14、容之。而在人力資源管理中的基礎(chǔ)工作就是人事檔案管理。對于企業(yè)來講,員工的人事檔案不但可以使企業(yè)的管理者在一定程度上掌握所聘用人員的基本人事信息,而且可以為企業(yè)的人力資源管理工作提供相關(guān)的人事信息數(shù)據(jù)支持。譬如:企業(yè)制定員工招聘計劃、培訓計劃、合理的使用人員等等。因此,企業(yè)人事檔案管理工作的好壞不但可以直接影響到企業(yè)的人力資源管理,而且會間接的影響到企業(yè)整體管理。隨著社會的發(fā)展,科技的進步,計算機的應(yīng)用在社會各領(lǐng)域中都得到了普及,越來越多的人都感受到利用計算機進行各類管理的科學和便捷;認識到管理信息系統(tǒng)對于管理工作的重要性。管理信息系統(tǒng) , mis ( management informatio
15、n system,是一個將企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營中的各種內(nèi)、外部信息進行收集、加工、整理、傳遞,并有序地存儲,以用于管理和決策,是企業(yè)增效的信息系統(tǒng)。它能夠使企業(yè)更加及時、準確、全面、詳實的了解所需的信息數(shù)據(jù)。同時管理信息系統(tǒng)對各種信息數(shù)據(jù)的進一步加工,能使企業(yè)領(lǐng)導層的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、管理決策依據(jù)更加充分,更具有合理性、科學性;從而為社會創(chuàng)造出更多的價值,為企業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造出更多的機會。另外,管理信息系統(tǒng)可以使企業(yè)的管理更加科學化、合理化、制度化、規(guī)范化;為企業(yè)的管理水平跨上新臺階;為企業(yè)持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展奠定堅實基礎(chǔ)。人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)就是典型管理信息系統(tǒng),通過人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)對人事檔案進行管理具有人工管理所無法比擬的優(yōu)
