1、Module 1 My First Day at Sen ior High教學(xué)設(shè)計一、教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析本課是高中英語選修八第一模塊的一篇閱讀課，新教材閱讀課的特點是信息量大，時代性強，內(nèi)容新穎。教師在教材處理時要根據(jù)這些特 點，充分調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)語言的興趣，發(fā)揮他們自主學(xué)習(xí)的積極性、主動性,提高學(xué)生在閱讀中獲取信息、處理信息和運用信息的能力。我在教學(xué) 中將淡化語言點和語法知識的簡單傳授，采用任務(wù)型教學(xué)法和小組合 作探究學(xué)習(xí)法，從而擴大課堂的語料輸進量及學(xué)生的語言輸出量。二、學(xué)習(xí)者分析在目前學(xué)生數(shù)普遍過多的情況下，如果按照傳統(tǒng)的方法進行教學(xué)，學(xué)生很少有語言實踐和交流的時機,很難主動參與課堂活動，從而影

2、響了學(xué)生語言運用能力的培養(yǎng)；利用學(xué)案及小組合作的教學(xué)形式，使學(xué)生對本話題內(nèi)容提前有所了解。同時，使班上更多的學(xué)生在同一時間內(nèi)直 接參與到交流活動中來，提供一種主動的學(xué)習(xí)方式，營造良好的情感氣 氛,使學(xué)生有更多的時機輕松、自由地表達自己的觀點，并能發(fā)揮更多的 自主性，從而培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語思維習(xí)慣 ，提高他們運用語言的能力，到達 學(xué)習(xí)語言的目的。根據(jù)班級規(guī)模以及學(xué)生英語水平的不同，把學(xué)生分成假設(shè)干學(xué)習(xí)小組，每組4至5人，課前下發(fā)一份學(xué)案和小組評價表 略。學(xué)案要求組內(nèi) 合作完成，課后組內(nèi)對這節(jié)課的完成情況對本組成員做以評價。三、教學(xué)目標一認知目標1充分理解課文大意并完成所給的任務(wù)。2. 學(xué)會使用閱讀策

3、略(skimmi ng and sea nning)來閱讀和理解課文3. 能夠復(fù)述課文(二) 情感目標抱著開放的態(tài)度了解其他國家南極科考和科學(xué)開展水平的成果。(三) 智力目標在運用完成閱讀任務(wù)的過程中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察力、分析力、想象 力和自學(xué)能力，幫助學(xué)生進步思維能力和運用英語的綜合能力，激發(fā) 創(chuàng)造能力。四、教學(xué)手段1、 多媒體輔助：將本課所需要的圖片、文字、圖表和音樂制成CAI 軟件使抽象的語言變得直觀，為學(xué)生運用英語進行交際創(chuàng)設(shè)情景。2、 測試性和非測試性評價：本課我將各種活動設(shè)計成小組活動和當(dāng)堂 檢測等測試性評價手段幫助老師了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果。同時讓學(xué)生填 寫課堂自我評價表等非測試性評價手

5、arctica and their development level of science with an ope n attitude.Step2 Warmi ng up (2m)Look at a short video of An tarctica.設(shè)計意圖：視頻導(dǎo)入導(dǎo)入到南極洲這篇文章當(dāng)中。Step3 Fast reading (泛讀)教學(xué)時間：10m設(shè)計意圖：任務(wù)型和活動型教學(xué)法任務(wù)1:先單獨快速限時(3 minutes)閱讀，把閱讀課文作為整體來處 理，檢查學(xué)生對課文中的事實的表層理解，讓學(xué)生對文章有一個了解。然后通過小組活動，交流合作。本環(huán)節(jié)難度不高，即便學(xué)困生也能在 其小組成
