1、Unit 1 Playing Sports法制知識(shí)滲透:中華人民共和國(guó)體育法第五十一條、(1995年8月29日第八屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第十五次會(huì)議通過(guò) 1995年8月29日中華人民共和國(guó)主席令第五十五號(hào)公布 自1995年10月1日起施行)、反興奮劑條例反興奮劑條例于2003年12月31日國(guó)務(wù)院第33次常務(wù)會(huì)議通過(guò),2004年1月13日國(guó)務(wù)院令第398號(hào)公布,自2004年3月1日起施行。第一章 總 則第一條 為了防止在體育運(yùn)動(dòng)中使用興奮劑,保護(hù)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)參加者的身心健康,維護(hù)體育競(jìng)賽的公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng),根據(jù)中華人民共和國(guó)體育法和其他有關(guān)法律,制定本條例。第二條 本條例所稱(chēng)興奮劑,是指興奮劑目錄所列
2、的禁用物質(zhì)等。興奮劑目錄由國(guó)務(wù)院體育主管部門(mén)會(huì)同國(guó)務(wù)院食品藥品監(jiān)督管理部門(mén)、國(guó)務(wù)院衛(wèi)生主管部門(mén)、國(guó)務(wù)院商務(wù)主管部門(mén)和海關(guān)總署制定、調(diào)整并公布。第三條 國(guó)家提倡健康、文明的體育運(yùn)動(dòng),加強(qiáng)反興奮劑的宣傳、教育和監(jiān)督管理,堅(jiān)持嚴(yán)格禁止、嚴(yán)格檢查、嚴(yán)肅處理的反興奮劑工作方針,禁止使用興奮劑。任何單位和個(gè)人不得向體育運(yùn)動(dòng)參加者提供或者變相提供興奮劑。第四條 國(guó)務(wù)院體育主管部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)并組織全國(guó)的反興奮劑工作??h級(jí)以上人民政府食品藥品監(jiān)督管理、衛(wèi)生、教育等有關(guān)部門(mén),在各自職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)依照本條例和有關(guān)法律、行政法規(guī)的規(guī)定負(fù)責(zé)反興奮劑工作。第五條 縣級(jí)以上人民政府體育主管部門(mén),應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)反興奮劑宣傳、教育工作,提高體

13、犯罪的,依法追究刑事責(zé)任。給學(xué)生講解要經(jīng)常鍛煉身體,好好學(xué)習(xí),強(qiáng)身健體,長(zhǎng)大后為國(guó)家做貢獻(xiàn)。Step 4 Practice 第四步 練習(xí)(時(shí)間:10分鐘)完成2和3,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力,并通過(guò)大量操練,使他們熟練運(yùn)用含有be going to的一般疑問(wèn)句及掌握prefer的用法。1.
