(diào)整:
一、標準名稱的簡化。新版本去掉了“和木炭試驗方法”的表述,僅保留“木炭”,更加聚焦于木炭本身的標準設(shè)定。
二、技術(shù)內(nèi)容上的修訂。根據(jù)近年來國內(nèi)外木炭生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及市場需求的變化,《GB/T 17664-2024 木炭》對原標準中的部分內(nèi)容進行了更新或補充,包括但不限于:
- 對木炭分類進行了細化,增加了新的種類描述。
- 更新了部分術(shù)語定義,使之更加準確地反映當前行業(yè)實踐。
- 調(diào)整了某些物理性能指標的要求,如灰分含量、揮發(fā)份等,以適應更廣泛的應用場景。
- 引入了一些新的檢測方法和技術(shù),提高了測試結(jié)果的準確性與可靠性。
三、試驗方法的改進。雖然新版標準名稱不再直接提及“試驗方法”,但其實驗部分依然存在且有所增強,具體表現(xiàn)為:
- 優(yōu)化了現(xiàn)有的一些經(jīng)典測定流程,使其操作更加簡便快捷。
- 增加了幾種新型快速檢測手段,旨在縮短分析時間的同時保證數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。
- 針對特定類型的木炭產(chǎn)品,制定了專門的評價體系,增強了標準適用性。

前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T17664—1999《木炭和木炭試驗方法》,與GB/T17664—1999相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)
整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
—更改了硬闊葉木炭、闊葉木炭、松木炭的定義(見3.1、3.2、3.3,1999年版的2.1、2.2、
2.3);
—增加了果木炭、機制炭、菊花炭的定義(見3.4、3.5、3.6);
—刪除了“技術(shù)指標”中硬闊葉木炭、雜木炭、松木炭的炭頭及夾雜物指標,增加了揮發(fā)分指
標、熱值指標及其試驗方法(見4.2、5.6,1999年版的3.2);
—增加了“技術(shù)指標”中果木炭、機制炭、菊花炭的技術(shù)指標(見4.2);
—將“全水分”更改為“水分”,并更改了儀器設(shè)備參數(shù)(見5.1、5.1.2.2、5.5,1999年版的
4.1、4.1.2、4.3);
—更改了“試驗方法”中測揮發(fā)分用坩堝圖(見圖1,1999年版的圖1)。

本文件規(guī)定了木炭的技術(shù)要求,描述了相應的試驗方法,并規(guī)定了檢驗規(guī)則、標志、包裝、運輸、
貯存等要求。
本文件適用于以木材、竹材、秸稈等生物質(zhì)原料經(jīng)炭化而制成的木炭的生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易或流通。

由具有較高密度和硬度的闊葉材炭化而制成的炭。

闊葉木炭hardwoodcharcoal
由硬、軟闊葉的混合材炭化而制成的炭。
注:也稱雜木炭。

松木炭conifercharcoal
由松木等針葉材炭化而制成的炭。
