如何提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)效率和質(zhì)量+語(yǔ)法訓(xùn)練

1、英語(yǔ)教研論文如何提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)效率和質(zhì)量隨著課程改革的進(jìn)一步升化，新課標(biāo)在教學(xué)和教育中的進(jìn)一步實(shí)施，我們教師如何在教育教學(xué)中提高教育教學(xué)效率和質(zhì)量成為我們教師必須研究和解決的問(wèn)題。我在教學(xué)中根據(jù)學(xué)生實(shí)際情況，結(jié)合自身教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)，我認(rèn)為在教學(xué)工作中應(yīng)從以下幾個(gè)方面開(kāi)展工作。一、因材施教。我們學(xué)校地處農(nóng)村，學(xué)生的整體素質(zhì)不是很好，水平參差不齊，因此，在教學(xué)中，我針對(duì)不同學(xué)生的情況提出不同的要求。在實(shí)際教學(xué)中將學(xué)生分為a、b、c三個(gè)小組。其中a組為優(yōu)生，在教學(xué)中盡量讓這部分學(xué)生學(xué)好，學(xué)夠，在課內(nèi)和課外單獨(dú)為這部分學(xué)生布置習(xí)題，使他們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)中能“吃好吃飽”。讓他們明白,他們將來(lái)的任務(wù)是為

2、搞經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的同胞提供人身安全保障,讓我們的人民能安心的建設(shè)國(guó)家。b組為中等學(xué)生，這部分學(xué)生是教學(xué)中的重點(diǎn)對(duì)象，在教學(xué)中主要關(guān)注這部分學(xué)生，在課堂上充分調(diào)動(dòng)這些學(xué)生的積極性和主觀能動(dòng)性，積極投入到學(xué)習(xí)中來(lái)。c組為弱差生，這部分學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)差，學(xué)習(xí)興趣不濃，在教學(xué)中我重在調(diào)動(dòng)這部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性和學(xué)習(xí)興趣，讓他們對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生興趣，從而提高學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)。對(duì)這三類學(xué)生分別布置課外作業(yè)，避免a組學(xué)生覺(jué)得太簡(jiǎn)單而不想做，c組學(xué)生覺(jué)得太難而不會(huì)做。二、充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。在教學(xué)過(guò)程中，我重點(diǎn)是在如何調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性和培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)興趣上下功夫。俗話說(shuō)興趣是最好的老師。只要學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和學(xué)習(xí)積極性提高了，其他問(wèn)題就

3、能解決了。我主要采取以下方法：1、在課堂教學(xué)中以學(xué)生為主體，讓學(xué)生積極參與到課堂中來(lái)，讓學(xué)生成為學(xué)習(xí)的主人，讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能在課堂上有成功的體會(huì)，讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能感受到學(xué)習(xí)的樂(lè)趣。2、對(duì)學(xué)生取得的成績(jī)及時(shí)表?yè)P(yáng)，提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。我曾經(jīng)教過(guò)一個(gè)叫黃云馳的學(xué)生，她的數(shù)學(xué)成績(jī)不好，有一次上課時(shí)她解決了一個(gè)其他同學(xué)無(wú)法解決的難題，我對(duì)她大加表?yè)P(yáng)，從此，她對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)興趣有很大的提高，成績(jī)突飛猛進(jìn)。3、讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能有成功的感覺(jué)。在平時(shí)的測(cè)驗(yàn)中，我不只是對(duì)成績(jī)好的學(xué)生進(jìn)行表?yè)P(yáng)，對(duì)c類學(xué)生即使成績(jī)并不理想，只要他們比以前取得進(jìn)步，哪怕只比以前多得了1分，我也會(huì)對(duì)他們進(jìn)行表?yè)P(yáng)，讓他們也能體會(huì)到學(xué)習(xí)的成就感。4

4、、組織數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)興趣小組，通過(guò)各種興趣活動(dòng)提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和積極性。三、精講精練。我在教學(xué)過(guò)程中，改變以前的課堂由老師一個(gè)人全堂講為精講，每堂課講大約20分鐘，重在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方法，教會(huì)學(xué)生如何學(xué)習(xí)，讓學(xué)生成為學(xué)習(xí)的主人。在練習(xí)題的選擇上，我在上課之前進(jìn)行精心的挑選，盡量避免繁難和機(jī)械重復(fù)的體型，讓學(xué)生每完成一個(gè)題都有不同的收獲，這樣也可以避免讓學(xué)生對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)練習(xí)題產(chǎn)生反感，讓他們覺(jué)得做數(shù)學(xué)題是一種享受，改變以前的題海戰(zhàn)術(shù)。四、情感教育。在教育教學(xué)中，注重對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行情感教育，注重對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行感情交流，消除師生之間的隔閡，1以聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀帶動(dòng)寫作語(yǔ)言技能包括聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫4個(gè)方面的技能以及這4種技能的

5、綜合運(yùn)用能力。聽(tīng)和讀是理解的技能，說(shuō)和寫是表達(dá)的技能。這四種技能在語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)和交際qj相輔相成、相瓦促進(jìn)。聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫這4個(gè)技能足相互依賴的。聽(tīng)和讀足輸入，是理解和吸收語(yǔ)言信息的手段。只有達(dá)到足夠的輸入量，才能保證學(xué)生有說(shuō)和寫的輸出能力。1)通過(guò)聽(tīng)的渠道獲得語(yǔ)占信息及語(yǔ)言感受，在外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中至關(guān)葦要。聽(tīng)是通過(guò)聽(tīng)覺(jué)器官對(duì)語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行輸入，具體做法是把聽(tīng)和寫結(jié)合起來(lái)，即聽(tīng)寫練習(xí)。聽(tīng)寫的范圍很廣，短至一句話，長(zhǎng)到一篇文章，常用的單詞、短語(yǔ)及各種不規(guī)則變化的單詞，都可以包括在內(nèi)，通過(guò)高頻練習(xí)，奠定寫作基礎(chǔ)。不寫沒(méi)有讀過(guò)的語(yǔ)言，不讀沒(méi)有說(shuō)過(guò)的語(yǔ)言，不說(shuō)沒(méi)有聽(tīng)過(guò)的語(yǔ)言。2)讀是通過(guò)視覺(jué)器官對(duì)語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行輸入。具體做

6、法是泛讀和精讀一起抓。通過(guò)泛讀增加學(xué)卞的閱讀量，擴(kuò)大他們的視野和提高他們的信息興趣，并且可以豐富他們的語(yǔ)言使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從而增強(qiáng)他們的語(yǔ)感和對(duì)文字的快速感知能力。在精讀方面，主要要求學(xué)生仔細(xì)閱讀所學(xué)的課文，注意限時(shí)閱讀訓(xùn)練與課外泛讀能力和自由表達(dá)能力。2以句子促篇章任何一篇書(shū)面表達(dá)總是建立在詞句的熟練掌握這一基礎(chǔ)上。學(xué)生在實(shí)際寫作中對(duì)詞句的運(yùn)用有時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)chinglish現(xiàn)象，因此，有必要加強(qiáng)對(duì)詞句的訓(xùn)練，著暈訓(xùn)練學(xué)生準(zhǔn)確選詞和用詞的能力。“選詞”就是要求能在所提供的材料中抓住關(guān)鍵詞，這是寫好書(shū)面表達(dá)的至關(guān)重要的一個(gè)方面?！坝迷~”就足要求作文時(shí)恰當(dāng)用詞，要正確用詞，就要做好同義詞、近義詞的比較和分

7、析。此外，句子是文章的基本單位，因而要把基本句型的訓(xùn)練作為寫作訓(xùn)練的霞點(diǎn)來(lái)抓。只有熟練掌握了基本句型，才能靈活多樣地進(jìn)行書(shū)面表達(dá)。句子作為語(yǔ)言的使用單位，是j來(lái)表達(dá)思想感情的。要幫助學(xué)牛把文章中的句子寫得基本符合英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)占的要求，能夠恰當(dāng)表達(dá)自己真實(shí)的感情，具有一定的感染力。21加強(qiáng)翻譯練習(xí) 漢譯英教學(xué)法，俗稱為翻譯法，在外語(yǔ)教學(xué)中是客觀存在的。無(wú)論教師采用什么樣的教材，什么樣的教學(xué)方式，都無(wú)法排除母語(yǔ)和外語(yǔ)之間的互譯。在綜合練習(xí)十七 i.單項(xiàng)選擇。( ) 1. my house is _ the post office and the bank.a on b in c between d ov
