13、補(bǔ)習(xí)班的註冊(cè)證明、上課時(shí)間表。出席紀(jì)錄 ( 第一次延期者免附出席紀(jì)錄) 。(3) 從事宗教活動(dòng)者：在臺(tái)宗教團(tuán)體出具之邀請(qǐng)函或相關(guān)證明文件。宗教團(tuán)體立案證明書(shū)影本一份。(4) 應(yīng)聘者：主管機(jī)關(guān)之聘僱許可文件。(5) 其他：主管機(jī)關(guān)核準(zhǔn)證明文件。注意事項(xiàng) :因故需延長(zhǎng)停留，應(yīng)於停留期間屆滿前 10 日內(nèi)提出申請(qǐng)，每次延長(zhǎng)不得逾原簽證許可停留之期間。但合計(jì)停留期間不得逾六個(gè)月或180 日。為了解申請(qǐng)人延期事由， 有時(shí)承辦人要求申請(qǐng)人提供其他文件補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明。Documents Required for Visitor Visa Extension 1.
