1、專業(yè)好文檔開設(shè)恩平電大特差生專項教育課方案 你們好，為了進一步搞好學(xué)生德育工作，有力支持班主任和課任教師的工作，緩和班主任和課任教師的工作壓力和強度，政教部門同志（梁校、吳龍占主任、馮健副主任）經(jīng)內(nèi)部交流，并聽取教務(wù)處及部分班主任、課任老師的意見后，擬本學(xué)期嘗試開設(shè)特差生專項教育課。開設(shè)源由：與班主任及課任老師做交流，他們提出能不能對一些表現(xiàn)極差的學(xué)生進行專項教育，每天抽一定時間由政教處組織專人進行上課，這些差生平時班主任和課任老師都搞不掂，在課堂上即影響教學(xué)，也嚴重影響老師的心情，部分差生長期搞得班主任和課任老師頭痛。由政教處馮健老師對特差生進行定期的專項教育，相信對轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)生比由班主任更有效

2、果。對于上述班主任和課任老師的意見，馮健老師表示沒意見，可以接受，一來差生的思想教育馮健老師還是比較擅長，二來有利于加強政教處和班主任及課任老師的配合，有重點的有針對性對表現(xiàn)極差的學(xué)生進行教育。如果本學(xué)期試驗效果良好，建議下學(xué)期馮健老師不再擔(dān)任專業(yè)課程，專職開展全校特差生專項教育課，且按一門課程來計算，同時因為不再擔(dān)任專業(yè)課程，馮健老師也可在其它時間可以及時處理班主任和課任老師上報的學(xué)生不服管理，頂撞老師的突發(fā)事件及個別差生的談心教育。課程設(shè)想：全校特差生專項教育課具體措施如下：1、參加特差生專項教育課的學(xué)生對象，由全日制班主任綜合課任教師及導(dǎo)師的意見各班上報12人，基本上為班主任、導(dǎo)師長期教

3、育后依然無法扭轉(zhuǎn)的學(xué)生，特別是不服管理、囂張、屢教不改的學(xué)生。由班主任填寫恩平電大特差生專項教育申請表后，經(jīng)政教處調(diào)查同意后，以書面形式后進生專項教育家長意見書通報家長并征得家長同意后實行。家長知情并同意的方式可讓家長了解到恩平電大除了班主任、導(dǎo)師的思想教育外，學(xué)校還有專項思想教育及專項教育的形式。即避免軍訓(xùn)或愛校勞動中家長投訴我們變相體罰，也有利于增進家長對學(xué)校的好感。通過一定時間的專項教育有明顯好轉(zhuǎn)的學(xué)生將不再參加學(xué)校組織的專項思想教育課。2、專門空出一個電教室為馮健老師星期三、星期四、星期五早上12節(jié)做為特差生專項教育的教室。因為思想教育課除了面授外，多媒體的教育手段也是必不可少的工具。

4、3、特差生專項教育課的形式。教育課的形式擬采取多樣化進行，面授，多媒體，軍訓(xùn)、愛校勞動等多種方式。通過上述多種方式，全面教育學(xué)生，讓特差生在“學(xué)生日常行為規(guī)范”，“吃苦耐勞”、“服從管理”等方面得到全面的教育。4、為防止班主任有依賴性，平時不加強教育，依賴政教處，要求每周班主任要綜合課任教師和導(dǎo)師的意見，將需要參加專項教育的學(xué)生的情況以書面的方式特差生每周情況上報表上報其上周的綜合表現(xiàn)，包括考勤、課堂紀律等表現(xiàn)，特別是學(xué)生是否存在進步。以此促進班主任和課任教師及政教處的交流，也有利于班主任、導(dǎo)師全面了解學(xué)生的成長，同時方便政教處有針對性的對學(xué)生進行教育。凡沒有上報學(xué)生綜合表現(xiàn)的班級，相應(yīng)班級的
