Here are the ben efits I ve see n so far from cha nging my workout routi ne. I have more en ergy. As I said , I ve bee

2、 n a sleepy pers on while I still love sleep ing. I now have an extra burst of en ergy. I m less weak in the office , and my brain is more atte ntive and ready to work. Once 1 , a nd eve n coffee could not get me ready for the day. But now a good workout can. I have more con fide nee. The eno ugh en

3、 ergy rolled into more con fide nee. I feel better after a workout. Also , after gett ing especially sweaty , I have to take time to shower, of course. 2 . 3 . Getting up earlier and using myenergy earlier makemeso unbelievably ready for bed by the end of the day. Myold routine would consist of gett

4、ing up at the last possible minute before work and being absolutely exhausted to try to fall asleep. Have you ever felt so tired that you can t fall asleep ? 4 . I have more time. 5 . Now that I ve shifted my schedule , I have a little more time ,whether that s spe nding time with friends , cooking

5、a healthier meal , reading and studying , or even just watch ing a movie. after work to take care of myself A. I sleep better B. l m more con siste nt C. lt sounds ridiculous , but it happe ns D. Choose your orga ni zatio n carefully. 6 Volunteering may be a fundraising mechanism (籌資機(jī)制)for a developme nt project. For others , volun teeri ng is fun dame ntal to their programmes and those serv ing take on profe

8、ssi onal roles in Ion ger-term developme nt. 7 Volun teers want to help and make a differe nee , but most know this isn t a purely selfless act. You will lear n new skills , broade n your horiz ons and come to better un dersta nd yourself and the world. 8 Reflect on your motivations. You want to hel

9、p reduce global poverty or protect the n atural world , but what else ? Have you always wan ted to travel but not as a tourist ? Work with kids ?
