2、勤奮刻苦，不畏艱難，努力上進(jìn);(三)虛懷若谷，勇于學(xué)習(xí)、善于學(xué)習(xí)，多向老師、同門(mén)等等請(qǐng)教;(四)堅(jiān)持鍛煉身體，健強(qiáng)體魄，以完成繁重的學(xué)習(xí)科研任務(wù)。三、實(shí)施方案 (一)認(rèn)真聽(tīng)課，提高專(zhuān)業(yè)水平認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)外語(yǔ)同時(shí)，認(rèn)真聽(tīng)取博士生導(dǎo)師所帶的課程。除了研修課程外，參與學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)也是直接接受知識(shí)和領(lǐng)悟?qū)＜宜枷氲挠行緩健?二)廣泛閱讀，拓展知識(shí)面，首先，按照導(dǎo)師的要求，按時(shí)完成閱讀書(shū)目。其次，系統(tǒng)閱讀導(dǎo)師的專(zhuān)著，梳理相關(guān)論文，列出相關(guān)書(shū)籍作為本人的必讀書(shū)目。通過(guò)閱讀專(zhuān)業(yè)書(shū)籍和文獻(xiàn)，加強(qiáng)理論修養(yǎng)，尋求研究的突破點(diǎn)。(三)積極參與研究，增強(qiáng)研究能力修課程、讀書(shū)還只是吸收理論的過(guò)程，而搞課題研究是實(shí)踐理論的過(guò)程。導(dǎo)
