演講人:日期:世界艾滋病日介紹英語(yǔ)WorldAIDSDayBasicsGlobalImpactofHIV/AIDSAwarenessandEducationInitiativesSupportServicesforThatAffectedMovingForward:FuturePerspectivesonHIV/AIDS目錄01WorldAIDSDayBasicsWorldAIDSDaywasfirstconsideredinAugust1987byJamesW.BunnandThomasNetter,twopublicinformationofficersfortheGlobalProgramonAIDSattheWorldHealthOrganizationinGeneva,SwitzerlandTheconceptwasapprovedbytheWorldHealthOrganization'sGlobalProgramonAIDSinJanuary1988,andthefirstWorldAIDSDaywasheldonDecember1,1988Sinceitsinception,WorldAIDSDayhasbeenobservedeveryyearonDecember1andhasbecomeoneofthemostrecognizedinternationalhealthdaysOriginandHistoryThemainpurposeofWorldAIDSDayistoraiseawarenessabouttheAIDSpandemiccausedbythespreadofHIVinfectionWorldAIDSDayisanopportunityforpeopleworldwidetouniteinthefightagainstHIV,showtheirsupportforpeoplelivingwithHIV,andrememberthosewhohavediedfromanAIDSrelatedillnessItalsoaimstoreducethesigmaanddiscriminationassociatedwithHIV/AIDS,andtoshowsupportforpeoplelivingwithHIV/AIDSPurposeandSignificanceWorldAIDSDayisobservedinternationallybygovernments,nongovernmentalorganizations,andindividualsManycountriesmarkthedaywithspecialevents,suchasmarches,fundraisers,andeducationalsessionstoraiseawarenessaboutHIV/AIDSWorldleadersoftenusetheocclusiontospeakoutabouttheneedforcontinuedcommitmenttofightthediseaseandsupportingthoseaffectedbyitInternationalObservanceEveryyear,WorldAIDSDayhasaspecificthemethatfocusesattentiononaspecificaspectoftheglobalAIDSresponsePastthemeshaveincluded"Leadership,Commitment,andImpact,""GettingtoZero,"and"KnowYourStatus."ThethemeforeachyearischosentohighlightareaswhereprogressisneededandtomobilizeactionandresourcesinthefitagainstHIV/AIDSThemeforEachYear02GlobalImpactofHIV/AIDSGlobalValidityAccordingtothelatestdatafromtheWorldHealthOrganization(WHO),thereareapproximately38millionpeoplelivingwithHIVglobally,withthemajorinsubSaharaAfricaDemographicGroupsCertaingraphicgroupsaredisproportionatelyaffectedbyHIV,includingmenwhohavesexwithmen,peoplewhoinjectdrugs,sexworkers,andtransgenderpeopleImpactonWomenandGirlsWomenandgirlsaccountfornearbyhalfofallnewHIVinfectionsgloballyandarephysicallyvulnerableduetogenderinequalityandviolenceStatisticsandDemographicsStigmaanddiscriminationPeoplelivingwithHIVoftenfacestigmaanddiscrimination,whichcanleadtosocialisolation,lossofincome,andpooraccesstohealthcareandsupportservicesAccesstoTreatmentDespiteadvantagesinHIVtreatment,manypeoplestilldonothaveaccesstothemediatheyneedtomanagetheirconditions,especiallyinresourcelimitedsettingsPreventionChallengesPreventingthespreadofHIVremainsasignificantchallenge,specificallyinareaswithhighratesoftransmissionandlimitedaccesstoeducationandhealthcareservicesChallengesFacedbyAffectedCommunities要點(diǎn)三TreatmentAdvancementsSignificantprogresshasbeenmadeinthedevelopmentofHIVtreatments,whichhasgreatlyimprovedthequalityoflifeandlifeexpectancyforpeoplelivingwiththevirus0102PreventionStrategiesEffectivepreventionstrategies,suchasthewidespreaduseofantiviraltherapy(ART)andpreexposureprotocol(PrEP),havebeenshowntoreducetheriskofHIVtransmissionGlobalEffortsGlobaleffortstocombatHIV/AIDShaveledtoadeathinnewinfectionsandAIDSrelateddeathsinmanypartsoftheworld,althoughchallengesremain03ProgressinPreventionandTreatmentUnitedNationsProgrammeonHIV/AIDSAIDSleadstheglobalefforttoendAIDSasapublichealththreatby2030throughitsFastTrackapproach,whichaimstoaccelerateactionandinvestmentinkeyareasWorldHealthOrganization(WHO)WHOprovidesleadershipandsupporttocountriesintheireffortstopreventandcontrolHIV/AIDS,includingthedevelopmentofglobalnormsandstandardsforHIVtesting,treatment,andcareRoleofInternationalOrganizationsGlobalFundtoFightAIDS,TuberculosisandMalaysiaTheGlobalFundisapartnershipbetweengovernments,civilsociety,theprivatesector,andpeopleaffectedbythediseasesitrights,andisthelargestfinancialinstitutionofHIVprogramsinlow-andmiddleincomecountriesOtherInternationalOrganizationsManyotherinternationalorganizations,includingtheJointUnitedNationsProgramonHIV/AIDS(UNAIDS)andtheU.S.President'sEmergencyPlanforAIDSRelief(PEPFAR),playcriticalrolesintheglobalresponsetoHIV/AIDSRoleofInternationalOrganizations03AwarenessandEducationInitiativesEveryyear,WorldAIDSDayhasaspecificthemethatispromotedgloballytofocusattentiononaspecificaspectoftheHIV/AIDSepidemicWorldAIDSDayThemeThedayisobservedinternationallywithavarietyofeventssuchasmarches,financiers,educationalsessions,andmedicalservicesInternationalAdvantageManycellsusetheirplatformstoraiseawarenessaboutHIV/AIDSandadvocateforthoselivingwiththevirusCelebrityInvolvementCampaignsandEventsAroundtheWorldComprehensiveSexEducation01IncludesinformationaboutHIV/AIDSprevention,transmission,treatment,andsigmaTargetedOutreach02Educationalmaterialsandprogramsaredetailedtospecificaudiences,includingyouth,advertisements,andkeypopulationsathigherriskMultimediaResources03Utilizesavarietyofmediasuchasvideos,brochures,websites,andsocialmediatoterminateinformationEducationalResourcesforAllAges03BuildingEmpathyandCompassionFostersem
