1、關(guān)于我國風險投資法律環(huán)境的優(yōu)化與完善的探討 摘 要本文首先對風險投資的概念、發(fā)展歷史做了大概的介紹，分析了風險投資對一國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與國力的提升的重要性。接下來對國外的相對完善的風險投資法律環(huán)境做了探討與研究，明確了法律環(huán)境對風險投資發(fā)展的重要性，并對我國風險投資的法律環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀尤其是不足進行了分析。本文的核心問題是探討如何結(jié)合中國國情，對我國風險投資的法律環(huán)境進行優(yōu)化與完善，使之能更好地保護和促進我國風險投資業(yè)的發(fā)展。作者提出為達到促進風險投資快速發(fā)展的目的，需要國家通過立法對風險投資業(yè)進行大力扶持與政策傾斜，并通過市場化運作機制來保持其活力，根據(jù)風險投資的高風險高收益的特點，強調(diào)在風險投資領(lǐng)域
