2、hai food。泰北居民喜歡各種糯米飯,傳統(tǒng)上他們會將糯米飯用手揉成小圓形,再搭配各種醬汁的菜吃,北部的咖喱一般味道比其他地區(qū)來的溫和 ,還有許多美味的水果,如許多果園都種植有龍眼及荔枝。 泰東北菜 泰國四大菜系 泰國東北人喜歡重口味的食物,并將經(jīng)典的伊森菜列入他們喜愛的創(chuàng)意之中。他們也喜歡糯米飯,有時會做成甜口味的糯米飯,是每一道菜的主食。泰東北菜也會采用比較怪的食料,例如各種昆蟲。 著名菜式:青木瓜沙拉、生肉沙拉泰南菜 泰國四大菜系 泰國南部是一個長型半島地形,尤其附近海域盛產(chǎn)的新鮮海產(chǎn)成為美食的主要原料,包括海洋魚類、龍蝦、螃蟹、烏賊等。也廣泛使用椰子,椰奶來中和辣湯、咖喱、油炸的熱度

It can also be called sour and spicy shrimp soup.

Thai desserts Thai desserts are of a typical style,除了新鮮水果外,常用的食材還有雞蛋、綠豆、米粉、蓮子、棕櫚糖、木薯根等,也流行用各種芳香的花為原料制成糖漿來煮制液態(tài)的甜品。椰奶湯 1.高湯注入小煮鍋加熱。大蒜、香矛、大蔥、紅辣椒切碎。2.將大蒜、香茅、大蔥、辣椒和咖喱醬放入油中,不時攪拌。3.注入高湯、椰奶、良姜、紅糖,拌勻,煮沸。 4.加入萊姆汁、魚露、萊姆葉及草菇。 5.點(diǎn)綴用的椰絲放在煎鍋里烘烤。湯煮好后,取出良姜
