18、ched hereto as Appendix C) and send this to “Party As” Bank, which is HSBC, Main Office, Hong Kong. As for the first Tranche, “Party A” shall deliver USD xxxxx Million (USD xxxx00,000,000.00) to “Party Bs” bank, which is HSBC, Hong K

36、ow basis and shall strictly observe strictly the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris, France, latest edition, related to Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure. In return, the “Party B” and his Bank will provide the solicited document and deliver to “Party As” Bank via its representative. 45、.Only one Bank officer of both parties shall be connected with each Parties Bank.
