9、并檢驗(yàn)合格。mcs hardware inspection shall be finished, and i/o channels accuracy shall be checked up to standard.3.3主要熱控設(shè)備、執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和變送器已安裝就位。the i&c devices, actuators, and transmitters have been installed.3.4各調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)都經(jīng)過驗(yàn)收并合格。the actuators of each regulating system have been inspected up to standard.3.5各個(gè)模擬

10、量控制系統(tǒng)的被調(diào)參數(shù)真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確。the controlled variable of each modulating control system shall be truly and accurately fed back to the controller.4. 調(diào)試步驟 process of commissioning4.1硬件檢查 inspection of hardware對(duì)所有引入模擬量控制系統(tǒng)的電纜進(jìn)行接線正確性檢查，對(duì)模擬量控制系統(tǒng)的輸入/輸出通道進(jìn)行完好性檢查。check that all the cables connected with mcs are wired cor

11、rectly, and the mcs i/o channel is in its integrity.4.2用戶軟件檢查 inspection of application software對(duì)所有的控制系統(tǒng)控制框圖及組態(tài)圖進(jìn)行正確性檢查。check the block diagrams and configuration diagrams of all the control systems to ensure their correctness.4.3一次設(shè)備檢查inspection of primary equipment 對(duì)模擬量控制系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)方操作試驗(yàn)。carry out r

12、emote operation test on actuators in modulating control system.4.4控制系統(tǒng)開環(huán)試驗(yàn)open loop test of control system控制系統(tǒng)的開環(huán)試驗(yàn)主要完成初設(shè)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)，檢查調(diào)節(jié)器作用方向，初設(shè)流量、水位等需要校正的函數(shù)（參數(shù)）等。它主要包括：a. 手自動(dòng)無擾切換試驗(yàn) b. 強(qiáng)制跟蹤試驗(yàn) c. 動(dòng)態(tài)方向性試驗(yàn) d. 靜態(tài)特性試驗(yàn)，設(shè)置靜態(tài)配比參數(shù) e. 執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)試驗(yàn)f. 水位、流量校正回路特性、參數(shù)檢查g. 邏輯回路試驗(yàn)in the open loop test of control system,

15、owing items: a. dynamic characteristic test of controlled plantb. dynamic response test of control system to various disturbancesc. set value disturbance test4.6控制系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)試驗(yàn)應(yīng)具備的條件:a. 試運(yùn)指揮部應(yīng)為熱工自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的投入提供必要的調(diào)試時(shí)間。b. 在動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)試過程中, 有關(guān)單位應(yīng)向調(diào)試人員提供必要的動(dòng)態(tài)特性試驗(yàn)時(shí)機(jī)等方便條件。c. 控制系統(tǒng)中涉及的函數(shù)曲線由設(shè)計(jì)單位提供。d. 運(yùn)行人員應(yīng)密切配合調(diào)試人員試投自動(dòng)。conditi

17、h control system.d. the operator should assist commissioning engineers in putting mcs into operation.5. 使用工具 tools used for test 萬用表: fluke 17bmultimeter: fluke 17b信號(hào)發(fā)生器：: yokogawa ca100signal source: yokogawa ca1006. 注意事項(xiàng) precautions6.1 參加調(diào)試的所有工作人員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有關(guān)安全規(guī)定，確保調(diào)試工作安全可靠地進(jìn)行。all personnel participa

18、ting in commissioning should strictly execute relevant site-safety-rules to ensure the work can be done safely and reliably.6.2 如在調(diào)試過程中可能或已經(jīng)發(fā)生設(shè)備損壞、人身傷亡等情況，應(yīng)立即停止調(diào)試工作，將設(shè)備置于最低能量狀態(tài)，并分析原因，提出解決措施。in case of any misfortune already or possible happened, such as equipment-damage or health-hazard, the commiss

19、ioning task should be suspended, set the equipments at lowest energy condition. the solution should be issued after analysis.6.3 如在調(diào)試過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況，應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整，并立即匯報(bào)指揮人員。if any abnormality is discovered during commissioning, adjustment should be executed in time and report the instructor as soon as possible.6.

20、4 調(diào)試全過程均應(yīng)有各相關(guān)專業(yè)人員在崗，以確保設(shè)備運(yùn)行的安全。during commissioning, professional engineers from all correlative units should be on duty in order to ensure the safety for operation.6.5 參加mcs系統(tǒng)投入的人員包括熱控調(diào)試人員、熱控設(shè)備廠家服務(wù)人員、機(jī)爐調(diào)試人員以及機(jī)爐運(yùn)行人員，參加人員須密切配合，明確自己的職責(zé)。mcs commissioning should be performed jointly by i&c commissioning engineers, i&c manufacturer representa
