48、設(shè)備進行開關(guān)控制、數(shù)據(jù)采集、遠程設(shè)置等1。另外,社會經(jīng)濟水平的不斷提高已經(jīng)開始促使家庭自動化,人們希望能夠隨時隨地對家庭安全實行遠程監(jiān)控以及對家電實行遠程控制。由于電話線路是全國聯(lián)網(wǎng)的,所以遙控距離可以跨省市。該控制器采用單片機和語音芯片,可利用語音對于不同操作進行提示并可反饋受控方狀態(tài)的信息。2 控制的組成及原理2.1 控制器的工作原理整機電路如圖1所示,包括:振鈴檢測與模擬摘機電路,由MT8870等組成的解碼電路,紅外生成發(fā)射電路、八路開關(guān)量輸入和八路開關(guān)量輸出控制電路,語音控制和錄放電路,由DS12887組成的時鐘電路,RS232或RS485串行通信電路,外加鍵盤和液晶顯示構(gòu)成的紅外信號
49、自學習電路。紅外接收電路4×4鍵盤液晶顯示器24C02串行存儲器振鈴檢測、模擬摘機電路雙音多頻解碼譯碼電路89C51單片機89C51單片機紅外發(fā)射電路八路開關(guān)量輸出八路開關(guān)量輸入時鐘定時電路語音控制電路RS232串行通信、RS485串行通信電路電話線 圖1 原理框圖該控制器的工作原理:當需要遠程控制時,撥打相應(yīng)的電話號碼,振鈴檢測電路檢測鈴流信號。振鈴次數(shù)達到5次后(次數(shù)可以通過軟件任意設(shè)定),單片機 89C51控制實現(xiàn)電路自動摘機,并啟動語音電路發(fā)出提示輸入密碼。密碼經(jīng)接收電路接收并輸入到單片機中進行核對,核對正確則提示輸入控制命令鍵,單機對命令進行分析判斷,并根據(jù)命令要求完成相應(yīng)
50、的操作。當輸入“*”鍵后,自動實現(xiàn)電話掛機,從而完成一次遠程控制。摘機的30s內(nèi)若不輸入命令或密碼,電路會自動掛機;同樣,若輸入按鍵超過8個鍵也自動掛機。該控制器還可以通過RS485串行通信電路實現(xiàn)遠程信息采集,控制若干開關(guān)量和具有紅外遙控功能的設(shè)備;還可通過遠程電話或計算機設(shè)置定時開機或關(guān)機等功能。2.2 硬件電路組成 2.2.1 振鈴檢測、摘機電路振鈴檢測電路是由光耦T521-1和74LS123構(gòu)成的。當有電話呼入時,25Hz、90V振鈴信號由整流后光電隔離輸出脈沖信號。該脈沖輸入到 74LS123中,74LS123將小脈沖整形成大方波信號,送入單片機中計數(shù)。當計數(shù)達到設(shè)定次數(shù)時,單片機控
51、制輸出高電平,使三極管導通,從而繼電器吸合,完成模擬摘機動作。由于語音信號和雙音頻信號電壓遠低于振鈴信號電壓,因此該電路不會引起誤判。振鈴檢測、摘機電路如圖2所示。2.2.2 雙音多頻解調(diào)電路MT8870 是DTMF信號接收處理的專用芯片,其功能是將接收到的DTMA信號解碼為4位二制碼,由Q1Q4直接輸出。模擬摘機以后,雙音多頻信號經(jīng)過耦合隔離變壓器耦合入MT8870輸入腳。該雙音頻信號先經(jīng)MT8870內(nèi)部的撥號音濾波器濾除撥號音信號后,再經(jīng)前置放大器送入雙音頻濾波器,將雙音頻信號按高、低頻信號分開,又經(jīng)高、低頻濾波器、幅度檢測器送入譯碼電路,最后從MT8870的數(shù)據(jù)輸出端輸出相應(yīng)的編碼。為了獲取有效的數(shù)
