人教版八年級下冊unit7 whats the highest mountain in the world? section A (1A-2b)教材分析:本節(jié)課是人教版八年級下冊unit7的第一課,課型為聽說課,以聽和說操練為主。在教山峰河流沙漠的單詞時,學(xué)生比較生疏,所以先讓他們查查資料,上課時會就會熟悉一些。對于短語as big as, much bigger教師用PPT圖片呈現(xiàn)出來,學(xué)生學(xué)起來會輕松一些。對于聽力部分,大多數(shù)的學(xué)生聽力基礎(chǔ)不好,太長的聽力填空對他們來說很難完成,所以把它整合成4段,并每段只有一問一答,這樣學(xué)生會更容易捕捉需要的信息。對于難點(diǎn)讀大數(shù)字這一塊,老師先讓學(xué)生課前百度了解一下讀的方法,在課堂上還安排了一個聽力,一個小組互助活動,還有一個改錯活動,讓學(xué)生突破難點(diǎn)。學(xué)情分析:學(xué)生之前有學(xué)過形容詞的比較極和最高級,對比較極掌握得還可以,但是用最高級表達(dá)句子時最易犯以下錯誤:前面沒有the, 忘了用in/of說明一個范圍, 因此,圍繞主題用表格展示這些出來,并讓他們觀察,歸納; 學(xué)生聽力基礎(chǔ)不好,老師把1b的聽力材料整合并分為4段,并先讓他們猜測,對于2b的聽力,學(xué)生能聽出數(shù)字就可以了。Targets:1.students are able to pronounce and use the following words:square, meter, deep, long, desert, mountain, salt lake. Students are able to read big numbers.Key point: Ss are able to use comparative words and superlative words to talk about the geography.Difficult point: Ss are able to read the big numbers.導(dǎo)學(xué)案:學(xué)生自找資料了解The Sahara, Qomalangma, The Caspian Sea,The Nile 并翻譯:一、1025 meters deep_6670 kilometers long_9,600,000 square kilometers_ (參考書)二、用英語讀出以下數(shù)字:420 5600 (百度)三、寫出以下比較級和最高級。(參考八年級上冊96頁)tall_ _ big_ _ long_ _四、翻譯:我比他高。 全班我最高。設(shè)計(jì)意圖:讓學(xué)生了解主題的背景知識,學(xué)起來會熟悉一些同時檢測學(xué)生對舊知識的掌握程度, 以便調(diào)整上課步驟。教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié):一 、檢查導(dǎo)學(xué)案,評價。二、學(xué)習(xí)新課1、 Warm-up Ss watch a video(Qomolangma, The Nile, The Caspian, The Sahara的視頻剪輯合并)。T: Would you like to visit them?2、Ss learn the target words by PPT pictures. (Qomolangma, The Nile, The Caspian, The Sahara的圖片配上數(shù)字說明,并且有飛機(jī)逐漸飛向這些景點(diǎn)的動畫效果)。T:whats this?Ss: Qomolangma.T: Is it a mountain or a river?S: a mountain.T: How high is it? (T help the students say the number: it is 8,844.43 meters high) T: It is very high, it is the highest mountain in the world. All the students read together and sum-up: 把數(shù)組每隔三位分在一起,用逗號隔開,從右向左,第一個三位按hundred,第二個按thousand,第三個按million,遞四個按billion讀. (PPT屏幕顯示)6,Listen and fill in the numbers from the box.Pre-listening. Ss read the number in groups.While listening, Ss listen for the first time and number 1-4 in the order they hear them. For the second time, Ss fill in the blanks with the big numbers.After listening, Ss learns the usage of much+形容詞比較級and as as by pictures on PPT.7, play a game.
