1、1.1 電儀施工方案scheme of electric and instrumental construcation1.1.1 變壓器安裝 tranformer installation1.1.1.1 設(shè)備到達現(xiàn)場后的檢查及保養(yǎng) checkings and mentainance of equipment after arrival1) 充氮運輸?shù)淖儔浩饔拖鋬?nèi)氮氣壓力應(yīng)在0.010.03mpa之間，達不到此要求，則進一步檢查變壓器是否受潮；如受潮應(yīng)與廠家聯(lián)系，并必須在安裝前對變壓器進行干燥處理，并做好檢查及處理記錄；if the transformers are carried by mea

2、ns of niteogen-filled transportation, the pressure inside its oil tank should remain stable between 0.01 to 0.03 mpa. otherwise further humidity ckecking is needed. if the transformer is humidified, it is necessary to connect the supplier. moreover, drying work, checking and record-making must be ca

3、rried out before installation.2) 檢查沖擊記錄儀判定變壓器在運輸裝卸過程中是否受到過沖擊；make it clear wether the transformer has been stricked or heat in transit and in unloading process by checking records on the stricking instrument.3) 到達現(xiàn)場后的附件應(yīng)齊全，無銹蝕及機械損傷，密封應(yīng)良好；充油套管應(yīng)無滲油，油位正常；瓷件及絕緣件應(yīng)無裂紋或破損；all auxiliary components arrived s

4、hould be in readiness and intergratedly packed without erosion or physical damages. there should not be leakage at oilfeed pipe sets;4) 將附件按要求清洗干凈并分類保管；all components should be cleaned as required and store in series;5) 到達現(xiàn)場的絕緣油，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定進行抽樣測試，避免不同牌號的絕緣油混用，將油桶的油儲藏于密封清潔專用油箱；sampling of insulatin oil ar

5、rived should be recommended in case that oil of different types are to be mixed. the oil should be stored into special clean oil tanks;6) 變壓器如三個月內(nèi)不進行安裝時，必須采取以下措施：the following measures must be taken provided that the transformers are not supposed to be installed within three months:Ø 充氮運輸?shù)淖儔浩鞅仨?/p>

6、每天檢查一次氮氣壓力，如氮氣壓力低于0.01mpa，應(yīng)按廠家說明書補氮；daily nitrogen pressure check is needed for the transformers. additional reefed should be processed once the level is below 0.01mpa;Ø 帶油運輸?shù)淖儔浩鲬?yīng)檢查油箱密封情況，測量油的絕緣強度和測量繞組的絕緣值，上部抽真空，充以0.010.03mpa的純氮氣，并每天檢查一次氮氣壓力；oiltightness of the tanks must be checked. oil insula

7、tion ability and the values should be measured. the upper part of the tanks should be vacuum-stated;Ø 設(shè)備在保管期間，必須經(jīng)常檢查設(shè)備的情況，并做好記錄。regulary checking and record-making for the equipment are essential during storage.1.1.1.2 作業(yè)程序內(nèi)容working procedures1) 基礎(chǔ)安裝、檢查劃線foundational installationand, checking a

8、nd lining對變壓器基礎(chǔ)的標(biāo)高進行檢查，根據(jù)基礎(chǔ)細(xì)節(jié)圖安裝變壓器支撐面基礎(chǔ)鋼板、導(dǎo)軌，核對標(biāo)高，現(xiàn)場測量變壓器底座防震墊各個位置點的標(biāo)高是否符合要求。應(yīng)以發(fā)電機基準(zhǔn)標(biāo)高和中心線為基準(zhǔn)點測量變壓器標(biāo)高及中心線，根據(jù)施工圖標(biāo)出變壓器基礎(chǔ)縱、橫向中心線，檢查底座錨板中心偏差是否符合要求，安裝好軌道。變壓器基礎(chǔ)的軌道應(yīng)水平，軌距和輪距應(yīng)配合。check the basic elevation of the transformation foundation. start installing foundational steel beddings, leading rail and approv

9、e the elevation according to detailed drawing. take on-site measurements to each elevationg point of footing cusions as required. the elevation and central line of the transformer should be measured with those of the generator as standard for installation. additionally, the central cross of the tran

10、sformer foundation should be identified according to detailed drawings. check the footing center deviation for meeting requirements. finish installing the rails for the foundations. they need to be horizontally settled with each sections being of the same span.2) 變壓器就位transformer positioning由于主變的運輸重

11、量約為85噸，擬利用大型平板車將主變運至現(xiàn)場，采用滾拖法將變壓器卸至道木垛上，利用千斤頂?shù)姆磸?fù)頂升、下降將變壓器落到輔助軌道上，然后用卷揚機拖運至變壓器基礎(chǔ)上，廠高變采用大型吊機吊裝就位，啟動/備用變則采用大型吊機吊裝。the mian transformer weighs about 85 tons.thus heavy flat cars are to be used for transportation. after arriving on site, the transformer is then unloaded onto the wood buttress and later on

12、to the subordinate rails using jacks and is finally placed on the base by winding hoist. the auxiliary high-tention transformers are positioned by overbridge crane. other running and spare transformers are silnged and moved by overbridge crane to gate of gis room and dragged to the exact spot;3) 排氮和

13、排油 nitrogen and oil dischargeØ 用真空濾油機將絕緣油從底部注入變壓器本體內(nèi)至規(guī)定高度，注入的同時打開本體上部排氣閥，將氮氣逐漸排出，并靜置24小時以上；insulation oil is injected from the bottom into the transformer proper to certain column by using cacuum oil filters. during the injection, the roof exhaust discharge valves should be opened for the nitro

14、gen to come out, and should be stabilized for 24 hours before use.Ø 關(guān)閉排氣閥，用真空濾油機將變壓器內(nèi)部的絕緣油從底部放油閥排入準(zhǔn)備好的大油箱，以進行芯體檢查，并對油進行過濾處理。close the valves and the oil is then discharged through the filters into the given oil tanks with the purpose of core checking and oil fitering;4) 變壓器芯體檢查checking for tran

15、sformer cores Ø 主變、啟動/備用變、廠高變的芯體檢查根據(jù)變壓器安裝說明書由監(jiān)理、廠家及業(yè)主確定芯體檢查的方式；the core checkings of the main transformer and the other tramsformers for start-up and spare running, spare and auxiliary power supply should be identified according to the installation manuals and the forms should be comfirmed by t

16、he representatives from the onwer, supervision agency and supplying corperation respectively.Ø 芯體檢查的內(nèi)容及要求、測試的試驗項目，嚴(yán)格按規(guī)程及廠家安裝說明書中的要求進行。the schedule, requirements and the items for testing should be carried out considering formal regulations and installation manuals provided by suppliers;Ø 芯

17、體檢查一般采用吊開變壓器罩的方式進行，吊罩檢查變壓器芯體時，應(yīng)注意天氣條件，變壓器芯體在空氣中暴露的時間應(yīng)控制在8小時以內(nèi)，在無風(fēng)晴天，空氣相對濕度小于75%時，暴露在空氣中的時間不得超過16小時；in general, core checking starts with the step of lifting and removing covers. during the process, weather condition should be taken into account. the core can be exposed within 8 hours in normal tempe

18、rature and not more than 16 hours on a fine day with little wind and a relative humidity of less than 75 percent;Ø 如采用工作人員進入變壓器內(nèi)檢查的方法，暴露在空氣中的時間控制在小時以內(nèi)；并要注意通風(fēng)，確保入內(nèi)人員的安全；if manual checking is provided, the core should be kept away from air within 8 hours. at the same time, make sure of the availa

19、bility of ventilation for labor safety. Ø 對于檢查的方式、檢查的內(nèi)容和要求以及檢查中的注意事項，在變壓器吊罩檢查前應(yīng)編寫具體的實施方案及質(zhì)量計劃。as for checking forms, contents, requirements and announcements, detailed execution schemes and performing plans need to be drawn before checking.5) 油枕安裝 installation of oil tank sleeper6) 在變壓器箱體上固定油枕支

20、架；the supports are fixed onto the main body of the transformer;Ø 在地面上組合好油枕的附件(油位計、閥門、真空管等)；components such as oil meters, valves and vacuum tubes should be coimbined together in advance;Ø 把油枕起吊就位，緊固所有連接螺栓。sling and put the bedding in place. fasten all the connection bolts;7) 高低壓套管安裝install

21、ation of high-tention pipe sleeveØ 準(zhǔn)備安裝的套管應(yīng)置于存放架上固定支持，以便捆綁起吊，起吊使用尼龍吊帶，套管易碎，安裝時應(yīng)特別小心；the pipe sleeves ready for mounting should be stored in frames and fixed with supports, so that it will be easier to be bound together. nylon sling is preferable for lifting the pipesets whose fragility should b

22、e taken into account;Ø 按順序安裝套管升高座。選擇套管安裝順序(a、b、c相或c、b、a相)，并且每次只裝一個套管。通過吊鉤環(huán)鏈慢慢調(diào)整套管的傾斜度，直到要求值，吊至剛高于升高座處就位、按力矩值要求連接；the lifting platforms are set in order and choose options for pipeset lifting (in phase a, b, c or c, b, a). only one casing pipe is fitted every time by adjusting the sliding degree

23、 till it is up to needed value. it is then slung and placed right over the platform and connected with regard to the given moment value.Ø 套管安裝就位后將變壓器引線穿入套管固定并連接，安裝套管密封。after the pipesets are settlied, leading lines are let throught the pipesets, fixed and then connected together and, finally th

24、e pipesets are sealed.8) 散熱器安裝 radiator installationØ 根據(jù)施工圖，按順序安裝散熱器。散熱器安裝前應(yīng)按規(guī)定用氣壓或油壓進行密封試驗。同時用合格的絕緣油經(jīng)凈油機循環(huán)沖洗干凈，排盡殘油；a radiator should be installed in sequence as drawn. oil or airtight pressure test should be carried out in advance. meanwhile, qualified insulation oil is strongly recommended a

25、nd should be filtered through oil filters. make sure that no oil is to be left inside;Ø 安裝散熱器前，先安裝其底部油管及油泵，緊固所有法蘭連接螺栓；oil pipelines and pumps should be settled at the bottom, and all flangs and connection bolts should be fastened before body installation;Ø 安裝好支架后，把散熱器就位到要求位置，緊固所有連接螺栓。散熱器安裝

26、完畢應(yīng)即注滿油。positioned the radiator to the exact spot after setting the supports. tighted all the bolts. the equipment should be filled with oil after installation.9) 油管安裝 oil tube installationØ 根據(jù)圖紙布置連接情況確定管道安裝連接位置；installation and connection points of the tubes should be settled according to the

27、construction drawings;Ø 注意各個管口連接必須均勻、緊密、牢固，以免滲油。make sure that every pipe end is made even, explicit, firmenough so as to prevent from leakage.10) 輔助設(shè)備的安裝 auxiliary equipment installationa.參數(shù)銘牌；b.溫度指示器；c.測溫探頭；d.氣體繼電器；e.壓力釋放閥；f.真空釋放閥；g.ct接線盒；h.軌道及器身接地；i.硅膠干燥器；j.油取樣裝置；k.就地配電控制箱；l.變壓器中性點設(shè)備。 a. dat

29、testingØ 變壓器箱體內(nèi)的油及新的變壓器油必須取樣做試驗并進行濾油處理。新油需進行3到5個體積油循環(huán)過濾，待靜置3到4小時后，取油樣并作試驗；sampling and filtering are required for new insulation oil and the oil left in the body of the transformer. the new oil needs to be made clean for 3 to 5 times. sampling is carried out after the oil is stabilized for 3 to

30、 4 hours;Ø 新的變壓器油應(yīng)符合規(guī)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，所有油在使用前都應(yīng)取樣做試驗。new oil should meet the rules and requirements and sampling should be processed before use.12) 真空滲漏試驗 vacuum leakage testØ 將在真空下不能承受機械強度的附件與油箱隔離，將變壓器抽真空至267mbar，并關(guān)閉真空泵和變壓器間閥門。十分鐘內(nèi)應(yīng)無明顯壓力升高，若有應(yīng)檢查到漏氣點并處理好；the auxiliary components that cannot sustain the

31、 mechanical strength under vacuum state are kept away from oil tanks. the transformer is drawn to vacuum state by 267mbar and the vacuumpumps and valves are closed. once there is obvious pressure rising, leakage points should be discovered and resolved.Ø 重新啟動真空泵，打開真空泵與變壓器間閥門，降壓至13mbar并關(guān)閉閥門；rest

32、art the vacuum pump and open the valves between them and transformer. lower the pressure lever down to 13mbar. close the valves;Ø 在隨后的30分鐘內(nèi)，壓力上升不應(yīng)超過1.3mbar，若超過，檢查尋找漏氣點后處理好，并重復(fù)壓力試驗13mbar。 the the following 30 minutes, pressure rising should not go beyone 1.3mbar, or leakage points should be foun

33、d out and handled. repeat the pressure test.13) 真空注油 vacuum oil injectionØ 變壓器真空滲漏試驗完成后，繼續(xù)抽真空至3mbar以下，保持8小時以上，開始在真空狀態(tài)下注油至規(guī)定位置，注油時變壓器處于真空，油的溫度應(yīng)高于器身溫度，注油速度不宜大于100l/min；after the leakage test, keep drawing below 3mbar and leave the state for at least 8 hours. then vacuum oil injection is then carr

34、ied out till the set level. while injecting oil in, the transformer is in the vacuum state, thus oil temperature should be a little bit higher than that of the body, and the injection speed cannot be higher than 100 l/min;Ø 注油結(jié)束后，應(yīng)繼續(xù)保持真空4小時，然后進行熱油循環(huán)（油溫在50-60），連續(xù)循環(huán)時間不得少于48小時。the body of the tran

35、sformer should be kept in the vacuum state for 4 hours and then hot oil circulation begins (with oil temperature of 50 to 60), and it should last for more than 48 hours.14) 整體密封檢查oiltightness test 變壓器安裝完畢后應(yīng)在儲油柜上用氣壓或油壓進行整體密封試驗，其壓力為油箱蓋上能承受的0.03mpa壓力，試驗持續(xù)時間為24小時，應(yīng)無滲漏。there should be oiltightness test u

36、sing steam or oil pressure onto the oil storage tanks after installation. the pressure is 0.03mpa, which is the same as that on the tank covers, there should not be any leakage during the 24-hour test.15) 變壓器試驗tranformer test變壓器注油完成，且油質(zhì)檢驗合格后，必須按交接試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行有關(guān)的特性試驗和絕緣試驗。這些試驗包括：各繞組直流電阻測量；變比試驗；絕緣電阻和吸收比測量；介

37、損試驗；直流泄漏測試；交流耐壓試驗；變壓器油的有關(guān)試驗；必要時進行局放試驗。when oil injection finishes and oil has been proved qualified, related special and insulation tests are needed reffering to connection testing standards. these tests consist of measurement of every winding direct resistants, ratio variation test, insulated resis

38、tance and measurement for absorbance proportion, intermediate loss test, direct leakage test, indirect tention-resistant test, related oil test, etc. partial oil discharging test is processed when necessary.1.1.2 發(fā)電機電氣設(shè)備安裝 installation of electric equipment of generator1) 勵磁變壓器、pt、避雷器柜、出口斷路器安裝instal

39、lation of exciting transformer, pt, lightning arrester cabinet and outlet beaker;Ø 根據(jù)布置將柜體臨時就位在基礎(chǔ)上，檢查和調(diào)正柜的位置，使其能和封閉母線連接合適；出口斷路器安裝可參考廠用配電裝置安裝；place the cabinet onto the base as arranged for checking and alignment so as to be successfully connected with enclosed bus. installation of outlet breake

40、r can be referred to that of ditributiuon equipment.Ø 檢查、清理柜內(nèi)設(shè)備，連接柜內(nèi)的連桿，安裝保險器等柜體內(nèi)設(shè)備。internal equipment should be tidied and checked. the bars should be connected together. all the equipment is installed together with safety resistances.2) 發(fā)電機電氣試驗 generator electric operation test發(fā)電機電氣檢查、安裝好后，在啟

41、動試運前，按規(guī)程和廠家安裝說明書中的程序要求對發(fā)電機本體進行絕緣、直流電阻、耐壓等電氣試驗。once the electric equipment is settled and fitted, the generator proper should be put into electric performing test like insulation, direct resistance, pressure-resistance, etc.1.1.3 132kv高壓配電裝置 installation of 132kv high-tension distribution equipment1.

42、1.3.1 132kv配電裝置安裝 installation of 132kv distribution equipment 按照設(shè)備的設(shè)計布置和現(xiàn)場施工條件，設(shè)備由上往下安裝的原則。先安裝站內(nèi)架空線，然后吊裝隔離開關(guān)，斷路器、ct等其它設(shè)備，再進行設(shè)備調(diào)整最后安裝引下線、跳線及電氣設(shè)備接地。the equipment installation should be started from the bottom according to the designed arrangements and on-site construction conditions. overhead lines s

51、at of length less than 5mm;Ø 每排盤柜的前后兩根槽鋼，在找平的同時，應(yīng)校正兩根槽鋼的平行度，其誤差不能超過每米1mm，全長不超過5mm；during comformity alignment, adjustments should be made between every two bars for their parallel level, with a difference of less than 1mm and that of length less than 5mm;Ø 基礎(chǔ)槽鋼應(yīng)可靠接地。即在基礎(chǔ)槽鋼之間，基礎(chǔ)槽鋼與電纜溝內(nèi)主接地線之

55、stallation procedures and measures of double-ranged switch cabinetØ 根據(jù)圖紙設(shè)計排列順序，把所有開關(guān)柜搬移，臨時就位；put the switch cabinets in order as designed. they are then placed in temperory position;Ø 按設(shè)計位置和尺寸把每排的第一塊盤用線錘和水平尺進行找正，達到要求后，將盤固定；fix the tray after required alignment;Ø 依次將盤逐塊找正靠緊；調(diào)整相鄰盤的尺寸；al
