Using Previous Knowledge: Guessing what a text is about by using what they know. 2. Guessing the meaning of the vocabularies according to the context and word-formation.3. By reading students can master the different reading strategiesscanning and skimming.情感態(tài)度: 珍惜自己周圍事物的變化感恩社會,回報社會,關(guān)愛他人。.Teaching and learning steps: Step one:PreviewLook at the picture ,then guess and read the new words.【設(shè)計意圖】教師通過檢查預(yù)習,讓學(xué)生熟悉新單詞,了解學(xué)生對課本知識的掌握情況,為下一步的教學(xué)做鋪墊。Step two:Warming up and leading inTask 1: a guessing gameTask 2:Free talk about students hometown A:What do you think of your hometown?B:I.A: Why do you like your hometown?B:I like my hometown because.The teacher can give the chart and some pictures below to help them.Task 3:Predict the passage.T:Please look at the title and the pictures and guess what it is about. Ss: It talks about hometown feelings.【設(shè)計意圖】通過猜謎導(dǎo)入家鄉(xiāng)這個話題,然后讓學(xué)生以小組為單位討論家鄉(xiāng)的感覺,通過詞匯聯(lián)想的方式,激發(fā)學(xué)生想象和思考,激活學(xué)生頭腦中各種相關(guān)的圖式,讓學(xué)生回憶已學(xué)過知識或相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,互相啟發(fā),暢所欲言。然后我引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過讀標題和看插圖的方式預(yù)測本文的內(nèi)容,這樣可為閱讀文章做好充分的準備。Step Three: While-reading1.Read the article fast and silently to get the main idea of each paragraph. (讀取大意)【設(shè)計意圖】快速閱讀是為了鍛煉學(xué)生在有限的時間內(nèi)快速提取信息并概括歸納的能力。通過整體粗讀,領(lǐng)略內(nèi)容大意,幫助理解,為細讀作準備。2. Which changes are generally good? Which changes could be seen as bad?【設(shè)計意圖】通過前面對的故事的歸納總結(jié),讓學(xué)生討論家鄉(xiāng)的變化,顯現(xiàn)出家鄉(xiāng)的巨大變化,許多變化給人民的工作生活帶來了便利,但是隨著社會的進步經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,環(huán)境污染也日益嚴重,在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的同時,我們要注意保護環(huán)境。屬于語言的輸出環(huán)節(jié)。Step Five情感體驗Watch a video about the changes of Shijiazhuang【設(shè)計意圖】:屬于情感教育環(huán)節(jié),教育學(xué)生要了解自己的家鄉(xiāng),熱愛家鄉(xiāng),要努力使自己的家鄉(xiāng)變得更漂亮,為家鄉(xiāng)的發(fā)展做貢獻。Step Six: class test (當堂檢測)1.He built a house a_ the tree2.Please r_ me the book.
