10、架升降機(jī)的安置位置已基本確定，具體位置詳見附錄現(xiàn)場平面圖。根據(jù)廠家的的使用說明書，對于自升式門架升降機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)土方開挖深度為0.5米，寬度為0.9米，長度為4米。自升式門架升降機(jī)的方位具體詳見施工現(xiàn)場平面布置圖。2、基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)置土方開挖后，先進(jìn)行人工清理基坑的虛土，然后采用蛙式打夯打夯，最后澆筑砼?；A(chǔ)砼澆筑的技術(shù)要求：（1）、基礎(chǔ)坑開挖后必須夯實(shí)，禁止在沉降不均的基礎(chǔ)上澆筑砼；（2）、混凝土標(biāo)號原設(shè)計(jì)為c20現(xiàn)采用商品砼c25。(3)、各種預(yù)埋件按圖紙要求制作、安裝。3、安裝拆卸的預(yù)定時(shí)間：本自升式門架升降機(jī)安裝拆卸根據(jù)施工需求進(jìn)行安拆。treatmentofheavilypollutingin

28、capacity,increasetheintensityof安裝的施工方法：1）、安裝的基本要求（1）、自升式門架升降機(jī)的安裝嚴(yán)格按本說明收所規(guī)定的順序和要求進(jìn)行。（2）、作業(yè)人員在安裝時(shí)應(yīng)戴安全帽，佩帶安全帶，穿工作鞋。（3）、開口銷必須張開到規(guī)定程度,軸端擋板(或u型卡),螺栓繩卡、鋼絲繩壓板螺栓及其它連接螺栓必須堅(jiān)固可靠。（4）、本機(jī)所配用的卷揚(yáng)機(jī)必須有產(chǎn)品合格證，并制動(dòng)靈活，可靠，不得隨意代用。（5）、安裝時(shí)，各銷軸和銷孔必須涂抹滑脂。（6）、吊裝組件時(shí)，必須按圖紙給出的數(shù)值核算吊裝設(shè)備的起吊能力。（7）、一般情況下，吊籃中不允許站人。如站人進(jìn)行維修時(shí)，吊籃需有可靠支承。（可利用?？?/p>

47、下二個(gè)專用支架（暫放在升降臺上），并將其中一個(gè)手拉葫蘆掛在吊桿上。（9）、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)吊桿拉動(dòng)手拉葫蘆，分兩次起吊兩個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)，分別加在兩個(gè)基礎(chǔ)節(jié)上，并用螺栓堅(jiān)固。（10）、在兩個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)上部再安裝上專用支架及手拉葫蘆，將升降臺到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)最上部并固定。（11）、將吊籃放置兩柱架之間的底架上。（12）、穿主卷揚(yáng)機(jī)鋼絲繩，纏繞示意圖所示通過以上步驟，就完成了升降機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)安裝和第一次加節(jié)，此時(shí)升降機(jī)進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)，吊籃可通過主卷揚(yáng)升降。升降機(jī)的加高（1）、在吊籃中立放兩個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)，并注意附著管朝上，并靠近建筑物，分別在吊籃上部橫梁的兩側(cè)，起升吊籃約3m高，停車。（2）、先拆下非卷揚(yáng)機(jī)側(cè)面立柱頂端的專用支架，并用螺栓堅(jiān)
