Cooler construction technique requirement 1、概述A. summarization往復(fù)推動篦式冷卻機是回轉(zhuǎn)窯的主要配套設(shè)備之一,其作用是降低熟料溫度,改善熟料質(zhì)量,提高熟料的易磨性,提高二次空氣溫度,改變火焰燃燒條件,節(jié)約能源。篦式冷

8、卻機主要由以下幾部分組成:下殼體、上殼體、篦床、篦床液壓傳動裝置、篦床支撐裝置、熟料破碎機、自動潤滑裝置及冷卻風(fēng)機組等。 reciprocating grate cooler is one of Rotary's major ancillary equipment, its role is to reduce the clinker temperature, improve the clinker quality, improve the grind ability of clinker, and improve secondary air temperature, change th

11、truction work to prepare equipment, materials and construction of power supply.e, well construction program and technical disclosure (including the quality, safety).3、基礎(chǔ)驗收及放線a、基礎(chǔ)驗收:基礎(chǔ)驗收必須認真進行,安排專人進行此項工作,會同廠方、監(jiān)理及土建等有關(guān)部門,根據(jù)有關(guān)資料(工藝圖、基礎(chǔ)圖、安裝圖、驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等)認真測量、記錄,驗收合格后,方可進行安裝施工。設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)各部分的偏差應(yīng)符合如下要求:C. foundation c

19、側(cè)框架進行找正。垂直度偏差為±1mm/m。相對標(biāo)高允差±1mm。水平度允差0.1mm/m。同段的兩片框架跨距應(yīng)符合圖紙要求,允差2mm,對角線允差3mm。找正合格后地腳灌漿、養(yǎng)生,當(dāng)強度達設(shè)計強度的75%后,即可進行下步施工。ECooler body erectiona, Side Framework installed:Cooler base is verified by the following procedure to install. 52、 the above items must be seriously good record.五、施工技術(shù)保證措施1各道工序的施工,必須嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行施工規(guī)范及設(shè)備安裝圖紙;2現(xiàn)場出現(xiàn)的設(shè)計更改,修配改工作,必須辦理現(xiàn)場簽證手續(xù),并報AVIC工程師審批,批準(zhǔn)后執(zhí)行。5, technique guarantee1. 53、k to change, to apply for the visa site and report to the AVIC Engineer for approval, approval and implementation.六、 安全與文明施工保證措施 1、 安全工作方針: 以防為主,防管結(jié)合,專管與群管相結(jié)合,做到文明施工,以人為本,安全第一。 2、 保證措施: 1) 現(xiàn)場設(shè)置專職安全管理機構(gòu)。 2) 在計劃、布置、檢查、總結(jié)、評比生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的同時,計劃、布置、檢查、總結(jié)、評比、安全工作。 3) 根據(jù)工程進度情況和季節(jié)情況,組織進行施工階段性安全大檢查和季節(jié)性安全大檢查,對不安全情況,限期

54、整改落實到施工班組和人員上。 4) 進入施工現(xiàn)場的一切工作人員,必須正確穿戴好防護用品。 5) 施工現(xiàn)場文明整潔、材料、設(shè)備、機具放置有序道路暢通。 6)集體操作的工作,要分工明確,操作時應(yīng)有專人統(tǒng)一指揮,步調(diào)一致。 7) 工機具使用前必須檢查,消除事故隱患。 8) 夜間施工時要有足夠的照明設(shè)施。 9) 吊裝作業(yè)的規(guī)定 a、吊裝設(shè)備必須有專人負責(zé)指揮,吊裝前,要進行安全交底。 b、起吊前,對起吊重物的重量一定要查清,嚴(yán)格計算,選擇吊點,嚴(yán)禁吊裝機具超負荷工作。 c、吊裝前,對于大件一定要試吊,起吊后重物下面嚴(yán)禁站人,大型設(shè)備吊裝時,要設(shè)警戒線。 d、設(shè)備就位時,嚴(yán)禁把手、腳塞入起吊物和墊木、墊
