水能規(guī)劃2.1 徑流調(diào)節(jié)2.1.1 水量差積曲線2.1.1.1 水庫調(diào)節(jié)性能的判斷通常用庫容系數(shù)()反映水庫興利調(diào)節(jié)能力。當(dāng)2%時,水庫為日調(diào)節(jié)水庫;當(dāng)2%30%事,水庫為多年調(diào)節(jié)水庫。由湖南鎮(zhèn)水電站多年壩址處的平均流量算出多年平均流量為84.08立方/秒則多年平均水量為 正常蓄水位有以下三個方案:227m、230m、233m, 對應(yīng)的庫容分別為:1464.24106 m3、1584.24106 m3、1715.99106 m3。流量為0時,對應(yīng)的水庫壩址處水位為122.60m,三個方案所能集中的最大水頭分別為104.4m,107.4m,110.4m,壩式年調(diào)節(jié)水電站的h消=(25%-30%),對應(yīng)的消落深度為33m,36m,38m,由此得到對應(yīng)的死水位為194m,194m,195m。查出對應(yīng)的庫容為526.82106 m3,526.82106 m3,544.87106 m3,求出興利庫容為937.42106 m3,1057.42106 m3,1171.12106 m3,則庫容系數(shù)分別為:=(937.42106)/(2650106)=35.4%=(1057.42106)/(2650106)=39.9%=(1171.12106)/(2650106)=44.2%庫容系數(shù)1、2、3都大于30%,因此判定湖南鎮(zhèn)水庫為多年調(diào)節(jié)水庫。2.1.1.2 水庫設(shè)計(jì)保證率水電站的設(shè)計(jì)保證率直接關(guān)系到水庫的供電可靠性、水能資源利用程度及電站造價。本水電站位于華東電網(wǎng),為多年調(diào)節(jié)水電站,根據(jù)水電站在電力系統(tǒng)所占比重,及灌溉、供水和通航等設(shè)計(jì)要求,擬定本水庫的設(shè)計(jì)保證率為90%2.1.1.3 水量差積曲線本水庫是多年調(diào)節(jié)水庫,具有長系列的水文資料,首先求出多年水量的平均值,取一整數(shù),作為多年水量定值。水量差積值計(jì)算公式見式(2-2): (2-2)近似表示為: (2-3)式中 Q在式(2-2)式(2-3)中分別為瞬時流量和時段時段平均流量,m3/s;Q定多年流量定值,m3/s ;W差積水量差積值,(m3/s)月 為避免出現(xiàn)不必要的錯誤,選年差積點(diǎn)作為控制點(diǎn),則控制點(diǎn)的水量差積值為: (2-4)根據(jù)已算出的多年平均流量及所給的水文資料可繪出長系列的水量差積曲線,簡圖見圖2-1,具體曲線詳圖見附圖。2.1.1.4 正常蓄水位的確定 死水位的選擇2.2.1 死水位選擇的步驟正常蓄水位已定的情況下,死水位選擇的步驟如下:(1)根據(jù)已定的正常蓄水位,確定三個相應(yīng)的死水位方案(199m,197m,195m);(2)對三個死水位方案求得相應(yīng)的興利庫容和水庫消落深度;然后對每個方案進(jìn)行徑流調(diào)節(jié),求得各個方案的調(diào)節(jié)流量(3)對三個死水位方案,計(jì)算保證出力,根據(jù)保證出力最大的原則選定死水位方案。根據(jù)計(jì)算分析,本水庫的設(shè)計(jì)保證率為90%,則允許破壞年數(shù)為:
