bycurrentgovernmentleaders,andIplantochangeallofthat.Iamproposingacity

centerrevitalizationprojectthatwouldpromotenewbusinesses,newresidentialareas,

andnewopengreenareastobringpeoplebacktotheheartofourcity.Currentleaders

haveallowedthenewcitytodie,preferringtoinvestinsportfieldsintheremote

areas.

Andthird,Iamproposingtheconstructionofalightrailtrainsystem,tobebuilt

overthenextdecade,tomeetthegrowingdemandsofbetterandmoreefficient

transportationforyearstocome.Myopponentandhisadministrationhavelackedthe

visionoflong-termsolutions,preferringtotakealook-and-seeapproach.Suchashort
