前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO11963:2019《塑料聚碳酸酯板材規(guī)格、尺寸和性能要求》。
本文件與ISO11963:2019相比,在結構上有較多調整。兩個文件之間的結構編號變化對照一覽表見
附錄A。
本文件與ISO11963:2019的技術差異及其原因如下:
—更改了范圍的適用界限(見第1章),以適應國內聚碳酸酯板材行業(yè)的實際情況;
—增加了聚碳酸酯板材的定義(見第3章),以明確本文件適用的產(chǎn)品類型;
—刪除了板材擠出的材料類型(見第4章),以適應國內聚碳酸酯板材行業(yè)的實際情況;
—增加了板材對耐候防護層與耐候性的要求(見5.1、5.6),更改了板材外觀的要求(見5.2)、垂直
度的要求(見5.2)、一般性能的要求(見5.5),以適應國內聚碳酸酯板材行業(yè)的實際情況;
—用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T2918替換了ISO291(見6.1.2)、GB/T39812—2021替換了
ISO2818(見6.1.3)、GB/T1040.2替換了ISO527?2(見6.4)、ISO179?1:2023替換了
ISO179?1:2010、ISO8256:2023替換了ISO8256:2004(見6.5)、ISO306:2022替換了
ISO306:2013(見6.6)、GB/T1634.2—2019替換了ISO75?2:2004(見6.7)、
GB/T2410—2008替換了ISO13468?1(見6.9)、GB/T16422.1替換了ISO4892?1、
GB/T16422.2替換了ISO4892?2(見6.10.1)、GB/T3681.1替換了ISO877?1、
GB/T3681.2替換了ISO877?2(見6.10.2),以適應我國的技術條件,提高可操作性;
—更改了試樣狀態(tài)調節(jié)的時間(見6.1.2)、試樣制備的要求(見6.1.3),更改了外觀和顏色的

6.11),以適應國內聚碳酸酯板材行業(yè)的實際情況;
—更改了檢驗規(guī)則的要求(見第7章),以符合我國標準編寫習慣;
—增加了“標志、包裝、運輸、貯存”的內容(見第8章),以符合我國標準編寫習慣;
—將其他性能要求更改為資料性附錄B,因其內容本身未包含指定檢驗項目和性能要求,僅為供
需雙方提供一定參考;
—刪除了ISO11963:2019中6.4.1的拉伸性能試樣要求,以提高可操作性;
—刪除了ISO11963:2019中第8章,以符合我國相關法律法規(guī)。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動:
—為與現(xiàn)有標準協(xié)調,將標準名稱更改為《塑料制品聚碳酸酯板材》;
—4.2中增加了注;
—6.5中增加了注。

1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了經(jīng)擠出成型、實心或中空、平板型的聚碳酸酯(PC)板材(以下簡稱“板材”)的材
料、要求、檢驗規(guī)則以及標志、包裝、貯存和運輸,描述了相應的試驗方法。
本文件適用于有色或無色的,透明、半透明或不透明的,在單面或雙面上具有耐候防護層,厚度大
于或等于1.5mm的板材的生產(chǎn)、使用和銷售,無耐候防護層的板材也可參考使用。
