商務英語基礎(1)期末復習指導商務英語是中央廣播電視大學英語專業(yè)(商務方向)的必修設課,分為商務英語基礎(1),(2)分兩個學期完成。商務英語基礎(1),(2)教學時間為36周,四個學分,使用的教材是中央廣播電視大學和外語教學與研究出版社聯(lián)合引進,改編的多媒體教材《步入商界—商務英語初級》(StartingBusinessEnglish),全套教材含兩本文字教材(主教材和學習輔導),18課時電視或錄像(包括36個25分鐘的節(jié)目),3盤錄音帶。商務英語基礎(1)的學習和考試范圍為教材的1-11單元。要求學生在觀看電視或錄像,聽錄音帶,以及做書面作業(yè)等多樣化練習的基礎上,充分了解從人物介紹到公司產(chǎn)品介紹,從公務旅行到分析競爭對手等教材內(nèi)容,重點掌握“Wordcheck”方框里的詞匯,“LanguageSummary”和LanguageFocus”中的各項內(nèi)容,特別是商務活動中常用的“功能英語”及重點詞匯和句型的用法。本復習提要中所列舉的詞匯和句型,僅僅是對重點內(nèi)容的說明,還應圍繞教材對本學期所學內(nèi)容進行全面復習。Unit1自我介紹了解在不同場合自我介紹的不同表達方式和問候語,掌握“I’ma……”和“Ireportto……”兩個句型在作自我介紹時的用法;了解與陌生人初次見面和與同事見面的介紹用語;掌握“Iworkfor……”句型在談論公司情況時的用法;通過對百博利集團組織結構(theCompanyStructure)的了解,能夠說明一般公司的組織結構;掌握“fitinto”和“reportto”兩個句型在介紹職務時的用法;掌握一般現(xiàn)在時態(tài)描繪人和事務的用法。Unit2使用電話學會使用打電話時的有關表達用語;掌握情態(tài)動詞“can”和“wouldliketo”在表示有禮貌地提出請求時的用法;掌握“will”在表達意圖時的用法;了解在電話表達用語中常用的形容詞。Unit3確定約會時間學會約定見面時間;掌握讓他人做事的禮貌表達法;掌握“at”“on”“for”等在表達時間的用法;掌握“missthedeadline”,“meetthedeadline”,“beonschedule”,“makeanappointment”,“arrangeameeting”,“askforametting”的用法;掌握說明日程安排的表達法。Unit4接待來訪者學會使用接待來訪者的表達用語;掌握“Ilike……”,“Ilove……”,“Ienjoy……”,“Idon’tlike……”等句型在說明好惡時的用法;掌握“Wouldyoulikesomething?”“Wouldyoulikeliketo……”等句型用于客氣的詢問對方及其回答的用法;掌握反意問句用于表示“核對”和“確認”時的用法;掌握現(xiàn)在完成時態(tài)描繪人和事物的用法。Unit5介紹公司產(chǎn)品了解用祈使句的否定形式表示不讓某人做某事;學會使用介紹產(chǎn)品的表達方式與用語:用“First……,second……,andlast……”等詞語列舉事項;用“Ourcompany……”,“Wespecialise……”,”“Wehavesome……”,“Mostofproducts…..”等句型來介紹公司的產(chǎn)品;用“Wehavealargemarketshartin……”等句型來說明市場份額;用“Thisis……”,“Itis……”,“Itis……”,“Itcan……”等句型重點介紹某一產(chǎn)品;用“Thisdiagramshows……”,“Theredlinerepresents……”,“
