/少兒英語經(jīng)典童話劇《皇帝的新裝》劇本Scene1〈地點(diǎn):atthepalace人物：theEmperor，soldier-Aandsoldier-B〉旁白:Manyyearsagolivedanemperor.Hethoughtsomuchofnewclothesthathespentallhismoneyinordertoobtainthem;hisonlyambitionwastobealwayswelldressed.theonlything,infact,hethoughtanythingofwastodriveoutandshowanewsuitofclothes.Hehadacoatforeveryhouroftheday.很久以前有一個皇帝，他非常注重新衣服，因此他把他所有的錢都花在衣服上，他唯一的愿望就是每時每刻都能穿得很漂亮。實(shí)際上，他想的都是出去炫耀他的新衣服。他每天每個鐘頭都要換一套新的衣服。Oneday：有一天：TheEmperor(toSoldiers):Arethereanynewthingsaboutclothestoday?皇帝（對士兵說）：今天有沒有有關(guān)新衣服的消息？Soldier-A:Todaytwoswindlerscametoourcity.Theysaidtheywerethebestweaversintheworld.士兵A：今天有兩個人來到我們的城市，他們說他們是世界上最好的織工。soldier-B:Andtheysaidtheycouldproducethefinestcloth,theirwerenotonlybeautiful,buttheclothescouldn’tbeseentoanymanwhowasunfitforhisofficeorstupid.士兵B：他們還說他們能織出誰也想象不到的最美麗的布。這些布的顏色和款式不僅僅非常好看，他們說，而且它縫出來的衣服還有一個奇異的作用，那就是凡是不稱職的人或愚蠢的人都看不見這衣服。Theemperor(thought):"Theemperor(thought):”Thatmustbewonderfulcloth,ifIdressesasuitmadeofthiscloth,Icanfindoutwhichmenisunfitfortheirplacesorstupid.Imustaskthemtoweaveformerightnow.”皇帝（想）：這一定是非常奇異的衣服，如果我能夠穿上這種布做成的衣服，我就能夠找出我的王國里哪些人是不稱職的，哪些人是聰明的，哪些人是愚蠢的。我要叫他們馬上織出這種布。因此Theemperor:(tosoldier-A):Findtheyandasktheymakeclothforme.皇帝（對士兵A說）：去叫他們給我織布。soldier-A:yes,Igooutanddothisthingnow.士兵A：是的，我立刻去。Theemperor:(tosoldier-B):Setuptworoomsforthem.皇帝（對士兵B說）：準(zhǔn)備兩間房子給他們。soldier-B:yes,Idothisthingnow.士兵B：是的，我立刻去做。旁白:twoswindlerswereaskedtoworkinthetwonewrooms.Theypretendedtobeveryhardatwork,buttheydidnothingwhateverontherooms.Theyaskedforthefinestsilkandthemostpreciousgold-cloth;alltheygottheydidawaywith,andworkedattheemptyroomstilllateatnight.旁白：兩個騙子被叫到兩間新的房子里工作。他們假裝努力工作，實(shí)際上他們在房子里什么都沒有做。他們要求最好的絲綢和最貴的金線；他們把這些東西都裝進(jìn)他們的腰包，卻假裝在那些空房間里工作到深夜。Scene2〈地點(diǎn):atthepalace人物：theEmperor，oldministerandCourtier-A〉Severaldayslater:幾天后：Theemperor(thought):"Ishouldverymuchliketoknowhowtheyaregettingonwiththecloth,"ButifIcannotseeit,Iamastupidman.Ican’tdothat.Imustsendsomebodyelsefirstforseeit.So,皇帝（想）：我很想知道他們的織布究竟織得怎樣了。但如果我看見見的話，那就說明我是愚蠢的人。我不能這樣做，我應(yīng)該先派一個人去看看。因此，Theemperor(totheoldminister):youarehonestandintelligent.SoIwanttoknowhowaboutmynewcloth.Yougotothetwonewroomsandseeaboutit.theoldminister:yes,Idothisthingnow.皇帝（對一個老大臣說）：我要找個誠實(shí)和聰明的人去看看我的新布料，你去那兩間新房子看看。Scene3〈地點(diǎn):intheroom人物：oldminister，swindler-Aswindler-B〉旁白:theoldministerwenttothetwonewrooms.這個老大臣去到那兩間新房子。theoldminister(thought):Heavenpreserveus!Icannotseeanythingatall,"這個老大臣（想）：我的天啊，我什么都看不見。swindler-A:hello!MrMinister,youcancomenearandseeclearly.騙子A：你好，大臣先生，你可以走近點(diǎn)，看清楚一點(diǎn)。swindler-B:oh.MrMinister,Didyouseethesefinestpatternandbeautifulcolours.Howwonderfulisit!騙子B：啊，大臣先生，看見這些美麗的花紋和漂亮的顏色嗎？多么美啊！旁白：Thepooroldministertriedhisverybest,buthecouldseenothing,fortherewasnothingtobeseen.oldministerthought,"Ohdear,canIbesostupid?Ishouldneverhavethoughtso,andnobodymustknowit!IsitpossiblethatIamnotfitformyoffice?No,no,IcannotsaythatIwasunabletoseethecloth."這個可憐的大臣盡他最大的努力去看，可是他什么都看不到，以為那里根本就什么東西都沒有。

老大臣想：天啊，難道是我愚蠢的人？我從來都沒懷疑過自己，也不能讓任何人知道。難道是我不適合這個位置？不，不，我不可以說我沒有看到布的。swindler-A:"Now,haveyougotnothingtosay?"騙子A：現(xiàn)在你有什么意見嗎？旁白：whileswindler-Bpretendedtobebusilyweaving.Oldminister:"Oh,itisverypretty,exceedinglybeautiful,Whatabeautifulpattern,whatbrilliantcolors!IshalltelltheemperorthatIliketheclothverymuch."

當(dāng)騙子B假裝忙著編織，老大臣說：啊，多么美啊，美極了！多么漂亮的花紋啊，多么美麗的色彩??！我會呈報皇帝我對于這布非常滿意。swindler-Aandswindler-B:"Wearepleasedtohearthat,"騙子A和騙子B：聽到你的話我們真高興。旁白：swindlersdescribedtheclothtohim.Theoldministerlistencarefully,sothathecanrelatetotheemperor.Nowtheswindleraskedformoremoney,silkandgold-colth.Theykepteverythingforthemselves,andpretendedtoworkinghard.騙子們向大臣描述這些布奇異的顏色和花紋，老大臣注意的聽著，以便回到皇帝那去，可以照樣背出來。事實(shí)上他也是這樣做的?，F(xiàn)在這兩個騙子要求更多的錢，更多的絲和金子，他們說是為了織布的需要。他們把這些東西全裝進(jìn)腰包里，連一根線也沒有放到織機(jī)上去。不過他們還是繼續(xù)在空空的機(jī)架上工作。Scene4〈地點(diǎn):atthepalace人物：theEmperor,Courtier-A〉Severaldayslater:theEmperor:Ialwaysthinkyouaremorehonestandmorewisethantheoldminister.Soyougoandseehowtheyweregettingon,andiftheclothwasnearlyfinished.Courtier-A:Thankyouforyoupraise.Idothisthingrightnow.皇帝：我一直都認(rèn)為你比那個老大臣更誠實(shí)，更聰明，因此你去看看他們進(jìn)行得怎樣，看看布是不是快編織好了。官員A：謝謝你的夸張，我現(xiàn)在就去。Scene5〈地點(diǎn):intheroom人物：Courtier-A，swindler-Aswindler-B〉旁白：Liketheoldminister,helookedandlookedbutcouldseenothing,astherewasnothingtobeseen.twoswindlers:"Isitnotabeautifulpieceofcloth?"

象老大臣一樣，他看了又看，還是看不到一點(diǎn)東西，因為本來就沒有東西。騙子們：這塊布漂亮嗎？旁白：theyareshowingandexplainingthemagnificentpattern,which,however,didnotexist.他們指著一些漂亮的花紋，并作了一些解釋，事實(shí)上什么都沒有。Courtier-A(thought):"Iamnotstupid,ItisthereforemygoodappointmentforwhichIamnotfit.Itisverystrange,butImustnotletanyoneknowit;"官員A（想）：我并不愚蠢，這可能是我不適合擔(dān)當(dāng)現(xiàn)在的官職，這真夠滑稽的，但是我不能讓其他人知道。Courtier-A:"Itisveryexcellent."官員A：這真是太美了。twoswindlers:thankyouverymuch.youareaverycleverman.Andyoucanaskthekingtoseeourproduct.”兩個騙子：謝謝，你真是一位聰明的人，你可以回去請皇帝來看我們的杰作了。Courtier-A:Iwilltellthekingwhatyousay.官員A：我會向皇帝皇帝你們的建議的。旁白：swindlersdescribedtohimthecolorsandexplainedthecuriouspattern.TheCourtier-Alistenedattentively,thathemightrelatetotheemperorwhattheysaid;andsohedid.Everybodyinthewholetowntalkedaboutthepreciouscloth.

騙子們向他描述這些布奇異的顏色和花紋，官員A注意的聽著，以便回到皇帝那去，可以照樣背出來。事實(shí)上他也是這樣做的。城市里所有的人都在談?wù)撨@些奇異的布。Scene6〈地點(diǎn):intheroom人物：theemperor，Courtier-A,Courtier-B,Courtier-C,swindler-Aandswindler-B〉旁白：Atlasttheemperorwishedtoseeithimself,whileitwasstillontheroom.

最后，皇帝想親自去那間房子看看。theemperor(thought):Theemperor(thought):Whatisthis?Idon’tseeanythingatall..AmIstupid?AmIunfittobeemperor?Howdreadfulitis.皇帝（想）：什么？我什么都看不見，這真實(shí)荒唐。難道我愚蠢？還是我不適合當(dāng)皇帝呢？這真是我從來沒有碰見的一件最可怕的事情。theemperor:Really,yourclothhasourmostgraciousapproval;"皇帝：啊，你們的布我非常贊賞。旁白：Allhisattendantswithhimcouldseenothingatall.Courtier-A,Courtier-BandCourtier-C:"Itisverybeautiful."Courtier-B:ItisthemostbeautifulclothwhatIhaveseeninmylife.皇帝的隨從們盡管看了又看，可是他們誰都沒有看到任何東西。Courtier-A:youcanwearthenewclothesatagreatprocessionwhichwassoontotakeplace."官員C：你可以穿著這塊布去將要舉行的游行大典。theemperor(fortwoswindlers):Iwillappointedyou"ImperialCourtweavers."皇帝（對兩個騙子說）：我將雇傭你們?yōu)橛缚棊?。Scene7〈地點(diǎn):inthepalace人物：theemperor，Courtier-A,Courtier-B,Courtier-C,swindler-Aandswindler-B〉旁白：Thewholenightbeforetheprocession,theswindlerspretendedtoworkandburnedmorethansixteencandles.Peopleshouldseethattheywerebusytofinishtheemperor'snewsuit.swindler-Aandswindler-B:"Theemperor'snewsuitisreadynow."

舉行游行大典的前一天晚上，兩個騙子假裝在工作，并且點(diǎn)起了16根以上的蠟燭。人們可以看出他們是在忙著趕制皇帝的新裝。他們假裝把布料從房子里拿出來，用大剪刀在空中裁剪，同時又用沒有穿線的針縫了一通。騙子A和騙子B：皇帝的新裝弄好了。旁白：theswindlersheldtheirarmsupasiftheyheldsomethingintheirhands.

騙子們把他們的手高高舉起，好象他們手里拿著什么東西。swindler-A:"Thesearethetrousers!"騙子A：這是褲子。swindler-B:"Thisisthecoat!"騙子B：這是大衣。swindler-A:"Hereisthecloak!"騙子A：這是斗篷。swindler-B:"Theyareallaslightasacobweb,andonemustfeelasifonehadnothingatalluponthebody;butthatisjustthebeautyofthem."騙子B：他們輕得就象蜘蛛絲一樣，穿著他的人會覺得身上好象沒有什么東西似的，但這正是它們的妙處所在。allthecourtiers:"Indeed!"所有的官員：是啊。swindler-A:"DoesitpleaseyourMajestynowtograciouslyundress,thatwemayassistyourMajestyinputtingonthenewsuitbeforethelargelooking-glass?"騙子A：現(xiàn)在請皇上脫下衣服，我們要在這個大鏡子面前為陛下?lián)Q上新裝。旁白：Theemperorundressed,andtheswindlerspretendedtoputthenewsuituponhim,onepieceafteranother;andtheemperorlookedathimselfintheglassfromeveryside.

皇帝脫下衣服，騙子們假裝為他穿上新的衣服，一件接著一件?；实墼阽R子面前轉(zhuǎn)來轉(zhuǎn)去。Courtier-A:Howwelltheylook!官員A：這衣服真好看啊！Courtier-B:Howwelltheyfit!官員B：這衣服真合身啊。Courtier-A:Whatabeautifulpattern!Whatfinecolors!Thatisamagnificentsuitofclothes!"官員A：多好看的花紋??！多么美的色彩??！這真是一套華麗的衣服！Scene8〈地點(diǎn):inthestreet人物：theemperor，Courtier-A,Courtier-B,Courtier-C,resident-Aresident-Bthefatherandalittlechild〉旁白：TheemperormarchedintheprocessionunderthebeautifulCanopy.allwhosawhiminthestreetandoutofthewindowsexclaimed.

皇帝在那個富麗的華蓋下游行著，站在街上和窗戶的人都在驚叫著。resident-A:"Indeed,theemperor'snewsuitisincomparable!Whatalongtrainhehas!Howwellitfitshim!"居民A：真的，皇帝的新裝真的無與倫比！他長袍多適合他??！resident-B:yes,ofcourseIsawit.itverywonderful.
