8、準(zhǔn)適用于10kV及其以下的一般工業(yè)與民用建筑電氣安裝工程成套配電柜、動(dòng)力開關(guān)柜（盤）安裝及二次回路結(jié)線。2、施工準(zhǔn)備2.1 設(shè)備及材料要求：2.1.1 設(shè)備及材料均符合國(guó)家或部頒發(fā)現(xiàn)行技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，并有 出廠合格證。設(shè)備應(yīng)有銘牌，并注明廠家名稱，附件、備件齊全。2.1.2 安裝使用的材料：2.1.2.1 型鋼應(yīng)無(wú)明顯銹蝕，并有材質(zhì)證明，二次結(jié)線導(dǎo)線應(yīng)有帶“長(zhǎng)城”標(biāo)志的合格證。2.1.2.2 鍍鋅螺絲、螺母、墊圈、彈簧墊、地腳螺栓。2.1.2.3 其它材料：鉛絲、酚醛板、相色漆、防銹漆、調(diào)和漆、塑料軟管、 異型塑料管、尼龍卡帶、小白線、絕緣膠墊、標(biāo)志牌、電焊條、鋸條、氧氣、乙 快氣等均

17、箱檢查-設(shè)備搬運(yùn)-柜（盤）穩(wěn)裝-柜（盤）上方母帶配制-柜 （盤）二次回路結(jié)線-柜 （盤）試驗(yàn)調(diào)整送電運(yùn)行驗(yàn)收3.2 設(shè)備開箱檢查：3.2.1 安裝單位、供貨單位或建設(shè)單位共同進(jìn)行，并做好檢查記錄。3.2.2 按照設(shè)備清單、施工圖紙及設(shè)備技術(shù)資料，核對(duì)設(shè)備本體及附件、備件的規(guī)格型號(hào)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求；附件、備件齊全；產(chǎn)品合格證件、技術(shù)資料、說(shuō)明書齊全。3.2.3 柜（盤）本體外觀檢查應(yīng)無(wú)損傷及變形，油漆完整無(wú)損。3.2.4 柜（盤）內(nèi)部檢查：電器裝置及元件、絕緣瓷件齊全、無(wú)損傷、裂紋 等缺陷。3.3 設(shè)備搬運(yùn)3.3.1 設(shè)備運(yùn)輸：由起重工作業(yè)，電工配合。根據(jù)設(shè)備重量、距離長(zhǎng)短可采用汽車、汽車吊配

25、d i nspect n,e, pr cin-e, and te 0ympc Gm - 1admte3.3.2.3 汽車運(yùn)輸時(shí)，必須用麻繩將設(shè)備與車身固定牢，開車要平穩(wěn)。3.4 柜（盤）安裝：3.4.1 基礎(chǔ)型鋼安裝：3.4.1.1 調(diào)直型鋼。將有彎的型鋼調(diào)直，然后，按圖紙要求預(yù)制加工基礎(chǔ)型 鋼架，并刷好防銹漆。3.4.1.2 按施工圖紙所標(biāo)位置，將預(yù)制好的基礎(chǔ)型鋼架放在預(yù)留鐵件上，用 水準(zhǔn)儀或水平尺找平、找正。找平過(guò)程中，需用墊片的地方最多不能超過(guò)三片。 然后，將基礎(chǔ)型鋼架、預(yù)埋鐵件、墊片用電焊焊牢。最終基礎(chǔ)型鋼頂部宜高出抹 平地面10mm手車柜按產(chǎn)品技術(shù)要求執(zhí)行?；A(chǔ)型鋼安裝允許偏差見表3

26、.4.1.2 。基礎(chǔ)型鋼安裝的允許偏差表3.4.1.2項(xiàng)目允許偏差1mm/mMm全長(zhǎng)/、直度 15水平度 15位置誤差及不 平行度5注：環(huán)形布置按設(shè)計(jì)要求3.4.1.3 基礎(chǔ)型鋼與地線連接：基礎(chǔ)型鋼安裝完畢后，將室外地線扁鋼分別 引入室內(nèi)（與變壓器安裝地線配合）與基礎(chǔ)型鋼的兩端焊牢，焊接面為扁鋼寬度 的二倍。然后將基礎(chǔ)型鋼刷兩遍灰漆。3.4.2 柜（盤）穩(wěn)裝：3.4.2.1 柜（盤）安裝。應(yīng)掃施工圖紙的布置，按順序?qū)⒐穹旁诨A(chǔ)型鋼上。 單獨(dú)柜（盤）只找柜面和側(cè)面的垂直度。成列柜（盤）各臺(tái)就位后，先找正兩端 的柜，在從柜下至上三分之二高的位置繃上小線，逐臺(tái)找正，柜不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以柜面為準(zhǔn)。找正時(shí)采用0.

35、其額定電壓 和控制、操作電源電壓必須一致。3.6.2 按圖敷設(shè)柜與柜之間的控制電纜連接線。敷設(shè)電纜要求見“電纜敷設(shè)”。3.6.3 控制線校線后，將每根芯線煨成圓圈，用鍍鋅螺絲、眼圈、彈簧墊連 接在每個(gè)端子板上。端子板每側(cè)一般一個(gè)端子壓一根線，最多不能超過(guò)兩根，并且兩根線間加眼圈。多股線應(yīng)涮錫，不準(zhǔn)有斷股。3.7 柜（盤）試驗(yàn)調(diào)整：3.7.1 高壓試驗(yàn)應(yīng)由當(dāng)?shù)毓╇姴块T許可的試驗(yàn)單位進(jìn)行。試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)符合國(guó)家 規(guī)范、當(dāng)?shù)毓╇姴块T的規(guī)定及產(chǎn)品技術(shù)資料要求。3.7.2 試驗(yàn)內(nèi)容：高壓柜框架、母線、避雷器、高壓瓷瓶、電壓互感器、電 流互感器、高壓開關(guān)等。3.7.3 調(diào)整內(nèi)容：過(guò)流繼電器調(diào)整，時(shí)間繼電器、信號(hào)

43、, 10d contol a nd i nspect n,e, pr cin-e, and te 0ympc Gm - 1admte3.7.4.4 接通臨時(shí)的控制電源和操作電源；將柜（盤）內(nèi)的控制、操作電源 回路熔斷器上端相線拆掉，接上臨時(shí)電源。3.7.4.5 模擬試驗(yàn)：按圖紙要求，分別模擬試驗(yàn)控制、連鎖、操作繼電保護(hù) 和信號(hào)動(dòng)作，正確無(wú)誤，靈敏可靠。3.7.4.6 拆除臨時(shí)電源，將被拆除的電源線復(fù)位。3.8 送電運(yùn)行驗(yàn)收：3.8.1 送電前的準(zhǔn)備工作3.8.1.1 一般應(yīng)由建設(shè)單位備齊試驗(yàn)合格的驗(yàn)電器、絕緣靴、絕緣手套、臨 時(shí)接地編織銅線、絕緣膠墊、粉沫滅火器等。3.8.1.2 徹底清掃全部
