3、 tank and second sediment tank etc.二、結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理Structure and working principlePJ-T型行車式提板刮泥機主要由驅(qū)動減速裝置、桁架（工作橋）、刮泥裝置、刮泥提升機構(gòu)、電控箱等部分組合于行車架上的一個整體裝置。PJ-T type scraper consists of drive reduction device, truss (work bridge), scrape device, mud lifting device and electric control box.設(shè)備在電控裝置的指令下，刮泥裝置隨行車架沿池面敷設(shè)的軌

4、道直線往復(fù)運行。提升機構(gòu)定時（定程）提升或降落刮板，將池底泥砂刮集于集泥槽中后排出池外。The equipment is controlled by the electric control device. The scrape device moves straightly along the rail. 5、hen discharge.三、安裝Installation（一）、導(dǎo)軌的安裝the installation of guides1、 軌道排直后，將墊板與預(yù)埋鋼板焊接，然后旋緊螺母；Put the guides straightly and weld the back plate and embedded plate, then screw nuts.2、 安裝完畢軌道底部水泥砂漿填實；The bottom of the guides is filled with cement and mortar after installation.3、 軌道接頭處的高差和左右不平允差1mm；The s

6、urmount and level error of guides connect point is 1mm4、 軌道的同一截面相對稱高允差5mm；The allowable error of same cross section of the rail is 5mm5、 軌道彎路2允差5mm；The allowable error of guides crooked path 2 is 5mm6、 兩條軌道接頭處錯開距離500mm；the distance between two guides connect joint should be stagger more than 500mm7、

7、 軌道安裝時必須有電氣接地保護措施 。；It must have electric earth connection protect measures8、 車擋現(xiàn)場按實際情況焊接；Weld according to the actual situation9、 軌道坡差為軌道長的1/1000；The slope error of the guides is one in the thousand of the guides length10、所有焊縫 5 ；All the weld seam 511、軌道在伸縮縫處間隙為31mm；The space of expansion joint is

8、31mm（二）、傳動部件的安裝 the installation of drive part1、各傳動部件在安裝時須經(jīng)手動校驗，要求靈活正確可靠和無阻滯現(xiàn)象；All drive parts should be checked by hand when installation, they must be nimble, correct, reliable and no blocking.2、行走機構(gòu)兩臺減速機的轉(zhuǎn)速應(yīng)絕對相同，安裝后應(yīng)在鋼軌上試運行，兩邊走輪要保證平行前進；Two reductor of moving device should have the same speed. It

9、must do test run in the rail after installation, the wheel in both sides must move in parallel3、本機安裝后要求四個車輪同時座落鋼軌，左右滾輪中心線的偏差值不大于3mm ；The four wheels must stay on the steel rails at the same time after installation, the deviation of left and right wheels center line cant bigger than 3mm4、泥耙升降時，構(gòu)架平面應(yīng)保

10、持平衡，左右無明顯傾斜；When lift the mud rake, the frame plane should maintain its balance, and no obvious slope5、所有轉(zhuǎn)動及鉸接部位應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動靈活，無卡滯現(xiàn)象。All turn around and hinge joint parts must be nimble and has no blocking.（三）、電纜的安裝the installation of cable所有設(shè)備安裝好后根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實際安裝情況將電纜支架與池子上的預(yù)埋鋼板進行焊接并保證牢固。After installing the equipm

11、ent, weld the cable stand and the embedded plate.四、使用操作Operation1、 各驅(qū)動機構(gòu)、減速器各滾動軸承及活動部位要注一定數(shù)量的潤滑油及油脂。The drive part, rolling bearing and move part of reductor must be add some lubrication oil and fat.2、 接上電源后，應(yīng)檢查各驅(qū)動機構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)向是否一致，各行程開關(guān)安裝位置、接線及動作是否符合要求，如有差錯應(yīng)立即調(diào)整。After connecting the power, we should check i

12、f the drive devices are turn to the same direction, if the installation position , connection and movement of travel switch is accord with the requirement. If there is some wrong, must adjust immediately.3、 消除沉淀池中的施工垃圾及其它雜物。Clean the construction rubbish and other sundries in the sediment tank, 4、 在

13、沉淀池灌水之前，刮泥機空車應(yīng)往復(fù)多次運轉(zhuǎn)，以檢驗驅(qū)動機構(gòu)運轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，與此同時，確定行程開關(guān)撞塊位置及行車滾輪的兩端制動的定位撐腳位置，保證泥耙提升機構(gòu)的下落和提升符合工作要求。Before watering the sediment tank, the scraper should be run without load for many times to check if the drive device works normally. At the same time, determine the bump part position of travel switch and the s

14、upport position of both ends of roller to ensure that the lift device of mud rake can fall and lift by the requirement5、 空車往返運轉(zhuǎn)中，應(yīng)觀察刮泥板是否與池壁碰撞，設(shè)計時通?？紤]與池壁保持50-100mm以內(nèi)（具體可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場會實際安裝情況進行調(diào)整），經(jīng)多次反復(fù)試車確定運行正常，方可向沉淀池中灌水。When the scraper runs without load, we should observe if the scrape plate would hit the ta

The distance between the equipment and tank wall is 50-1000mm when designed (it can be adjusted according to the actual state)., the scraper should be run without load for many times then watering the sediment tank.6、 設(shè)備為單向刮泥，當從端部起始運作時卷揚機構(gòu)將括板放下，驅(qū)動裝置帶動刮泥機行駛并完成池底的刮泥工作使污泥刮至集泥槽，當返回時刮泥板提起，此時為一個行

16、程。正個行程由一套卷揚裝置完成，The equipment scrapes towards to the single direction. When it runs from the beginning, the windlass device falls off the scrape plate, the drive device make the scraper run and scrape the mud to the mud collection trough, when return, the scrape plate has been lifted, it is a travel

The whole travel is carried out by one set of windlass device.7、 池子灌水達到設(shè)計水位后進行試運行，經(jīng)運轉(zhuǎn)1-2個行程后，如運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，刮泥板能正常提放，可以認為刮泥機可投入正常工作。Do test run w hen the water reaches to the design level. After run 1-2 travels, if run stably, the scrape plate can be lift and fall normally, the scraper can put into normal

18、work.五、維護及保養(yǎng)Maintenance1、 減速器電機、各滾動軸承座運轉(zhuǎn)滿100小時后，均應(yīng)清洗并加注新油脂（減速機的維護保養(yǎng)詳見減速機說明書）。The motor and bearing base of reductor has run 100 hours, they should be cleaned and add new fat (the maintenance of reductor is shown in detail in the reductor description)2、 提升機構(gòu)減速器上鏈條不能過松，保持松緊適宜，兩鏈輪在同一平面內(nèi)。The chain on th

19、e reductor of lift device cant be too slack, it should keep suitable tightness. Two chain wheels should be in the same plane.3、 每隔半月或一月檢查各電器開關(guān)觸點，如發(fā)現(xiàn)燒毛應(yīng)進行修正、砂光，嚴重時應(yīng)更換新觸點。Check out the switch contactor of electric equipment once half a month or a month. If find singe, it must to be amended. The contac

20、tor must be changed if seriously.4、 定期停車進行一次全面檢查，檢查連接是否牢固，活動部位是否磨損，活動是否靈活，如果磨損則應(yīng)及時修或更換，油漆脫落部分應(yīng)鏟除后涂刷新底面漆。Do a overall check at regular intervals. Check if the connect is stable, the movable part has abrasion, the move is nimble. If there is some abrasion, the part must be amended or changed. The part

21、 which the paint has come off should scrape the old paint and brush new paint.5、 經(jīng)常檢查觀察驅(qū)動機構(gòu)運轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，如有異常應(yīng)立即停車檢查，排除故障。Often check if the drive device runs normally. It should check immediately if has abnormal phenomena.6、 經(jīng)常對轉(zhuǎn)動機構(gòu)加注潤滑油或油脂。The move part should often add lubrication oil or fat.7、 經(jīng)常檢查鋼絲繩在

24、e trough2、 繩筒軸上軸承損壞，軸變形The bearing of rope roller is broken, the shaft becomes deformed 3、 減速器損壞Reductor is broken1、 鋼絲繩放入繩槽，調(diào)整繩的松緊Put the wire rope into the rope trough, adjust the tightness of rope2、 修正零件，調(diào)換軸承Amend the part, or change the bearing3、 修理更換零件，或更換減速器Repair or change the part, or change the reductor 驅(qū)動部分超負荷Drive part over load1、 行車驅(qū)動部分聯(lián)軸器同心度變動，軸承損壞，軸變形The concentricity of shaft cou
