Flexible and Smart Online Monitoring and Fault DiagnosisSystem for Rotating Machinery柔性的和智能的在線監(jiān)測(cè)與故障診斷的旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)Abstract Monitoring the vibration signals of rotating machinery, ulteriorly, assessing the safety of equipment plays a significant role in ensuring the security of equipment and in saving maintenance fee. This paper integrated the idea of “configuration” in the industry control software, developed the “flexible” network-based online monitoring and fault diagnosis system. The network topology, configuration module, database, data acquisition workstation and monitoring components were presented. With the smart data acquisition strategy and strong adaptive monitoring tools, the system can be applied on kinds of rotating machinery, and the practical application of the system was introduced.Keywords online monitor, flexible system, smart system,configuration, rotating machinery旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械振動(dòng)信號(hào)的監(jiān)測(cè),進(jìn)一步地說(shuō),在確保設(shè)備的安全性和節(jié)省維修費(fèi)用上設(shè)備安全性的評(píng)估起到非常重要的角色。本文整合了工業(yè)控制軟件中的“配置”理念,開發(fā)出“柔性的”基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的在線監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷的系統(tǒng)。該網(wǎng)絡(luò)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、配置模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、數(shù)據(jù)采集工作站和監(jiān)視組件已得到介紹。隨著智能數(shù)據(jù)采集策略和強(qiáng)大的適應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)工具的開發(fā)應(yīng)用,該系統(tǒng)可以應(yīng)用于各種旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械,而且該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用也以得到介紹。關(guān)鍵詞:在線監(jiān)測(cè),柔性系統(tǒng),智能系統(tǒng),結(jié)構(gòu)配置,旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械CONCLUSIONBased on the development trend of the network-based online monitoring and diagnosis system, this paper introduced the idea of “flexible” of ICS and the smart data acquisition strategy, developed the configurable and smart online monitor and diagnosis system with strong flexibility. The system can be applied on kinds of rotating machinery. The smart signal analysis tools can provide the appropriate diagnosis method kinds of equipment, hence can level up the accuracy of fault diagnosis and condition evaluation.基于以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的在線監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),本文介紹了因特網(wǎng)連接共享和智能的數(shù)據(jù)采集策略“柔性”的思想,開發(fā)出具有很強(qiáng)的靈活性的結(jié)構(gòu)配置和智能的在線監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)可以用于各種旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械。智能信號(hào)分析工具能為各種設(shè)備提供適當(dāng)?shù)脑\斷方法,因此能夠提高故障診斷和工況評(píng)估的準(zhǔn)確性。I. INTRODUCTION引言With the development of the modern technology, a variety of rotating machinery (such as steam turbine, fan,wind turbine, etc.) raises the level of automatic operation.Due to the significant roles of the rotating machinery in the modern production process, to ensure the safety, reliability,economical and optimized operation, and to evaluation of thecondition of the current equipment have become very important research fields. Thereinto, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis have been put more attention 1.隨著現(xiàn)代科技的發(fā)展,各種各樣的旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械(如蒸汽機(jī),風(fēng)扇,風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組等等)提升了自動(dòng)控制的層次。由于旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械在現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的重要作用,以確保安全性,可靠性,經(jīng)濟(jì)性和優(yōu)化操作,并評(píng)價(jià)當(dāng)前設(shè)備的狀態(tài)已成為非常重要的研究領(lǐng)域。其中,狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷已投入更多的關(guān)注。The database technology and network technology were introduced in the current online monitor and fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery. It not only enhanced the technology of online condition monitor and provided more sufficient and reliable data for the fault diagnosis, but alsomade it possible to share the machinery information,ulteriorly to establish the fault analysis and diagnosis center in the special institute and provide the remote technique support for factory 2, 3, 4.數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)已經(jīng)在旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械當(dāng)前的在線監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷系統(tǒng)中介紹過(guò),它不僅提高了在線狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)和為故障診斷提供更充分更可靠的數(shù)據(jù),而且使得機(jī)械信息共享成為可能,進(jìn)而在專門研究機(jī)構(gòu)建立故障分析和診斷中心,為制造廠提供遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)支持。However, for the requirements of equipment management nowadays, the current network-based online monitoring system remains some defects as follows: (a) the measure point (MP), the interfaces of the software and the hardware had been fixed before developing of the monitoring system, therefore it was difficult to adapt the modern plant with numerous and various equipment; (b) the object of the current system was always the machinery or equipment, and it was difficult to achieve the goal of centralized management to the modern plant; (c) the data acquisition strategy was simple and cannot be changed with the change of the equipment state, and it was easily lead to the miss of the critical fault data and effected the accuracy of the fault diagnosis; (d) the tools and methods for signal analysis and fault diagnosis were simple and could not meetthe demand of information fusion5, 6.然而,對(duì)于當(dāng)前的設(shè)備管理要求,目前的這種基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)仍然存在一些缺陷,如下:(a)測(cè)量點(diǎn)(MP),在監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)研發(fā)之前,系統(tǒng)的軟件和硬件的接口已經(jīng)被固定了,因此該系統(tǒng)很難適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代工廠眾多和各種各樣的設(shè)備;(b)當(dāng)前系統(tǒng)的對(duì)象仍然是機(jī)械裝置或者設(shè)備,現(xiàn)代工廠很難實(shí)現(xiàn)集中管理的目標(biāo);(c)數(shù)據(jù)采集策略很簡(jiǎn)單,也不能隨著設(shè)備狀態(tài)的變化而變化,而且很容易導(dǎo)致決定性錯(cuò)誤數(shù)據(jù)的缺失和影響故障診斷的準(zhǔn)確性;(d)信號(hào)分析和故障診斷的工具和方法簡(jiǎn)單而且不能滿足信息融合的需求。Therefore, developing the system efficiently and reliably become a key problem in the development of modern monitoring system. The successful application of Industrial Control Software (ICS) provides a good idea for the development of network-based Online Monitoring and Diagnosis System (OMDS). Although the ICS emphasize on control function while the OMDS put more attention on the data acquisition, signal analysis and save of long-running data, the “configurable” approach during the development of ICS can make the OMDS well adapt to various machinery and become “flexible”. Additionally, the OMDS become more smarted by integrating the information fusion methods and neutral network with normal frequency-spectrum analysis methods, and enhance the capability of fault diagnosis and safety assessment for rotating machinery 7.因此,有效地和可靠地開發(fā)系統(tǒng)已成為現(xiàn)代監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。工業(yè)控制軟件(ICS)的成功應(yīng)用為基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷系統(tǒng)(OMDS)提供了一個(gè)好的思想。盡管工業(yè)控制軟件強(qiáng)調(diào)控制功能而在線監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷系統(tǒng)專注于數(shù)據(jù)采集,信號(hào)分析和長(zhǎng)期數(shù)據(jù)的保存,在工業(yè)控制軟件的發(fā)展過(guò)程中“結(jié)構(gòu)配置”的方法能使得在線監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷系統(tǒng)很好的適應(yīng)各種機(jī)械裝置和成為“柔性化”。此外,在線監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷系統(tǒng)通過(guò)集成的信息融合法和帶有正常頻譜的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法而變得更加智能,它提高了故障診斷和旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械的安全評(píng)估能力。II. Physical vapor deposition methods include vacuum deposition , sputtering , arc plasma plating, ion plating, electron beam evaporation and molecular epitaxy . Not only can the metal or alloy film be deposited, many materials like compounds, ceramics, semiconductor, polymer film can also be deposited,it is a new material with wide application prospect in manufacturing technology.
