16、st and/or technical standard, if any, borne by the buyer.in case that the price of buyers preferred-manufacturer is higher than that of the builder selected one, the builder shall notify to the buyer with price difference.the buyer shall confirm to the builder of his receipt of such notification imm

17、ediately on receiving builders notification.then within fourteen (14) calendar days after the receipt of such notification, the buyer shall, by his own efforts, either succeed to persuade his preferred manufacturer to accept the same price or agree to pay the difference of price to the builder, thus
