9、并檢驗合格。mcs hardware inspection shall be finished, and i/o channels accuracy shall be checked up to standard.3.3主要熱控設備、執(zhí)行機構(gòu)和變送器已安裝就位。the i&c devices, actuators, and transmitters have been installed.3.4各調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的執(zhí)行機構(gòu)都經(jīng)過驗收并合格。the actuators of each regulating system have been inspected up to standard.3.5各個模擬

10、量控制系統(tǒng)的被調(diào)參數(shù)真實、準確。the controlled variable of each modulating control system shall be truly and accurately fed back to the controller.4. 調(diào)試步驟 process of commissioning4.1硬件檢查 inspection of hardware對所有引入模擬量控制系統(tǒng)的電纜進行接線正確性檢查，對模擬量控制系統(tǒng)的輸入/輸出通道進行完好性檢查。check that all the cables connected with mcs are wired cor

11、rectly, and the mcs i/o channel is in its integrity.4.2用戶軟件檢查 inspection of application software對所有的控制系統(tǒng)控制框圖及組態(tài)圖進行正確性檢查。check the block diagrams and configuration diagrams of all the control systems to ensure their correctness.4.3一次設備檢查inspection of primary equipment 對模擬量控制系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行機構(gòu)進行遠方操作試驗。carry out r

12、emote operation test on actuators in modulating control system.4.4控制系統(tǒng)開環(huán)試驗open loop test of control system控制系統(tǒng)的開環(huán)試驗主要完成初設調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)，檢查調(diào)節(jié)器作用方向，初設流量、水位等需要校正的函數(shù)（參數(shù)）等。它主要包括：a. 手自動無擾切換試驗 b. 強制跟蹤試驗 c. 動態(tài)方向性試驗 d. 靜態(tài)特性試驗，設置靜態(tài)配比參數(shù) e. 執(zhí)行機構(gòu)聯(lián)鎖保護試驗f. 水位、流量校正回路特性、參數(shù)檢查g. 邏輯回路試驗in the open loop test of control system,

15、owing items: a. dynamic characteristic test of controlled plantb. dynamic response test of control system to various disturbancesc. set value disturbance test4.6控制系統(tǒng)動態(tài)試驗應具備的條件:a. 試運指揮部應為熱工自動控制系統(tǒng)的投入提供必要的調(diào)試時間。b. 在動態(tài)調(diào)試過程中, 有關單位應向調(diào)試人員提供必要的動態(tài)特性試驗時機等方便條件。c. 控制系統(tǒng)中涉及的函數(shù)曲線由設計單位提供。d. 運行人員應密切配合調(diào)試人員試投自動。conditi

18、ting in commissioning should strictly execute relevant site-safety-rules to ensure the work can be done safely and reliably.6.2 如在調(diào)試過程中可能或已經(jīng)發(fā)生設備損壞、人身傷亡等情況，應立即停止調(diào)試工作，將設備置于最低能量狀態(tài)，并分析原因，提出解決措施。in case of any misfortune already or possible happened, such as equipment-damage or health-hazard, the commiss

19、ioning task should be suspended, set the equipments at lowest energy condition. the solution should be issued after analysis.6.3 如在調(diào)試過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況，應及時調(diào)整，并立即匯報指揮人員。if any abnormality is discovered during commissioning, adjustment should be executed in time and report the instructor as soon as possible.6.

20、4 調(diào)試全過程均應有各相關專業(yè)人員在崗，以確保設備運行的安全。during commissioning, professional engineers from all correlative units should be on duty in order to ensure the safety for operation.6.5 參加mcs系統(tǒng)投入的人員包括熱控調(diào)試人員、熱控設備廠家服務人員、機爐調(diào)試人員以及機爐運行人員，參加人員須密切配合，明確自己的職責。mcs commissioning should be performed jointly by i&c commissioning engineers, i&c manufacturer representa
