新疆石油勘察設計研究院簡介(部分)特色技術(一)沙漠油氣田開發(fā)建設地面工程配套技術形成了一套適應沙漠油田滾動開發(fā)生產(chǎn)的地面配套技術-沙漠模式。采用多通閥自動選井、分體式計量、恒流配水、橇裝加熱、大起伏地勢油氣混輸回壓控制、非金屬復合管材全面應用等集輸工藝。SCADA與DCS技術相結合的油田自動化控制、數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控、采集及處理,實現(xiàn)油井、計量站無人值守,百萬噸油田百人管理。1.Surfaceengineeringtechnologyforoil-gasfielddevelopmentandconstructionindesertsProvideasetofsurfacesupportingtechnologies–desertmode,adequatefordesertoilfield’srollingdevelopmentandproduction.Adoptseveralgatheringprocessessuchasautomaticwellselectionbymulti-portedvalve,splitmetering,constantflowwaterdistribution,skid-mountedheating,oil-gasmixedtransportationandbackpressurecontrolinlargereliefregion,comprehensiveapplicationofnon-metalliccompositepipes,etc.Asaresultofoilfieldautomationcontrolbasedonthedatamonitoring,acquisitionandprocessingsystemcombiningSCADAandDCStechnologies,itrealizedtheautomationofoilwellandmeteringstation,andisabletomanageamegatonoilfieldwithonlyahundredofpersons(二)稠油、特超稠油、油砂礦開發(fā)建設地面工程設計技術形成了一套成熟、實用的稠油、特稠油地面集輸與處理及注蒸汽工藝配套技術-稠油模式,集中或短半徑分散供熱、多通閥選井集油配汽、單管注采集輸、罐上罐稱重式油井計量、摻蒸汽加熱脫水處理、稠油污水處理及回用、旋流除砂等技術。超稠油SAGD高溫密閉集輸工藝技術、高干度過熱地面注蒸汽配套技術初步形成,在先導試驗區(qū)工業(yè)應用成功;高溫超稠油密閉脫水技術、采出水密閉處理技術、摻柴油不加熱輸送技術已規(guī)模工業(yè)化運用。2.Surfaceengineeringtechnologyfordevelopmentandconstructionofheavyoil,extra-extraheavyoilandoilsandsProvideasetofmatureandpracticaltechnologiesforsurfacegatheringandprocessingofheavyoilandextraheavyoilandsupportingprocessforsteaminjection—heavyoilmode,andthetechnologiesforcentralizedordecentralizedshortradiusheating,wellselection,oilgatheringandsteamdistributionusingmulti-portedvalve,injection-productionandgatheringinsinglepipe,tank-in-tankweighingoil-wellmetering,thermaldehydrationbysteaminjection,heavyoilsewagetreatmentandrecycling,cyclonedesanding,etc.SAGDhightemperaturecustodygatheringprocesstechnologyandhigh-drynesssuperheatedsurfacesteaminjectionsupportingtechnologyforextraheavyoilhaveinitiallytakenshape,withtheindustrialapplicationinpilotexperimentareaquitesuccessful.Besides,hightemperaturecloseddewateringtechnologyforextraheavyoil,closedprocessingtechnologyforproducedwater,anddiesel-mixednon-heatingtransportationtechnologyhavebeenindustrialized.(三)超稠油輸送及儲存技術形成了超稠油管道密閉輸送、水擊超前保護技術,超稠油熱處理、加劑、摻稀混合輸送技術,超稠油高溫管道敷設、安全防護技術以及超稠油的低溫儲存技術。建設了風城—克拉瑪依的國內(nèi)第一條長距離超稠油輸送管道,達到了國內(nèi)領先水平。3.ExtraheavyoiltransportationandstoragetechnologyTechnologieshavebeendevelopedforextraheavyoilcustodytransferthroughoilpipelineandadvancedsurgeprotection,extraheavyoilheattreatmentandtransportationwithflowimprover,transportationafterbeingmixedwiththinoilanddiluted,aswellashigh-temperaturepipelinelaying,safetyprotectionandlow-temperaturestorageforextraheavyoil.Thefirstlong-distanceextraheavyoiltransportationpipelineinthiscountry,namelyFengcheng-Karamaypipeline,hasbeenconstructed,whichhasreachedthedomesticleadinglevel.(四)油田采出水、污泥資源化技術先后設計國內(nèi)外油田稠稀油采出水處理站近30座。形成了以“重核-催化強化絮凝凈水技術”和“油田采出水離子調(diào)整旋流反應法處理技術”為核心的油田采出水綜合處理技術,水處理及污泥處理工藝包十幾個;形成了含油污泥從油泥池挖取—輸送—分離—資源化利用一整套工藝技術;超稠油SAGD及火驅(qū)采出水處理技術初步形成。4.OilfieldproducedwatertreatmentandsludgerecyclingtechnologyNearly30treatmentstationsforoilfieldproducedwaterfromheavyandthinoilhavebeensuccessivelydesignedbothinChinaandabroad.Adozenofprocesspackagesforwaterandsludgetreatment,aswellascomprehensivetreatmenttechnologyforoilfieldproducedwaterwhichiscenteredon“HeavyNucleus-CatalyticIntensifying-flocculentWaterPurificationTechnology”and“ProducedWaterTreatmentTechnologyofIonAdjustmentandCycloneResponseinOilfields”havebeenbroughtup;theoilysludgeprocessingtechnologyfromexcavating,distribution,separationtoresourceutilizationhasbeendeveloped;extraheavyoilSAGDandtreatmenttechnologyforwaterproducedbyfirefloodinghaveinitiallytakenshape.(五)油田標準化、模塊化、橇裝化、集成化設計技術對“成熟、先進、適用”的地面配套技術進行標準化、模塊化、橇裝化、一體化集成,形成了“稀油計量配水一體化橇裝裝置”、“稠油集油配汽一體化橇裝裝置”等系列的一體化集成裝置。采用三維設計軟件完成了油氣水井場、計量站、注水站、集氣站、轉(zhuǎn)油站、處理站等各類站場標準化系列圖紙,同時配套完成了標準化設計概、預算指標,實現(xiàn)了新疆油氣田所有新建產(chǎn)能項目的完整覆蓋。5.Standardized,modularized,skid-mountedandintegrateddesigntechnologyThemature,advancedandapplicablesurfacesupportingtechnologyhasbeenstandardized,modularized,skid-mountedandintegratedtodevelopseriesofintegrateddevicessuchasintegratedskid-mounteddevicesforthinoilmetering&waterdistributionandheavyoilgathering&steamdistribution.Adoptthree-dimensionaldesignsoftwaretocompleteseriesofstandardizeddrawingsfordifferentstationssuchasoil-gas-waterwellsite,meteringstation,waterinjectionstation,gasgatheringstation,oiltransferstationandtreatmentstation,andalsocompleteestimateandbudgettargetssupportingstandardizeddesign,thusrealizingcompletecoverageofallnewcapacityprojectsinXinjiangoilfields.(六)煤層氣開發(fā)地面工藝技術中油煤層氣項目全面采取標準化、模塊化、撬裝化設計。采用自壓密閉集輸工藝,因地制宜實施“氣水同輸、節(jié)點分水”;增壓采用“螺桿壓縮機分散式增壓+旋流過濾分離除塵”或“螺桿機喂氣+往復機集中增壓+旋流過濾分離除塵”技術,增壓機組配套變頻控制技術;處理采用“重力分離除塵+三甘醇脫水或分子篩脫水”兩段工藝以及“動態(tài)露點控制”技術;逐步形成了煤層氣集輸與處理的技術包,并研發(fā)了煤層氣橇裝增壓裝置、橇裝一體化CNG裝置、脫水裝置、除塵裝置和選井裝置。6.Coalbedmethane(CBM)gatheringandprocessingtechnologyStandardized,modularizedandskid-mounteddesignhasbeenemployedinallaspectsinCNPCCBMproject.Adoptdeadweightcustodygatheringprocesstocarryoutsynchronous“gas-watertransmissionandwaterdistributionatnodes”inthelightoflocalconditions;forthepurposeofboosting,adoptthetechnology“distributedboostingbyscrewcompressor+filteringseparationanddustremovalbycyclone”or“airfeedingbyscrewmachine+centralizedboostingbyreciprocatingmachine+filteringseparationanddustremovalbycyclone”,aswellasfrequencyconversioncontroltechnologysupportingboosterset;forthepurposeoftreatment,adopttwostageprocess"gravityseparationanddustremoval+triglycoldehydrationormolecularsievedehydration”and“dynamicdewpointcontrol”technology;graduallydevelopCBMgatheringandtreatmenttechnologypackage,CBMskid-mountedsuperchargingdevice,skid-mountedintegratedCNGdevice,dehydrationplant,dustcollector,andwellselectiondevice.(七)沙漠公路設計技術研究應用沙漠公路線型設計原則、路基橫斷面型式、邊坡加固、防沙害影響、路面結構、風積沙壓實、防沙工程設計等整套沙漠地區(qū)公路設計技術,設計了國內(nèi)第一條貫穿塔克拉瑪干南北全長470公里的沙漠公路,先后完成了橫穿塔里木沙漠、古爾班通古特沙漠兩大流動和半固定型沙漠公路,修建西氣東輸管道等工程伴行道路,及石彩公路等一系列沙漠和山區(qū)主干公路工程。7.DeserthighwaydesigntechniqueStudycompletesetofdeserthighwaydesigntechnique,includingprinciplesofapplyingdeserthighwaylinesdesign,subgradecross-sectionpattern,slopereinforcement,influenceofdesertprotection,pavementstructure,compactionofaeoliansandandsandpreventionengineeringdesign,etc.,soastocompletethedesignforthefirstdeserthighwayrunningthroughTaklimakanand470kminlength,andsuccessivelybuildtwodeserthighwaysofflowandsemi-fixedtypesrunningthroughTarimDesertandGurbantunggutDesert,aswellasaseriesofoilfieldtrunkhighwaysindesertsandmountains,e.g.constructionroadsaccompanyingWesttoEastGasPipelineandShicaiHighway.(八)油氣田地面工程數(shù)字化技術形成了基于設計文件和施工數(shù)據(jù)的油氣田地面工程數(shù)字化技術體系,利用地面工程建設前期的工程測量數(shù)據(jù)、設計各階段各專業(yè)設計文件、施工數(shù)據(jù)等進行地理信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)建設,綜合利用外業(yè)航測數(shù)據(jù)處理、遙感影像數(shù)據(jù)處理、GPSRTK、GPSPPK等技術,實現(xiàn)“數(shù)字油田”地面工程數(shù)據(jù)正?;?。建成了地面工程信息系統(tǒng),為現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)管理、地面工程設計和全局部署決策提供了可視化平臺。8.Digitaloil-gasfieldsurfaceengineeringtechnologyFormacompletedcharacteristictechnologysystemfordigitizationofoilfieldsurfaceprojectsbasedondesigndocumentsandconstructiondata,carryoutgeographicinformationsystem(GIS)dataconstructionbymeansofengineeringmeasurementsduringearlystagesofsurfaceengineeringconstruction,designdocumentsofalldisciplinesateachdesignstage,constructiondata,etc.;makecomprehensiveuseofaerophotogrammetricdataprocessingtechnology,remotesensingimagedataprocessingtechnology,GPSRTK,GPSPPKandothertechnologiestodigitizeoil-gasfieldsurfaceengineeringanddevelopSISdataacquisition;establishedsurfaceengineeringinformationsystemwhichprovidesavisualplatformforon-siteproductionmanagement,surfaceengineeringandoveralldeploymentanddecision-making.(九)發(fā)電、輸配電及熱力、動力、熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)工程設計技術熱力、電力、動力等系統(tǒng)專業(yè)具有獨立、成熟的點、線、網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)設計和系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃能力,形成了“多種余熱利用形式大中型天然氣發(fā)電站、多種布置形式變電所、適合特殊氣象條件的架空線路、電網(wǎng)調(diào)度通信”綜合設計技術。設計開展的克拉瑪依系統(tǒng)熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)工程,在國內(nèi)同類項目中,地形落差最大、供熱溫差最大、供熱管徑最大。9.Engineeringdesigntechnologyofpowergeneration,transmissionanddistribution,alongwithheat,powerandco-generationThesesystemdisciplinessuchasheat,electricpowerandpowerhaveindependentandmaturepoint-line-networksystemdesignandplanningability.Theintegrateddesigntechnologiesfor“l(fā)arge-and-medium-scalegaspowerplantswithmultiplerecuperationmodes,substationswithmultiplearrangementmodes,overheadlinesadaptabletospecialweatherandpowergriddispatchingandcommunication”havebeendeveloped.ThedesignedKaramaysystematicco-generationprojectisfeaturedbythelargesttopographicelevationdifference,heatingtemperaturedifferenceandheatingpipesizeamongdomesticprojectsofthiskind.(十)油田中后期復合驅(qū)開發(fā)地面配套技術涵蓋復合驅(qū)配注、原油處理、采出水處理、凈化水配聚回用等環(huán)節(jié),形成了以“低粘損配注技術”、“高含聚低溫采出液處理技術”、“中高礦化度凈化水配聚技術”為核心的整套地面工藝配套技術。10.OilfieldcombinationdrivegroundengineeringforthemidtolateperiodAseriesofgroundengineeringtechniqueshasbeendeveloped,coveringcombinationdriveinjectionallocation,crudeoiltreatment,producedwatertreatment,treatedwaterpreparingandpolymerizingandotherlinksforreuse,whichfocuseson“l(fā)owviscositylossinjectionallocation”,“highpolymerbearingandlowtemperatureproducedfluidprocessing”and“preparingandpolymerizingofmid-and-highmineralizationpurifiedwater”.(十一)機械工業(yè)設計技術貼合油氣田地面建設工程特點,形成了:以螺旋縫預精焊為主的石油管道制造及管道防腐工業(yè)設計技術;“長輸管道”、“大型原油儲備庫維搶修作業(yè)”、“油田生產(chǎn)”維搶修作業(yè)工業(yè)設計技術;石油管道標準化預制焊接工業(yè)設計技術;“鉆具維修”、“井控設備維修”工業(yè)設計技術;“油井水泥干混”工業(yè)設計技術;自主研發(fā)了“現(xiàn)代化倉儲物流”工業(yè)設計技術。主編行業(yè)標準一項。11.MachineryindustryengineeringtechnologyInlinewithcharacteristicsofgasfieldsurfaceconstructionworks,industrialengineeringtechnologyforoilpipelinefabricationandanticorrosionmainlyrepresentedbyfinepre-weldingwithspiraljoints,aswellasindustrialengineeringtechnologiesfor“l(fā)ong-distancepipeline”,“maintenanceandemergencyrepairoperationoflarge-scalecrudeoilstorage”,maintenanceandemergencyrepairin“oilfieldproduction”,standardizedfabricationandweldingofoilpipeline,“drillingtoolmaintenance”,“wellcontrolequipmentmaintenance”and“dryblendingofcementforoilwell”havebeendeveloped;independentR&Dofindustrialengineeringtechnologyfor“modernizedwarehousingandlogistics”hasbeenfinished.Andthecompanyhasservedasthemaindrafterofanindustrialstandard.勘察設計業(yè)務1.在稀油集輸處理及注水方面,先后完成了彩南油田、石西油田、陸梁油田及希望油田等多個國內(nèi)外油田地面建設工程的勘察設計工作。2000年以來,累計完成稠稀油產(chǎn)能2000余萬噸,形成稀油特色技術14項,榮獲省部級及以上優(yōu)秀成果11項。1.Intermsofthinoilgatheringandtreatmentandwaterinjection,thesurveyanddesignforanumberofdomesticandforeignoilfieldsurfaceconstructionprojects,suchasCainanOilfield,ShixiOilfieldandLuliangOilfield,hasfinished.Over20milliontonsheavy&thinoilhavebeenproducedsince2000,and14specialtechnologiesinthinoilfieldhavebeendeveloped,obtaining11provincialandabovelevelawardsforoutstandingachievements2.在稠油、超稠油、油砂礦集輸處理方面,我院完成了風城、九區(qū)、紅淺及齋桑等國內(nèi)外油田的多個涵蓋普通稠油、超稠油、特超稠油、油砂礦集輸處理工藝的工程項目。2000年以來,榮獲省部級及以上優(yōu)秀成果13項,形成了12項成熟的地面工程配套技術。2.Intermsofheavyoil,extraheavyoilandoilsandmineralgatheringandtreatment,severalprojectsinvolvingcommonheavyoil,extraheavyoil,extra-extraheavyoilandoilsandmineralgatheringandtreatmentforFengcheng,Block9,Hongqian,Zaysanandotherdomesticandforeignoilfields.Since2000,wehavewon13provincialandabovelevelawardsforoutstandingachievement,anddeveloped12maturegroundengineeringsupportingtechnologies.3.在天然氣集輸及處理方面,我院先后完成了呼圖壁、盆5、瑪河、克拉美麗及扎那諾爾等國內(nèi)外氣田工程項目的勘察設計,逐步形成了井口加熱節(jié)流、注醇節(jié)流、高壓集氣-集中加熱節(jié)流等多套集輸工藝包和一體化裝置。根據(jù)不同油藏的伴生氣特點,形成了淺冷和深冷兩種伴生氣處理技術。2000年以來,完成天然氣產(chǎn)能建設100億方,榮獲省部級及以上優(yōu)秀成果獎10項。3.Intermsofnaturalgasgatheringandtreatment,wehavesuccessivelycompletedthesurveyanddesignforgasfieldengineeringprojectsinHutubi,Pen-5,Mahe,KelameiliandZananol,graduallydevelopedmanygatheringpackagesforgascollectionandintegrationdevicesforwellheadheatingandthrottling,alcoholinjectionthrottlingandhigh-pressurecentralizedheatingandthrottling.Accordingtothecharacteristicsofassociatedgaswithdifferentreservoirs,establishshallowcryogenicanddeepcryogenictreatmenttechnologiesforassociatedgas.10billioncubicmeternaturalgashasbeenproducedsince2000,winning10provincialandabovelevelawardsforoutstandingachievements.4.在油氣儲運工程方面,完成了西氣東輸二線、獨—烏—鄯原油管道、鄯善原油儲備庫等多個中石油重大工程項目。2000年以來,先后設計了疆內(nèi)外各類長輸油氣管道近7000km,城市燃氣管網(wǎng)近800km,大型原油、成品油庫8座、瀝青庫2座,總罐容超過500萬方,天然氣壓縮液化利用站場上百座。設計的最大管徑已達到1219mm、最大壓力達到12MPa、最大站間距近300km。4.Intermsofoil-gasstorageandtransportation,wehavecompletedtheSecondWesttoEastGasPipeline,Du-Wu-ShanCrudeOilPipeline,ShanshanNationalCrudeOilReserveDepotandothermajorCNPCprojects.Since2000,atotalofapprox.7,000kmlong-distanceoil-gaspipelinesindifferenttypesinsideandoutsideXinjiang,approx.800kmurbangasnetwork,8largecrude&productoildepotsand2asphaltdepots(withtotaltankcapacityofover5millioncubicmeters),aswellashundredsofstationsutilizingnaturalgas(LNG,CNG)havebeenestablished.Maximumdesignedpipediameterhasreached1,219mm,maximumpressurereaches12Mpa,andmaximumstationspacingreachesnearly300km.5.在市政建設方面,2000年以來累計完成油氣田地面建設、克拉瑪依市城市總體規(guī)劃、石油基地、石化工業(yè)園區(qū)等各類規(guī)劃135余項;完成“塔里木油田土地利用規(guī)劃”等規(guī)劃咨詢約20余項;累計完成百萬平方米的市政建設、油氣田地面工程建筑工程設計與相關結構設計工作。諸多項目榮獲了自治區(qū)、集團公司等級別的優(yōu)秀工程設計一、二、三等獎。5.Intermsofmunicipalconstruction,wehascompletedover135itemsofplanningandconsultationcoveringthesurfaceconstructionforgas-oilfield,overallurbanplanningofKaramay,aswellastheconstructionofpetroleumbaseandpetrochemicalindustrialpark;about20planningconsultingsuchasTarimOilfieldlanduseplanning,togetherwithdesigntaskofmillionsquaremetersincludingmunicipalconstruction,gas-oilfieldsurfaceengineeringandrelatedstructuresconstructionhavebeenfinished,winningmanytheFirst,SecondandThirdPrizesforengineeringdesignattheAutonomousRegionortheGrouplevel.6.在海外項目方面,我院服務范圍覆蓋了哈薩克斯坦、土庫曼斯坦、烏茲別克斯坦、伊拉克、伊朗、蘇丹、尼日爾、加拿大等十余個國家,完成包括油氣處理、油氣集輸、油氣儲運、稠油熱采、油田注水、油田氣舉、污水處理、發(fā)電、輸變電等多個專業(yè)領域的技術服務百余項。6.Intermsofoverseasprojects,ourbusinessrangecoversmorethan10countriessuchasKazakhstan,Turkmenistan,Uzbekistan,Iraq,Iran,Sudan,NigerandCanada工程總承包業(yè)務工程總承包作為設計院的主營業(yè)務,已占全院總產(chǎn)值的85%以上。2010年以來,共承接涵蓋油氣田地面建設、LNG、CNG母站、管道建設、儲庫等領域的EPC項目30余項,合同額累計達100億元,項目涉及“油田產(chǎn)能、系統(tǒng)配套、節(jié)能環(huán)保、老區(qū)開發(fā)、科研開發(fā)、市政工程”等方面。ProjectgeneralcontractingbusinessAsmainbusiness,theprojectgeneralcontractingbusinesshasoccupiedover85%ofthedesigninstitute'stotaloutputvalue.Since2010,wehaveundertaken30EPCprojectsinthefieldsofoilfieldsurfaceconstruction,primaryfilingstationsforLNGandCNG,pipelineconstructionandstorage,with10billionyuanofaccumulatedcontractamount.Theprojectswererelatedtooilfieldcapacity,systemmatching,energysavingandenvironmentalprotection,olddistrictdevelopment,scientificresearchdevelopmentandmunicipalproject.承擔呼圖壁地下儲氣庫EPC工程
