17、 china and sgs china at dischargingport minus actual freemoistureshown in certificateof qualityissued by ccic or the average of the free moisture between the ccic china and sgs china at discharging port.第五條: 重量決定5.1 每船貨物將在裝貨港由船長與馬來西亞 sgs 根據(jù)船的吃水測量重量，測量費用由賣方承擔。如此測量的重量稱為 “賣方的發(fā)票重量 ”，買方有權(quán)出席或者派第三方出席監(jiān)督裝貨港的

18、重量測定。5.2 在卸貨港：最終貨物的重量將由中國認證&檢驗集團有限公司 /或其附屬公司 (ccic )在卸貨港或者中國 ccic 與中國 sgs 的平均值來確定，其中中國ccic 費用由買方承擔 ,中國 sgs 費用由賣方承擔。最終的干噸數(shù)按照中國ccic 在卸貨港出具的重量證上的實際重量數(shù)或者中國 ccic 與中國 sgs 的平均值減掉中國 ccic 在卸貨港出具的質(zhì)量證上的自由水分數(shù)或者中國 ccic 與中國 sgs 的平均值的結(jié)果。article 6 sampling and analysis6.1 sampling and analysis will be carried o

19、ut at seller s expense by sgs malaysia during loadingattheloadingport.thebuyermay,atbuyer sexpense,haveits representatives present at the time of sampling and analysis.6.2 notwithstanding the foregoing, in order to ensure a fair inspection, after arrival of thevessel, the seller will commission sgs

20、china to conduct sampling. sampling and analysis will be carried out independently by ccic china and sgs china at the discharging port. subject to paragraph 6.3 below, the ccic china result shall be the basis of the final settlement. all expenses in connection with such sampling and analysis by ccic

21、 china shall be on the buyer's account. the sample taken for analysisshall be in 3 parts and sealed, one sampled for analysis by ccic china, one sampledfor analysis by sgs china, and one retained for the purpose of an umpire analysis(sampled by sgs china), if required, to be analysed by an indep

22、endent iso-approved laboratory . the third party analysis cost to be borne by the losing party.6.3 if the ccic china discharge port results are above or below the rejection level, or the difference between ccic china and sgs china analysis results at discharge port areover 0.5 % (inclusiveof 0.5%) f

23、or al2o3,sio2, or moisture,the sellercan choose either using the average between the ccic china and sgs china discharge port asthe final basis, or can choose to challenge ccic china discharge port results and use umpire sample results as the final settlement.if the difference is less than 0.5% (excl

24、usive of 0.5%), the discharging port ccic china report as a basis for final settlement.第六條: 質(zhì)量檢驗6.1 在裝港取樣分析由 sgs malaysia施行，并由賣方承擔檢驗成本。買方有權(quán)到場或派第三方到取樣分析現(xiàn)場，相關(guān)費用由買方自行承擔。6.2 盡管前有所述，為保證檢驗的公平，貨物到卸港后，賣方委托sgs china 進行取樣 /檢驗。卸港取樣以及分析由ccic china 和 sgs china 單獨實施。除 6.3 所述情況，此ccic china 分析結(jié)果為最終結(jié)算依據(jù)。與ccic china

25、有關(guān)的取樣分析成本由買方承擔。測試及測試樣品總共有 3 份并妥善封好 , ccic china 取的一份作為 ccic china 的分析之用 , sgs china取的一份作為 sgs china 的分析之用 ,一份 (sgs china 取的一份 ) 會保留以備日后可能需要的獨立iso 認可的仲裁分析之用。其仲裁費用敗訴方承擔。6.3 如果 ccic china 卸港檢驗結(jié)果超過拒收值，或卸港 ccic china 與 sgs china 檢驗結(jié)果之間 al2o3, sio2, 水分任一指標檢差值在 0.5% 以上（包含 0.5% ）， 賣方可以選擇按卸港 ccic china 與 sgs

26、 china 的檢驗報告中的平均值作為最終結(jié)算依據(jù) , 或者賣方可以選擇以仲裁樣品化驗結(jié)果作為最終結(jié)算依據(jù) 。如果相差在 0.5% 內(nèi) (不含 0.5%) ，將卸港 ccic china 報告作為最終結(jié)算依據(jù)。article 7payment第七條 : 付款payment of the upon signing payment, provisional invoice and, if relevant, the final invoice, shall be paid by t/t in accordance with this agreement.定金、首款和尾款都是以美元為貨幣，電匯支付.

31、 fe2o3, free moisture, l.o.i., size.e. certificate of originf. certificate of insurance.7.2 40% 臨時貨款支付單據(jù)：a. 賣方簽字的首款商業(yè)發(fā)票，正本三份，發(fā)票顯示40% 的無任何調(diào)整的貨物金額，并顯示合同號，船名，化學成分分析，干噸重量為提單上顯示的重量減掉合同中顯示的最大水分（15% ），價格為基礎(chǔ)價格，沒有獎金和罰金。b. 全套清潔正本已裝船提單，空白背書，受益人憑指示，運費已付。c. 在裝貨港 sgs malaysia 出具的重量證書。d. 在裝貨港 sgs malaysia出具的質(zhì)量證書，并
