2、vironmental pollution, and property losses2、范圍scope此程序適用于nrh的危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品管理。the procedure is applicable to hazardous chemical management of nrh 3、定義definition3.1危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品hazardous chemicals 凡具有爆炸、易燃、腐蝕性等性質(zhì)，在運(yùn)輸、儲(chǔ)存和使用過(guò)程中，容易造成人身傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損毀而需要特別處理的物品，均屬于危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品。常用危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品按其主要特性分為九類：爆炸品；壓縮氣體和液化氣體；易燃液體；易燃固體、自燃物品和遇濕易燃物品；毒害品；放

13、et approval by safety office.5.2危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品儲(chǔ)存storage of hazardous chemical 5.2.1危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品儲(chǔ)存原則principle of hazardous chemicals storage 爆炸品不能與起爆藥品、器材一起儲(chǔ)存，避免存放在高溫場(chǎng)所，嚴(yán)禁摔、滾、翻、撞和摩擦。explosives shall never be stored with the igniters and ignition equipment. the storage site shall be kept cool. dropping, rollin

25、資格的倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理員對(duì)危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品倉(cāng)進(jìn)行管理。hazardous chemical warehouse shall be managed by the appointed person with qualification certificate from engineering dept. 倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理員要根據(jù)化學(xué)特性對(duì)危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品倉(cāng)中的化學(xué)品分類儲(chǔ)存并分類標(biāo)識(shí)。hazardous chemical shall be stored and label the according to the category and property of chemical by warehouse ke

32、ch as eye wash station should be provided in place where the chemical is being used.5.3.3 有毒化學(xué)品作業(yè)場(chǎng)所可能導(dǎo)致職業(yè)病危害的依照職業(yè)健康管理程序?qū)嵤┕芾?。it is likely to suffer from occupation disease due to exposed to toxic chemical ,the corresponding control measures can be found in occupational disease management procedure.5.

33、3.4使用危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品的部門應(yīng)根據(jù)每天兩班的使用量領(lǐng)取化學(xué)品,最多不能超過(guò)一天兩班的用量。departments using chemical shall obtain from the chemical warehouse and the chemical warehouse shall provide the hazardous chemicals in the identified quantity for two shifts (one day). the maximum quantity to be obtained and provided shall not exceed that

34、 for two shifts (one day).5.3.5非生產(chǎn)過(guò)程直接使用或輔助使用的危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品，使用后剩余的，應(yīng)退回危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品倉(cāng)庫(kù)。the leftovers of the hazardous chemicals in direct or supplement use in non-production process shall be returned to hazardous chemical storehouse.5.3.6 若須在車間儲(chǔ)存危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品，必須控制儲(chǔ)存量，以最少量為原則，設(shè)置防火阻燃和耐腐蝕的專柜或?qū)Ｓ萌萜鬟M(jìn)行儲(chǔ)存且必須指定專人進(jìn)行管理。the leftovers o

40、作中使用化學(xué)品non-routine tasks using hazardous chemicals員工在非日常工作中使用危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品時(shí)應(yīng)首先聯(lián)系其直接主管.其做非日常工作的員工的主管應(yīng)至少提供下列信息給做非日常工作的員工及受化學(xué)品影響的員工.an employee required to perform non-routine work using hazardous chemical should first contact their direct supervisor. each employee s affected by hazardous chemical and these em
