Presently, there are 12 Confucius Institutes and 11 Confucius Classrooms in Thailand, ranking first in the num

In the和11所孔子課堂，是亞洲地區(qū)孔子學(xué)院（課堂）總數(shù)最多的國(guó)家。4 年間，中泰雙方密切合作，孔子學(xué)院已經(jīng)融入所在學(xué)校的教學(xué)體系和管理體系；孔子學(xué)院（課堂）立足于所在學(xué)校、地區(qū)和城市，開(kāi)展?jié)h語(yǔ)教學(xué)和培訓(xùn)，介紹中國(guó)文 化、促進(jìn)兩國(guó)之間的交流和合作， 逐漸成為當(dāng)?shù)氐臐h語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中心、 漢語(yǔ)考試中心、 中國(guó)文化交流中心。對(duì)于未來(lái)的發(fā)展，泰國(guó)各孔子學(xué)院（課堂）根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐膶?shí)際需求，都制訂 了各自的發(fā)展規(guī)劃，并且在實(shí)踐中總結(jié)了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。以下是泰國(guó)孔子學(xué)院院長(zhǎng) 和孔子課堂負(fù)責(zé)人的觀點(diǎn)與看法，希望能互為參考、

11、fucius InstituteVOLUME 09| NO. 4 JUL, 2010DIRECTORS' FORUM每所孔子學(xué)院應(yīng)該 根據(jù)各自情況，堅(jiān)持 優(yōu)勢(shì)、突出特色、重 點(diǎn)辦學(xué)，有所為有所 不為，不應(yīng)都是一個(gè)黃小明：泰國(guó)各孔子學(xué)院（課堂）辦學(xué) 特色鮮明，卓有成效，首先請(qǐng)大家介紹一下 各自孔子學(xué)院的辦學(xué)特色。傅增有：朱拉隆功大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院自創(chuàng) 辦以來(lái)，發(fā)展迅速，成果顯著。在教學(xué) 方面，除了承擔(dān)朱拉隆功大學(xué)中文專(zhuān)業(yè) 本科生和研究生部分課程外，孔子學(xué)院 還面向社會(huì)開(kāi)辦漢語(yǔ) 培訓(xùn)班，重點(diǎn)開(kāi)展高 層次的活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目，如 泰國(guó)王宮官員漢語(yǔ)培訓(xùn) 班、漢語(yǔ)教師培訓(xùn)班、 泰國(guó)國(guó)家移民局官員 漢語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)班等，

12、其中 王宮官員漢語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)班已 舉辦12期。為了促進(jìn)泰國(guó)學(xué) 生更好地學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)和了解中國(guó)文化，朱拉 模式。 隆功大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院以。中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日和當(dāng)前 中泰兩國(guó)社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)為 內(nèi)容，舉辦了多種多樣的文化活動(dòng)。其 中包括2010年王宮官員漢語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)班的 “說(shuō)漢語(yǔ)過(guò)大年”、中國(guó)語(yǔ)言文化夏令營(yíng)、 “詩(shī)琳通杯”泰國(guó)大學(xué)生漢語(yǔ)演講比賽 等活動(dòng)，還曾邀請(qǐng)中國(guó)著名作家王蒙和 余秋雨等做中國(guó)文學(xué)、歷史、文化等方 面的專(zhuān)題講座。黃小明：孔敬大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院始終把 漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)和培訓(xùn)、中國(guó)文化推廣和交流、 兩校兩國(guó)間的交流和合作當(dāng)作三項(xiàng)主要 任務(wù)。目前，孔敬大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院的漢語(yǔ) 教學(xué)已經(jīng)正式進(jìn)入孔敬大學(xué)的教學(xué)體 系；同時(shí)，學(xué)院還在2個(gè)附屬

13、中學(xué)開(kāi)設(shè) 了漢語(yǔ)選修課程。在本土漢語(yǔ)師資培訓(xùn) 方面，孔子學(xué)院每年舉辦 2-3期本土漢 語(yǔ)師資培訓(xùn)班，提高了該地區(qū)中小學(xué)的 漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)水平，緩解了該地區(qū)漢語(yǔ)教師 缺乏的現(xiàn)狀。我們堅(jiān)持經(jīng)常的、多形式的中國(guó)文 化推廣，不僅在學(xué)院開(kāi)設(shè)多種中國(guó)文化課 程，每月至少還舉辦1-2次中、大型中國(guó) 文化宣傳活動(dòng)。我們?cè)诳拙创髮W(xué)校園廣 播和校園電視播放漢語(yǔ)節(jié)目，讓學(xué)生們?cè)?課堂上、活動(dòng)中都能了解中國(guó)文化；我們 還在泰國(guó)國(guó)家廣播電 臺(tái)開(kāi)辦漢語(yǔ)頻道，讓 更多的泰國(guó)人能接觸 中國(guó)文化，進(jìn)而更深 入地了解中國(guó)，認(rèn)識(shí) 中國(guó)，也更加喜歡中 國(guó)。與此同時(shí)，我們 每年組織學(xué)生漢語(yǔ)夏 令營(yíng)、組織兩校學(xué)生 藝術(shù)團(tuán)互訪等活動(dòng)。 此外，我

14、院積極促進(jìn) 校際交流互訪，組織 地方政府官員對(duì)中國(guó) 進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)考察。白玉國(guó)：皇太后 大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院立足于泰北，積極開(kāi)展?jié)h 語(yǔ)教學(xué)及中國(guó)文化推廣，反響良好。建院 初期，孔子學(xué)院主要為本校中文系及周 邊三所中學(xué)教授中文，開(kāi)辦短期培訓(xùn)班。 隨著規(guī)模擴(kuò)大，學(xué)院積極為泰國(guó)知名機(jī) 構(gòu)如泰國(guó)航空、泰萬(wàn)食品等公司舉辦漢 語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)。此外，學(xué)院幾年來(lái)共舉辦各種 文化活動(dòng)30余項(xiàng)，如中國(guó)文化節(jié)、祭孔 大典、書(shū)畫(huà)展覽，并多次舉辦書(shū)法、繪畫(huà)、 演講、寫(xiě)作、中文歌曲比賽以及各種形 式的夏令營(yíng)。丁力：孔子學(xué)院在泰國(guó)發(fā)展比較迅速 并卓有成效。東方大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院在開(kāi)展 漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)、文化交流的基礎(chǔ)上，發(fā)揮國(guó)內(nèi) 合作院校的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，積極開(kāi)展

15、中華傳 統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)文化推廣，成為中華傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)文化 的重要載體。趙新城：農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院自 2006 年成立以來(lái)，始終堅(jiān)持以語(yǔ)言教學(xué)為本。 目前根據(jù)社會(huì)需求已累計(jì)開(kāi)設(shè)30多種漢語(yǔ)課程，并通過(guò)小班授課、個(gè)別輔導(dǎo)、 送教上門(mén)等各種途徑，滿足各類(lèi)學(xué)習(xí)者 需要。除此之外，我們還與泰國(guó)外交部 培訓(xùn)處建立了固定的合作關(guān)系，定期為 他們開(kāi)設(shè)漢語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)課程。調(diào)查顯示70% 左右的學(xué)員是慕名前來(lái)參加農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)孔 子學(xué)院的漢語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)，90%以上的學(xué)員對(duì) 開(kāi)設(shè)課程及其教學(xué)質(zhì)量表示滿意。相信 通過(guò)若干年的努力，孔子學(xué)院在當(dāng)?shù)氐?影響將越來(lái)越大。姚喜明：宋卡王子大學(xué)普吉孔子學(xué)院 每年教學(xué)工作量達(dá)8000多課時(shí)，組織活 動(dòng)20多次，

16、參與人數(shù) 達(dá)萬(wàn)人。在專(zhuān)業(yè) 及課程設(shè)置上，普吉孔子學(xué)院和國(guó)際研 究學(xué)院合作，設(shè)置了 “國(guó)際（中國(guó)）貿(mào)易” 和“中國(guó)研究"兩個(gè)符合社會(huì)需要的中文 專(zhuān)業(yè)，同時(shí)用漢語(yǔ)教授中國(guó)法律、中國(guó)社 會(huì)、中國(guó)哲學(xué)、中國(guó)地理、中國(guó)少數(shù)民族 等課程。學(xué)院在教學(xué)中注重語(yǔ)言的運(yùn)用 和實(shí)踐能力，畢業(yè)生遍布泰國(guó)政府、高 校、駐華使領(lǐng)館、機(jī)場(chǎng)、旅游公司等領(lǐng)域。 在現(xiàn)有學(xué)科設(shè)置的基礎(chǔ)上，學(xué)院正積極 探索，把工作重心從普及型漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)逐步 向高級(jí)漢語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng)轉(zhuǎn)變，目前特別著 力于籌劃并開(kāi)設(shè)“漢泰翻譯"碩士項(xiàng)目， 為東盟地區(qū)培養(yǎng)高層次的翻譯和國(guó)際關(guān) 系人才。馬峙：宋卡王子大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院自2006 年12月成立以來(lái)，在

17、孔子學(xué)院總部和外 方的大力支持下，在泰南地區(qū)積極推廣漢 語(yǔ)文化，收效良好，受到了總部的肯定和 泰南各界的高度評(píng)價(jià)。2008年宋卡王子 大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院被評(píng)為“漢語(yǔ)水平考試優(yōu)秀 考點(diǎn)”，2009年榮獲“先進(jìn)孔子學(xué)院”稱(chēng)號(hào)。徐雪花:自 2009年7月掛牌成立以來(lái)， 普吉中學(xué)孔子課堂一直積極策劃、舉辦各類(lèi)泰西南地區(qū)的中文活動(dòng)，包括漢語(yǔ) 橋比賽、中文短劇比賽、中文歌比賽、書(shū) 法比賽、中國(guó)國(guó)慶圖片教材展、泰西南地 區(qū)漢語(yǔ)教材巡展、春節(jié)慶祝活動(dòng)等，旨 在提高普吉地區(qū)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的積極性， 增強(qiáng)學(xué)校之間的交流與聯(lián)系。除此以外， 孔子課堂還多次開(kāi)展?jié)h語(yǔ)教師教學(xué)法培 訓(xùn)和志愿者會(huì)議，基本做到每月至少一 次志愿者會(huì)議

18、，以促進(jìn)普吉地區(qū)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)者之間的交流，共同提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。傅文鴻：玫瑰園孔子課堂自成立以 來(lái)，一方面努力提高教學(xué)水平，增加教學(xué) 趣味性；另一方面組織各種中國(guó)文化活動(dòng)， 受到學(xué)生的熱烈歡迎，增強(qiáng)了他們對(duì)中 國(guó)的了解。我們每年都會(huì)定期組織赴華 中文夏令營(yíng)，并舉辦一些有特色的文化 活動(dòng)，如泰國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的漢語(yǔ)興趣夏令營(yíng)、“東 方玫瑰”杯中國(guó)知識(shí)競(jìng)賽等。蔣成軍：羅勇中學(xué)孔子課堂設(shè)立于擁 有111年悠久歷史的泰國(guó)東部名校 一一 羅勇中學(xué)內(nèi)。2009年，孔子課堂組織了 泰國(guó)東部六府YCT考前培訓(xùn)及模擬考試、 “漢語(yǔ)橋”泰東賽區(qū)選拔賽、社區(qū)漢語(yǔ)培 訓(xùn)班等活動(dòng)。目前，課堂與羅勇市政府、 泰東50多所國(guó)立學(xué)校及當(dāng)?shù)厝A人

20、CTORS' FORUM黃小明：“如何 實(shí)現(xiàn)孔子學(xué)院（課堂） 的可持續(xù)發(fā)展”是各 孔子學(xué)院（課堂）面 臨的重要課題。各孔 子學(xué)院（課堂）都根 據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐膶?shí)際需求制利用各種資源，促進(jìn) 孔子學(xué)院持續(xù)發(fā)展。 在泰國(guó)應(yīng)該充分利用 泰國(guó)王室、政府、民 間的力量，努力使孔 子學(xué)院項(xiàng)目與泰國(guó)教 育部部門(mén)發(fā)展規(guī)劃相孔子學(xué)院的根本職能是語(yǔ)言教育，因此必須通過(guò)向社會(huì)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)服務(wù)把孔子學(xué)院建設(shè)成語(yǔ)言教育和文化傳播 的基地?？鬃訉W(xué)院的根本職能是語(yǔ)言教 育，因此必須通過(guò)向社會(huì)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的漢 語(yǔ)教學(xué)服務(wù)贏得當(dāng)?shù)毓姷恼J(rèn)可和接受 。 這體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面，首先是教學(xué)內(nèi)容要豐 富，能夠滿足各類(lèi)學(xué)習(xí)者的需求；其次 是

21、教學(xué)水平和質(zhì)量要經(jīng)得起考驗(yàn)，要讓學(xué)#Confucius InstituteVOLUME 09| NO. 4 JUL, 2010DIRECTORS' FORUM訂了發(fā)展規(guī)劃，在實(shí) 踐中積累了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。贏得當(dāng)?shù)毓姷恼J(rèn)可請(qǐng)就這一議題談一談自己的看法。傅增有：關(guān)于如的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，何實(shí)現(xiàn)孔子學(xué)院（課堂）我有幾點(diǎn)看法：一是要堅(jiān)持因地制宜，辦不開(kāi)資金的支持，岀特色。我們認(rèn)為每所孔子學(xué)院應(yīng)該根子學(xué)院規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，據(jù)各自情況，堅(jiān)持優(yōu)勢(shì)、突岀特色、重點(diǎn) 辦學(xué)，有所為而有所不為，不應(yīng)都是一個(gè)需要的投入也越來(lái)越大， 這就需要孔子學(xué)院通模式；二是要建設(shè)一支相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的孔子學(xué) 院辦學(xué)隊(duì)伍；三是孔子學(xué)院的發(fā)展要有

22、過(guò)自身的影響和發(fā)展來(lái)逐步改變一個(gè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的計(jì)劃與考慮。如本孔子學(xué)院完全依靠總部財(cái)?shù)亩ㄎ患捌湓诔鞘谢驀?guó)家中的作用；如政支持的狀況。何加強(qiáng)本土教師培養(yǎng)；孔子學(xué)院閱覽室 的建立和完善等；四是要完善管理制度， 規(guī)范合作機(jī)制，不斷加強(qiáng)中泰雙方合作。 朱拉隆功大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院每年召開(kāi)一次北趙新城：我認(rèn)為，促進(jìn)孔 子學(xué)院的可 持續(xù)發(fā)展需要京大學(xué)和朱拉隆功大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)參加的理事從以下兩個(gè)方會(huì)，這種合作院校最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的定期會(huì)晤面努力：一是大大促進(jìn)了孔子學(xué)院的發(fā)展。五是要充分 樹(shù)立品牌意識(shí)，院的可持續(xù)發(fā)展離隨著孔結(jié)合，爭(zhēng)取華人社團(tuán)、 中泰合作院校對(duì)孔子學(xué)院的支持。丁力：孔子學(xué)供圖/CFP習(xí)者達(dá)到參加漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的預(yù)期能。二是要融目

23、的，獲得實(shí)在的語(yǔ)言技37Confucius InstituteVOLUME 09| NO. 4 JUL, 2010DIRECTORS' FORUM入外方承辦學(xué)校的辦學(xué)體系。農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué) 孔子學(xué)院的工作得到了所在名校泰國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè) 大學(xué)的充分認(rèn)可，此舉無(wú)疑對(duì)提高孔子學(xué) 院的地區(qū)影響力發(fā)揮了積極的作用。姚喜明：我們有三個(gè)努力的方向：一 是努力建成泰南地區(qū)最大的漢語(yǔ)水平考試 (HSK)中心，進(jìn)一步推廣商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)考試 (BCT)和少兒漢語(yǔ)考試(YCT);二是努 力建成中文圖書(shū)流通中心，解決目前泰南 地區(qū)大中小學(xué)購(gòu)買(mǎi)漢語(yǔ)教材、書(shū)籍、學(xué)習(xí) 用品的困難；三是努力建成服務(wù)于當(dāng)?shù)卣?府、企業(yè)、學(xué)校的信息咨詢(xún)中心，為

24、泰南 地區(qū)人民了解中國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化、 教育提供便利。馬峙：我認(rèn)為孔子學(xué)院要做到可持續(xù) 性健康發(fā)展，必須認(rèn)真做好兩個(gè)大的年 度計(jì)劃工作，即提前做好孔子學(xué)院年度項(xiàng) 目計(jì)劃和孔子學(xué)院年度漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)計(jì)劃，并 要利用各種方式對(duì)這些計(jì)劃進(jìn)行廣泛宣 傳，提高影響。徐雪花：孔子課堂要實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā) 展，必須擬定明確的宗旨和目標(biāo)，但是這 些宗旨和目標(biāo)必須予以持之以恒的貫徹 ， 才能得到最大程度的實(shí)現(xiàn)。就課堂本身 而言，孔子課堂作為一個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)，內(nèi)部需要 明確合理的分工與合作，這樣才能使課 堂良好運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，發(fā)揮它在漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)推廣中的 巨大平臺(tái)作用。蔣成軍：在漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)與推廣的實(shí)踐中 我們意識(shí)到，要保證孔子課堂長(zhǎng)期可持
