A computer for multimedia use.六、Teaching ProceduresStep 1 Greetings and RevisionGreet the class and check the Homework.Step 2 Lead-in1.Guess the places of the pictures; they are the British Museum, space museum, history museum, water park, zoo, amusement park while lead in sentence patterns:“ Have you ever been to ?”2.Speaking Get students to work in pairs to practice the conversation: “ Have you ever been to”“Yes, I have”/ Not, I havent.Step 3 Pre-listening1. Section A 1a T: OK. Now open your books on Page 65. In Part 1a, 6 places are given. Please read the names of these places. 2. Talk about the pictureStep 4 Listening1. Listen and choose the best answer. The first and the second question aim to listening to time, and the third one aims to listen for the relationship. This activity trains students listening ability for listening for specific relationship.2. Listen again. Listen and check the boxes. Have these students ever been to these places? Step 5 Speaking Ask and answer in pairs:A: lets go somewhere different today.B: OK. Where do you want to go?A: Have you ever been to the space museum?B: No, I havent. I learned about the inventions that led to color movies, too. 我還了解了一些發(fā)明,它們成就了彩色電影。此處learn是“了解;獲知;得知”的意思,由介詞about或of引入所獲知的具體內(nèi)容。例如:The children were all shocked to learn of the death of their headmaster. 得知校長(zhǎng)去世,孩子們都十分震驚。I only learned about the accident later. 我只是后來才得知了事故的情況。2. Ive never been camping. 我從未野營過。此句為現(xiàn)在完成進(jìn)行時(shí)。這一時(shí)態(tài)的結(jié)構(gòu)為“have been + 現(xiàn)在分詞”,表示從過去某一時(shí)刻延續(xù)至今的動(dòng)作。在本句中,說話人使用這一時(shí)態(tài)來強(qiáng)調(diào)自己至今從未有過野營的經(jīng)歷,欠缺這方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。又如:Hes been watching TV all afternoon. 他一下午都在看電視。Weve been living like this ever since the birth of my little brother. 自打我小弟弟出生,我們就一直這樣生活。Exercise1. 我去過北京兩次。I _ _ _ Beijing twice.2. 大聲讀書是一種學(xué)習(xí)英語的好方法。Reading aloud _ _ _ _ to learn English.3. 昨天他沒有去那,我也沒去。He didnt go there yesterday. _ _. 4. 我了解了一些電影的知識(shí)。I _ _ some information about movie.5. 他的粗心導(dǎo)致了這次失敗。His carelessness _ _ this failure.選用have, has填空:1.
