5、滑部件；10、基礎(chǔ)部件；11、電控部分等組成。 本機是以電動機為動力，通過電動機皮帶輪，由三角皮帶和槽輪驅(qū)動偏心軸，使動顎按預(yù)定軌跡作往復(fù)運動，從而將進入由固定顎板，活動顎板和邊護板組成的破碎腔內(nèi)予以破碎，并通過下部的排料口將成品物料排出。 機架部件顎式破碎機的機架在工作中受到很大的沖擊載荷，因此，它應(yīng)具有足夠的強度和剛度。機架為焊接件（小型顎破為鑄鋼件）。機架的前墻裝有螺釘緊固的固定顎板；機架的左、右內(nèi)側(cè)壁裝有螺釘緊固的上邊護板和下邊護板。 動顎部件結(jié)構(gòu)特征動顎為整體優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，其內(nèi)孔以及槽等部位經(jīng)過精細加工與檢測，確保工作時安全，可靠。偏心軸為優(yōu)質(zhì)高強度鍛鋼，經(jīng)多次精密的機械加工，熱處理

6、和探傷檢查制成，因此具有足夠的強度和剛度。軸承采用4套雙列向心球面滾子軸承，具有良好的承載和自動調(diào)心的性能。活動顎板和固定顎板均為優(yōu)質(zhì)高錳鋼鑄件，為延長其使用壽命，其形狀設(shè)計成上、下對稱，即一端磨損后可掉頭使用。飛輪和槽輪為優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵件，其重量和結(jié)構(gòu)足夠保證破碎機能平衡地工作。飛槽輪在偏心軸上的兩端位置可以相互調(diào)換，并通過脹緊套連接。動顎部件裝配過程：a.偏心軸、軸承二只并用煤油清洗干凈，然后將兩只擋油盤裝于偏心軸的兩端。二只軸承置于80-100油中加熱15分鐘左右，測量軸承的內(nèi)圈孔大于偏心軸頸0.15時，取出并熱套于偏心軸的兩端，用壓力頂住軸承使之與軸肩靠緊，直到軸承完全冷卻為止，其間隙不得大

7、于0.05。套合后整理清洗干凈，在軸承中注入50%-70%潤滑脂。b.裝妥動顎一端的透蓋、紙墊圈等，并用螺栓緊固。此時，將動顎孔豎放，使裝好透蓋的一端朝下，接著將偏心軸裝配組件吊入動顎中，吊裝時須注意：偏心軸和動顎孔中心線保持一致，放正軸承外套，先輕壓作好導(dǎo)向，當(dāng)壓入量均勻漸進時，方可進行連續(xù)敲壓。（不能用錘敲擊軸承，應(yīng)在軸承上墊放銅棒后，再敲擊銅棒）；當(dāng)?shù)谝恢惠S承壓入后裝第二只軸承時程序同上。繼后，在軸承中注入50%-70%的潤滑脂，最后再裝妥另一側(cè)的透蓋、紙墊等，并用螺栓緊固。裝妥后應(yīng)使軸承外圈端面與透蓋端面有0.2-0.4的間隙，他是通過裝入適量紙墊圈得到的。c.把各個鍵分別裝入偏心軸上

8、的鍵槽內(nèi)，再分別裝入迷宮內(nèi)環(huán)透蓋，注意在右方向，取另外兩只軸承，用煤油清洗干凈，把緊定襯套放入軸承孔內(nèi)，再安裝于偏心軸上，按結(jié)構(gòu)圖旋入圓螺母，止退墊圈。注意偏心軸上有左、右旋螺紋，目的是偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時應(yīng)使圓螺母越旋越緊，先旋偏心軸上圓螺母，使壓緊緊定襯套，再旋緊定襯套的圓螺母，使軸承內(nèi)圈靠緊密封圈，這樣反復(fù)數(shù)次，最終使軸承緊固，把緊定襯套的圓螺母退出，使之與軸承內(nèi)圈間隙為1mm左右（在拆軸承時，先松掉偏心軸上的圓螺母再旋緊緊定襯套上的圓螺母即可把軸承拆下）。把止退墊圈的長短齒分別壓入緊定襯套上的圓螺母槽內(nèi)并緊固，然后在軸承中注入50%-70%潤油脂，再分別裝入透蓋內(nèi)環(huán)。b.飛、槽輪的安裝把飛、槽

9、輪及脹緊套（或鍵）放入偏心軸上，是飛、槽輪與密封圈靠緊，并注意使飛、槽輪上的標(biāo)記與偏心軸上標(biāo)記對應(yīng)后旋緊脹緊套上的螺栓，每個螺栓的旋緊力為190N.M，然后裝妥軸端擋圈。（注意：飛槽輪系鑄鐵件，安裝時切忌熱套）槽輪常規(guī)是安裝在偏心軸左端（面對進料口方向看），也可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場需要使飛、槽輪位置進行對調(diào)。 肘板與調(diào)整部件肘板是經(jīng)過精確計算的鑄鐵件。它不只是傳力構(gòu)件，而且也是破碎機的保險零件。當(dāng)破碎機中落入不能破碎的物料而使機器超過平常負荷時，肘板就立即折斷，破碎機停止工作，從而避免整個機器的損壞。肘板和肘板墊采用滾動接觸方式，正常使用情況下很少磨擦，只需在其接觸表面上涂上一層潤滑脂即可。調(diào)整部件是用于

10、調(diào)整排料口大小，以及補償顎板、肘板和肘板墊之間磨損的機構(gòu)。 調(diào)整部件的裝配過程：肘板墊通過角鋼和螺栓緊固調(diào)整座上，調(diào)整墊片置于調(diào)整座與機架之間，并置于支撐架，起頂螺栓（或頂頭與液壓起頂機）通過螺母或可穿過調(diào)整墊片頂住調(diào)整座，調(diào)整座上面通過楔塊與機架連接，起頂螺栓或頂頭與液壓起頂機都可單獨起到調(diào)整作用。當(dāng)調(diào)整排料品時，首先適度擰松拉緊部件的拉桿螺母，松開彈簧，然后再松開楔塊螺栓，松開楔塊，擰緊起頂螺栓，（或把液壓起頂機頭部裝入頂頭，旋入機架后的螺母內(nèi)，將液壓起頂機的出油閥打開，扳動手柄）起頂螺栓或頂頭向前推動調(diào)整座，達到一定的開口度時，取出調(diào)整墊片，以達到增大排料口的需要；若放入調(diào)整墊片，則可達

11、到減小排料口的需要。在達到用戶所需的排料口尺寸后，首先松開起頂螺栓（可打開液壓起頂機的進油閥，扳動手柄，松開頂頭）調(diào)整座在動顎部件自重的推力作用下，調(diào)整座及調(diào)整墊片組向機架后墻靠攏，壓實，注意起頂螺栓或頂頭松開程度應(yīng)達到調(diào)整座向后墻靠攏，壓實后而不相接觸，再擰緊楔塊螺栓，將楔塊與調(diào)整座與機架牢固，適度擰緊拉桿螺母收緊彈簧，既完成調(diào)整排料口工作。 拉緊部件拉緊部件是用來保證破碎機整個機械緊密結(jié)合，并部分平衡在動顎與肘板工作時產(chǎn)生的慣性力。拉緊部件的裝配過程：拉桿的一端鉸接于動顎下端的耳環(huán)上，另一端通過墊圈支撐在機架后墻的下端，彈簧通過其兩端的墊圈和螺母壓緊。破碎機工作時彈簧需要一定的預(yù)緊力，以防

12、止肘板在工作時脫落，但不宜過大，只要能消除肘板與動顎、調(diào)整部件間沖擊響聲即可，否則將影響彈簧的使用壽命，甚至使彈簧斷裂。 鐵軌部件鐵軌通過地腳螺栓緊固在鋼筋混凝土基礎(chǔ)上。電動機安裝在鐵軌上，支座嵌入鐵軌的槽中，根據(jù)三角皮帶的松緊程度調(diào)整電動機與主機的距離，當(dāng)距離確定后，用緊固在支座上的調(diào)整螺釘頂住電動機的底座，以防其走位。 潤滑部件潤滑部件系有來把潤滑油方便可靠的注入潤滑點的機構(gòu)（本機共4個潤滑點，分別為四只軸承處）。安裝、調(diào)整和試車 本機是由制造廠裝配經(jīng)過空載試車后成臺提供的，用戶有收到產(chǎn)品后應(yīng)按裝箱單仔細清點，以便發(fā)現(xiàn)和排除運輸過程中可能帶來的問題. 由于本機在工作時振動量較大，因此應(yīng)安裝

13、在鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上，基礎(chǔ)的大致可取為本機器重量的8-10倍，地基的深度要大于該處土地凍結(jié)的深度，基礎(chǔ)圖的尺寸為主機和電動機地腳螺栓的相對位置以及有關(guān)的其它參數(shù)。安裝地腳螺栓處必須留出預(yù)留孔，作為二次灌漿的依據(jù)。下料槽的高度和大小根據(jù)下部的出料方式由現(xiàn)場決定。 為了減輕振動，在二次灌漿時，應(yīng)在破碎機和混凝土基礎(chǔ)中間墊以不小于10毫米厚的夾布橡膠帶等緩沖材料，待二次灌漿的水泥牢固后再擰緊地腳螺栓。在此過程中必須用水平儀測定機器的水平度，水平度的偏差在機架前墻的寬度范圍內(nèi)控制在5毫米以下，機架水平度的檢驗尤為重要，它可確保進料口位置不至因偏斜而使破碎機在工作時發(fā)生單邊進料現(xiàn)象，避免因負荷不均而

14、損壞設(shè)備。 安裝電動機時除檢查與主機的距離外，還應(yīng)檢查電動機皮帶輪的端面與主機槽輪的端面是否在同一平面內(nèi)，以確保所有的三角皮帶有效地一致工作。 排料口尺寸大小應(yīng)按所需產(chǎn)品的粒度和處理能力進行調(diào)整，再調(diào)整排料口前應(yīng)松開拉緊彈簧，待調(diào)整好后，再適當(dāng)調(diào)整彈簧的脹緊程度，以防止肘板在工作時脫落，詳見調(diào)整部件。 機器安裝、調(diào)試后進行試車空載試車a.連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)2小時，軸承溫長不超過30。b.所有緊固件應(yīng)牢固，無松動現(xiàn)象。c.飛、槽輪運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。d.所有摩擦部位無擦傷，掉屑和研磨現(xiàn)象，無不正常的響聲。e.排料口調(diào)整范圍應(yīng)符合要求。帶載試車當(dāng)空載試車合格后加料進行帶載試車。a.破碎機不得有周期性或顯著的沖擊聲。b

15、.最大給料粒度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定。連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)8小時，軸承溫升不超過30。使用與維護 破碎機啟動前的準(zhǔn)備工作：檢查軸承的潤滑；肘板與動顎、調(diào)整座上肘板墊的接觸等情況是否良好，肘板與肘板墊接觸處是否足夠的潤滑脂。檢查所有緊固件是否堅固。檢查飛、槽輪配重中心位置是否正確，一般正確位置為機器振動最小時為最佳。檢查傳動皮帶是否安裝正確和情況良好，若發(fā)現(xiàn)皮帶破損應(yīng)及時更換，當(dāng)皮帶或槽輪上有油污時應(yīng)用干凈抹布及時擦凈。檢查防護裝置是否良好，若發(fā)現(xiàn)防護裝置不安全現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)及時排除。檢查破碎腔內(nèi)有無物料或其他雜物，若有時應(yīng)及時清除干凈。檢查調(diào)整墊片是否安裝正確和壓緊。 破碎機的啟動經(jīng)檢查，證明機器與傳動部件情況正常后方

16、可啟動。本機只準(zhǔn)在無負荷情況下啟動。啟動后若發(fā)現(xiàn)不正?，F(xiàn)象時應(yīng)及時停止啟動，必須查明原因排除異常后方可再次啟動破碎機。 破碎機的使用破碎機正常運轉(zhuǎn)后方可開始投料。應(yīng)將破碎物料均勻地加入破碎腔內(nèi)，避免側(cè)面加料或堆滿加料，以防止單邊過載、負荷突變或阻塞。在正常工作情況下，軸承的溫升不應(yīng)超過30，最高溫度不得超過70。若超過70時應(yīng)立即停車，查明原因并加以排除。停止前應(yīng)首先停止加料，待破碎腔內(nèi)的破碎物料全部排出后，方可關(guān)閉電動機。在破碎時若因破碎腔內(nèi)物料阻塞而造成停車時，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉電動機，必須將物料清除后方可再次啟動破碎機。固定顎板和活動顎板當(dāng)一端磨損后，可上、下調(diào)頭使用。破碎機使用一段時間后，應(yīng)重

17、新緊固所有緊固件。 潤滑為保證機器的正常運轉(zhuǎn)和延長使用壽命，應(yīng)定期注油潤滑。加入軸承座內(nèi)的潤滑脂應(yīng)為容積的50%-70%,每3-6個月更換一次。在換潤滑脂時應(yīng)用潔凈的汽油或煤油仔細清洗滾柱軸承的滾道等部位，清洗時應(yīng)打開軸承座下的放油孔。本機采用潤滑脂應(yīng)根據(jù)機器使用的地區(qū)、氣候等條件決定，一般可采用鈣基，鈉基或鈣鈉基潤滑脂，在潤滑脂較干燥時，可用稀油與潤滑脂調(diào)和后使用。肘板與肘板墊之間只需在裝配或檢修時，在其接合處加上適量的潤滑脂即可?？赡馨l(fā)生的故障及排除方法可能發(fā)生的故障主要原因排除方法劇烈的辟裂聲后，動顎停止擺動，飛輪繼續(xù)回轉(zhuǎn)，拉開彈簧松弛破碎腔內(nèi)進入不能破碎的物料或其他原因合推力板破壞扭開

34、 worked balanceable.The flywheel on the eccentric shaft can be exchanged and connected by the distensible cover.Installation of the movable jaw partsa. The eccentric shaft and the bearing must be washed by coal oil,then install the protect-oil plate at two ends of the eccentric shaft.Put the two bea

35、ring into the oil of 80-100 degree for 15 minutes.When the hole is bigger than the eccentric shaft at 0.15,then put it on the ends of the eccentric shaft pressure the bearing so it would close to the shouder of bearing,until the bearing become cool,the clearance must be lower than 0.05.After clearin

36、g,you should put lubricant at 50 percent to 70 percent.b. Put the cover and the paper gasket well and use the bolt to fasten them.At this time set up the cover,make sure have one end of the cover down.Then put the eccentric shaft parts into the movable jaw.When arrange it please pay attention to mak

37、e sure that the eccentric shaft and the movable jaws center line be consistent.Put the bearinga cover well and pressure light,then stricke and press gradually when the pressing amount is even.The procedure is the same as pressing the second bearing after the first one is pressed,then pour into 50%-7

38、0% lubricating grease in the bearing,afterwards put on another side cover,paper cushion,etc.Fasten with bolt,should make bearing outer surface with cover surface have 0.2-0.4 gap.c. Put each key into the keyway of eccentric shaft,then pack the cover of inner loop of the maze,pay attention to the dir

39、ection,fetch other two bearings,wash clean with the kerosene,put the adapter sleeve into the hole of the bearing,install on the eccentric shaft,fasten into the round nut according to the structure chart.Notice that the whorl is on the eccentric shaft,with the purpose that eccentric shaft can make ro
