前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO11963:2019《塑料聚碳酸酯板材規(guī)格、尺寸和性能要求》。
本文件與ISO11963:2019相比,在結(jié)構(gòu)上有較多調(diào)整。兩個(gè)文件之間的結(jié)構(gòu)編號(hào)變化對(duì)照一覽表見
附錄A。
本文件與ISO11963:2019的技術(shù)差異及其原因如下:
—更改了范圍的適用界限(見第1章),以適應(yīng)國內(nèi)聚碳酸酯板材行業(yè)的實(shí)際情況;
—增加了聚碳酸酯板材的定義(見第3章),以明確本文件適用的產(chǎn)品類型;
—?jiǎng)h除了板材擠出的材料類型(見第4章),以適應(yīng)國內(nèi)聚碳酸酯板材行業(yè)的實(shí)際情況;
—增加了板材對(duì)耐候防護(hù)層與耐候性的要求(見5.1、5.6),更改了板材外觀的要求(見5.2)、垂直
度的要求(見5.2)、一般性能的要求(見5.5),以適應(yīng)國內(nèi)聚碳酸酯板材行業(yè)的實(shí)際情況;

—增加了“標(biāo)志、包裝、運(yùn)輸、貯存”的內(nèi)容(見第8章),以符合我國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編寫習(xí)慣;
—將其他性能要求更改為資料性附錄B,因其內(nèi)容本身未包含指定檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目和性能要求,僅為供
需雙方提供一定參考;
—?jiǎng)h除了ISO11963:2019中6.4.1的拉伸性能試樣要求,以提高可操作性;
—?jiǎng)h除了ISO11963:2019中第8章,以符合我國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動(dòng):

1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了經(jīng)擠出成型、實(shí)心或中空、平板型的聚碳酸酯(PC)板材(以下簡稱“板材”)的材
料、要求、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則以及標(biāo)志、包裝、貯存和運(yùn)輸,描述了相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)方法。
本文件適用于有色或無色的,透明、半透明或不透明的,在單面或雙面上具有耐候防護(hù)層,厚度大
于或等于1.5mm的板材的生產(chǎn)、使用和銷售,無耐候防護(hù)層的板材也可參考使用。
