17、ude and or from its name.n 在合同生效后，丙方同意并保證不得再在有關(guān)宣傳資料中使用和或等字樣。n upon the agreement becoming effective, party c consents to and warrants that and or shall not be used in any publications or marketing material of the company.n 因公司股權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓事宜所涉及的公司董事、董事長(zhǎng)、法定代表人、公司名稱(chēng)等的變更事宜由丙方負(fù)責(zé)辦理或督促、協(xié)助公司辦理有關(guān)手續(xù)，有關(guān)費(fèi)用由丙方自行承擔(dān)，丙方保證以
