9、 ot he電工實(shí)操培訓(xùn)大綱及考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1范圍本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了電工的基本條件、實(shí)操培訓(xùn)大綱和實(shí)操考核要求。2規(guī)范性引用文件安全規(guī)程2.1 術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義下列術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義適用于本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2.2 電工 Coal mine electrician從事各種電器開關(guān)的安裝、運(yùn)行、維護(hù)和檢修的專職人員3培訓(xùn)對(duì)象3.1 從事本工種2年及以上的職工。3.2 初中及以上文化程度。3.3 年滿18周歲(男性),身體健康,無妨礙履行本工種的疾病或生理缺陷。3.4 技能等級(jí)水平達(dá)到初級(jí)或以上水平。4培訓(xùn)目的4.1 通過實(shí)訓(xùn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)員“本質(zhì)安全型”操作意識(shí)和技術(shù)理論水平。4.2 通過實(shí)訓(xùn),達(dá)到提升學(xué)員崗位技能水平的要求。4.3 通過實(shí)訓(xùn)

10、I,培養(yǎng)學(xué)員操作能力、工作技能和分析解決問題的能力,熟練掌握電工常用的儀表、儀器、工具的使用方法。5培訓(xùn)要求5.1 培訓(xùn)應(yīng)堅(jiān)持理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,側(cè)重實(shí)際操作技能訓(xùn)練。5.2 培訓(xùn)過程中應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)的安全防范措施,按照本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定對(duì)電工實(shí)際操作技能進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)I。5.3 實(shí)訓(xùn)的同時(shí),要注重學(xué)員職業(yè)道德、安全意識(shí)、基本理論和實(shí)際操作能力的綜合培養(yǎng)。5.4 安排專、兼職教師為學(xué)員進(jìn)行授課,保持教學(xué)場(chǎng)地整潔,確保教學(xué)設(shè)備和器材的完好,方便教學(xué)6培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容6.1 理論培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容6.1.1 安全生產(chǎn)法律法規(guī)與安全管理主要包括以下內(nèi)容:a)我國(guó)安全生產(chǎn)方針;b)有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)法律法規(guī);c)從業(yè)人員安全生產(chǎn)的權(quán)利和義務(wù);
