3、診斷，受聘方在病假連續(xù)30天后不能恢復正常工作的;4受聘方在下述情況下，有權以書面形式通知聘方解除合同;(1)聘方未按合同約定提供受聘方必要的工作和生活條件;(2)聘方未按時支付受聘方報酬。七、違約金當事人一方不履行合同或者合同義務不符合約定條件，即違反合同時，應當向另一方支付5002000美元(或相當數(shù)額人民幣)的違約金。受聘方因不可抗力事件要求解除合同，需出具有關機構證明，經(jīng)聘方同意后，離華的費用自理;受聘方若無故解除合同，除離華費用自理外，還應當向聘方支付違約金。聘方因不可抗力事件要求解除合同，經(jīng)受聘方同意后，離華費用由聘方負擔；聘方若無故解除合，除負擔受聘方離華費用外，還應當向受聘方支

5、訂本合同附件，并保證認真履行附件中的各項義務。甲、乙雙方應共同遵守國家外國專家局制定的外國文教專家生活待遇條件中的有關條款。1乙方在甲方工作的總學時數(shù)為課時周。主要擔任課程有(1)英語口語教學(2)開展英語課外活動、講座（3）培訓本校英語教師口語乙方參加甲方的英語教研及相關學術活動，對學生進行課外英語輔導等不計在學時效內(nèi)。2甲方應根據(jù)不同班級的教學要求制定相應的教學內(nèi)容，安排課程表。乙方應將教學計劃和教材內(nèi)容事先交甲方審定，并按指定的時間和地點上課。在教學過程中，經(jīng)甲方同意，乙方可適當調(diào)整教學計劃或內(nèi)容。乙方根據(jù)教學需要補充的教材、資料等，應經(jīng)甲方同意，方可使用。當甲方對乙方進行教學評估時，乙

6、方應予以合作。3甲方按月(每月10日)支付乙方工資，時間從2002年3月3日至2002年6月30日止。4甲方須支付乙方(外教)在到職期間所發(fā)生的國內(nèi)段機票款，連同50元機場建設費和20元保險費。5對任職半年的外教，甲方應提供旅游津貼1100元。6甲方應負責支付乙方到職后辦理各種手續(xù)，包括住宿證、居留證和專家證及有關費用。7乙方受聘期間，甲方為其免費提供的住房及其設施(如電視(上網(wǎng)費用自理)、冰箱，洗衣機，熱水器、電話(電話費自理)等)僅供乙方專用。乙方(外教)將每月按時支付電話費和上網(wǎng)費。8，乙方來客探訪需投宿者，乙方應提前三天告知甲方，并由甲方妥善安排住宿，費用自理。9乙方受聘期間，免費享受
