Unless otherwise specified, test and measurement shall be done under temperature of 233 and relative humidity of 4585%. If it is judged that the test results are not affected by such conditions, the tests may be conducted at temperature 1530 and humidity 2585%RH. 測(cè)試必須使用出廠時(shí)間不超過(guò)一個(gè)星期的新電池，且未進(jìn)行過(guò)五次以上的充放電循環(huán)。除非特別說(shuō)明，否則測(cè)試會(huì)在溫度233，相對(duì)濕度4585%的條件下進(jìn)行。如果經(jīng)鑒定測(cè)試結(jié)果不受上述條件影響，測(cè)試也可以在溫度1530，相對(duì)濕度2585%RH的條件下進(jìn)行。3.2 Measuring Instrument or Apparatus（測(cè)量器具及設(shè)備）3.2.1 Dimension Measuring Instrument（尺寸測(cè)量器具）The dimension measurement shall be implemented by instruments with equal or moreprecision scale of 0.01mm. 尺寸測(cè)量器具的精度等級(jí)應(yīng)不小于0.01 mm 。3.2.2 Voltmeter（伏特計(jì)）Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class having inner impedance more than 10k/V 按照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指定規(guī)格等級(jí)或采用靈敏度更高的，測(cè)量電壓時(shí)內(nèi)阻不應(yīng)小于10k/V。3.2.3 Ammeter（安培計(jì)）Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class. Total externalresistance including ammeter and wire is less than 0.01. 按照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指定規(guī)格等級(jí)或采用靈敏度更高的，包括電流表及電線在內(nèi)的總外阻應(yīng)小于0.01。3.2.4 Impedance Meter（電阻計(jì)）Impedance shall be measured by a sinusoidal alternating current method(1kHz LCR meter).內(nèi)阻測(cè)試儀測(cè)量原理應(yīng)為交流阻抗法（1kHz LCR）。3.3 Standard ChargeDischarge（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)充放電） 3.3.1 Standard Charge ：Test procedure and its criteria are referred as follows: 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)充電：測(cè)試過(guò)程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：0.2C5A =1000mA Charging shall consist of charging at a 0.2C5A constant current rate until the cell reaches 3.65V. The cell shall then be charged at constant voltage of 3.65 volts while tapering the charge current. Charging shall be terminated when the charging current has tapered to 0.01 C. Except to be discharged at temperatures per Table 3. Cells shall be stored for 3 hours at the test temperature prior to discharging and then shall be discharged at the test temperature. The capacity of a cell at each temperature shall be compared to the capacity achieved at 23 C and the percentage shall be calculated.
