1、2013屆本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè) 計(jì)）基于的pro/e雙動(dòng)液壓缸的設(shè)計(jì)與造型 學(xué)生姓名： 所在系別： 機(jī)械工程系 所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)：_ 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 _ 導(dǎo)師姓名： 完成時(shí)間： 2014年5月10日 基于pro/e的雙動(dòng)液壓缸的設(shè)計(jì)與造型 摘 要 液壓缸是將液壓能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C(jī)械能的、做直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)（或擺動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)）的液壓執(zhí)行元件。它結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工作可靠。用它來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)，可免去減速裝置，并且沒(méi)有傳動(dòng)間隙，運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，因此在各種機(jī)械的氣壓系統(tǒng)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。氣壓缸輸出力和活塞有效面積及其兩邊的壓差成正比；氣壓缸基本上由缸筒和缸蓋、活塞和活塞桿、密封裝置、緩沖裝置與排氣裝置組成。緩沖裝置與排氣裝置視具體應(yīng)用場(chǎng)

2、合而定，其他裝置則必不可少。本文主要介紹利用了pro engineer輔助設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)，根據(jù)液壓缸工程圖繪制三維建模的過(guò)程。pro/engineer5.0 是 3d 產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。作為業(yè)界領(lǐng)先的生產(chǎn)效率工具，它促進(jìn)用戶采用最佳設(shè)計(jì)做法，同時(shí)確保遵守業(yè)界和公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。集成的參數(shù)化 3d cad/cam/cae 解決方案可讓您的設(shè)計(jì)速度比以前都要快，同時(shí)最大限度地增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新力度并提高質(zhì)量，最終創(chuàng)造出不同凡響的產(chǎn)品。proe5.0是pro/engineer wildfire 野火版 5.0版本的簡(jiǎn)稱。 液壓缸的設(shè)計(jì)包括了活塞桿、導(dǎo)向套、缸筒、液壓缸、密封圈等零件。本文結(jié)合看工程圖和計(jì)算機(jī)輔程技術(shù)，先

3、依據(jù)總的裝配圖想象模型，然后在了解總的情況后再一一細(xì)畫(huà)每一個(gè)零件，然后根據(jù)裝配圖的尺寸搭配確定氣壓缸的安裝思路，最后連接螺栓，螺塞等，完成氣壓缸的三維裝配。 關(guān)鍵詞：液動(dòng)技術(shù)，液壓缸，設(shè)計(jì)，proe而刑法第20條第3款規(guī)定：對(duì)正在進(jìn)行行兇、殺人、搶劫、強(qiáng)奸、綁架以及其他嚴(yán)重危及人身安全的暴力犯罪，采取防衛(wèi)行為，造成不法侵害人傷亡的，不屬于防衛(wèi)過(guò)當(dāng)，不負(fù)刑事責(zé)任。本案甲的行為屬于轉(zhuǎn)化型搶劫罪，應(yīng)適用特殊正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)的規(guī)定。前文分析了我國(guó)刑法關(guān)于正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)的理論采用的是相當(dāng)說(shuō)，特別情況下適用必需說(shuō)。筆者認(rèn)為這是符合我國(guó)刑法關(guān)于正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)的立法宗旨和司法實(shí)踐的。我國(guó)刑法鼓勵(lì)公民實(shí)行正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)，保障公民合理行使

4、正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)權(quán)。如果一味的強(qiáng)調(diào)相當(dāng)說(shuō)，要求必要限度原則上應(yīng)以制止不法侵害所必需為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，同時(shí)要求防衛(wèi)行為與不法侵害行為在手段、強(qiáng)度等不存在過(guò)于懸殊的差異，那么則不利于對(duì)一些犯罪進(jìn)行正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)。所以個(gè)案在特殊情況下適用我國(guó)刑法第20條第3款的規(guī)定，即必需說(shuō)的理論。這既有利于打擊犯罪維護(hù)公民的合法權(quán)益，又有利于提高公民的法律意識(shí)。 acknowledgements my deepest gratitude goes first and foremost to professor aaa , my supervisor, for her constant encouragement and guidance
