1、公司考勤制度考 勤 制 度第1章 總則第1.1條 為確保公司進(jìn)行有秩序的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理而制定;第1.2條 本制度適用于公司一般員工到公司副總經(jīng)理;第2章 考勤細(xì)則第2.3條 出勤第2.3.1條 工作時(shí)間:按國(guó)家規(guī)定每周工作五天。各部門職員須按以下時(shí)間出勤:上午上班時(shí)間8:00-12:00,下午上班時(shí)間14:00-17:30時(shí)間調(diào)整時(shí)由公司辦公室統(tǒng)一公布通知。第2.3.2條 簽到:公司全體員工采取“統(tǒng)一在指定地點(diǎn)登記簽到”辦法考勤,按規(guī)定的時(shí)間地點(diǎn)簽到。員工上、下班時(shí)必須本人親自簽名,不得代簽名,否則雙方均以違紀(jì)處罰。第2.3.3條 外出:?jiǎn)T工外出必須在“外出登記表”上登記的,未登記的視為礦工一天處理
2、。嚴(yán)禁代登記,如若發(fā)現(xiàn),雙方均按曠工違紀(jì)處理。 第2.3.4條 遲到:每天上午上班前到辦公室簽到, 8:00以后算遲到,15分鐘后(不包括15分鐘)到辦公室的列為曠職(工)半天,過半天未到的為曠職(工)一天。特殊時(shí)間以公司通知為準(zhǔn)。第2.3.5條 早退:每天下午17:30下班時(shí)到辦公室簽退,17:30前無故離崗者或未簽退者均為早退。第2.4條 請(qǐng)假: 第2.4.1條 員工若早上有事不能直接到公司,應(yīng)在前一日向主管部門經(jīng)理請(qǐng)假或在當(dāng)日上午8:30前用適當(dāng)方法向主管部門經(jīng)理請(qǐng)假,部門經(jīng)理將未簽到人員的情況在當(dāng)日上午8:30前報(bào)辦公室,否則視為曠工處理。第2.4.2條 員工當(dāng)日上午請(qǐng)假的,需在8:3
3、0前向所在部門負(fù)責(zé)人批準(zhǔn)并同時(shí)報(bào)辦公室值班人員進(jìn)行請(qǐng)假登記,未在8:30前登記者請(qǐng)假無效。第2.4.3條 上班時(shí)間外出辦事須向部門經(jīng)理說明原因并填寫“外出登記表”。超過規(guī)定上班時(shí)間到崗被視為遲到。第2.4.4條 員工因公需出差時(shí),填寫“出差申請(qǐng)表”,由所在主管部門經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)的情況下,由辦公室登記考勤,否則視為曠工處理。第2.4.5條 任何類別的請(qǐng)假都需填寫“請(qǐng)假條”,經(jīng)部門經(jīng)理事前批準(zhǔn),并到辦公室登記。如有緊急情況,不能事先請(qǐng)假的,應(yīng)在兩小時(shí)以內(nèi)電話通知本部門經(jīng)理和辦公室,在上班當(dāng)日補(bǔ)辦手續(xù),否則以曠工計(jì)。請(qǐng)假的申請(qǐng)、批準(zhǔn)手續(xù),嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公司休假請(qǐng)假條例。第2.5條 請(qǐng)假、遲到、早退和曠工的處理第
4、2.5.1條 請(qǐng)假:未滿一天者,以工作時(shí)間計(jì)算,請(qǐng)假時(shí)間在半天內(nèi)的(包括半天)視為請(qǐng)假半天,超過半天的視為請(qǐng)假一天,按個(gè)人工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由財(cái)務(wù)核扣。第2.5.2條 遲到:以每5分鐘為計(jì)算單位,不足時(shí)視為5分鐘,按每計(jì)算單位5元扣減工資;15分鐘后(不包括15分鐘)視為曠工處理。第2.5.3條 早退:視為曠工一天處理。第2.5.4條 曠工:按正常工資的兩倍核算扣曠工工資。第2.6條 加班: 第2.6.1條 公司在節(jié)假日將安排有關(guān)人員值班,負(fù)責(zé)公司的安全和接待工作。值班人員享有相當(dāng)其二倍日工資額的加班費(fèi)。第2.6.2條 員工加班須符合以下規(guī)定: 加班人員提出申請(qǐng),上級(jí)主管簽章同意其加班,并報(bào)考核部門核準(zhǔn)
5、的;或上級(jí)主管指定其加班的,方可加班。 加班費(fèi)以半日計(jì)算,按崗位工資發(fā)放。 每月加班次數(shù)不能超過15次(不包括15次)。第2.6.3條 以下情況不以加班論: 上級(jí)主管下達(dá)的在工作時(shí)間內(nèi)完成的任務(wù)需延長(zhǎng)工作時(shí)間才能完成工作的 公司在節(jié)假日舉行的培訓(xùn)及公益活動(dòng) 未經(jīng)有關(guān)部門批準(zhǔn)私自加班的第2.7條 考勤統(tǒng)計(jì)第2.7.1條 每月考勤時(shí)間:本月1號(hào)至本月31號(hào)第2.7.2條 有以下情況之一者,扣除當(dāng)月全勤獎(jiǎng):全月累計(jì)遲到3次者(包括3次)全月累計(jì)請(qǐng)假1天者(包括1天)月度曠工1次者(包括1次)第2.7.3條 對(duì)考勤的記錄辦法由公司辦公室每月按本規(guī)定,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)考勤專欄的記錄、各部門的記錄、每日簽到簽退記
